　　武汉职工医保制度改革正式启动

　　我市职工医保制度运行20多年来，实行的是统筹账户和个人账户相结合的保障模式。此前，我市职工医保以保住院为重心，政策范围内住院费用统筹基金报销比例达80%以上。而门诊费用除了特定门诊慢特病种等纳入报销外，普通门诊医疗费用只能通过个人账户来支付。由于个人账户是个人积累式的，其局限性也逐步凸显，健康和非健康人群个人账户积累差距很大，且家庭成员间不能共用，“有病的不够用，没病的不能用”。
