1.紅花崗區巷口鎮八掛村部分村民到遵義市委上訪
3月1日10時許，紅花崗區巷口鎮八掛村30余名村民因十字鋪垃圾處理場污染問題，到遵義市委上訪。15時許，市信訪局組織相關部門與上訪人員代表座談協商，並同意於3月3日給予答覆後，上訪人員陸續離開。
2.金陽新區金華鎮翁共村部分村民到貴陽市政府上訪
3月1日10時許，金陽新區金華鎮翁共村30余名村民因土地賠償問題，到貴陽市政府上訪。經工作，14時許，上訪人員被勸至市群工中心。16時，上訪人員離去。
3.修文縣龍場鎮部分村民到中鋁貴州分公司修文專案部聚集
3月1日14時26分，修文縣龍場鎮小山村10名村民因中鋁貴州分公司修文專案部在採礦過程中導致村民房屋受損等問題，到該專案部聚集。經工作，15時許，聚集村民離去。
刑事案件
1.三穗縣公安局破獲一起非法種植罌粟原植物案
2月29日中午，三穗縣公安局民警在該縣桐林鎮八坪村開展罌粟原植物踏查工作時，發現該村吳會林（男，61歲）、楊芝鳳（女，61歲）家自留地內分別種植罌粟原植物227株、2446株。隨後，立即組織警力對其進行了剷除。目前，楊芝鳳已被刑拘。案件仍在辦理中。

2.南明區花果園馬特酒店發現一支仿六四式手槍
2月27日，南明區花果園馬特酒店會員蒲娟（女，41歲，綏陽縣人，住雲岩區）為她朋友登記了一間房。她朋友入住後將一支仿六四式手槍遺失在房內。28日，酒店員工打掃衛生時發現該槍並報警。29日19時30分，蒲娟被抓獲。省廳接報後，澤洪、趙翔同志分別作出批示，對相關工作提出要求。目前，案偵工作正在進行中。
3.惠水縣高鎮鎮發生一起保險櫃被撬盜案
2月29日淩晨3時，惠水縣高鎮鎮貴州天虹致遠電線電纜有限公司財務室保險櫃被撬盜。據該財務室工作人員稱，被盜100餘元和兩台筆記型電腦。
4.安龍縣發生一起保險櫃被盜案
2月29日8時20分，安龍縣公安局接該縣金宏公司報稱，財務室保險櫃內存放的46512元被盜，該保險櫃在距辦公樓40米的草坪上被發現。目前，案偵工作正在進行中。
5.興義市坪東轄區發生一起詐騙案
2月29日21時許，興義市公安局接周春民（男，55歲，該市木賈辦東貢村人）報稱，他於2月28日10時30分接到一自稱是湖南省公安廳男子的電話，隨後被詐騙現金15萬元。目前，案偵工作正在進行中。
6.松桃縣世昌鄉發生一起命案
3月1日14時26分，松桃縣世昌鄉幹塘村麻洪林（男，11歲，父母均外出廣東務工，同爺爺奶奶居住）在村裡玩耍時，被同村村民麻金橋（男，41歲）擊打頭部受傷致死。經初查，村民反映麻金橋近期言行反常，疑似是精神病。目前，麻金橋已被控制，調查及善後等工作正在進行中。
7.赫章縣興發鄉發生一起命案
3月1日16時許，赫章縣公安局接報稱，該縣興發鄉丫口村村民甯必珍（女，83歲）被打死在家中。經現場勘查，寧必珍系被他人用鈍器打傷頭部流血過多致死。目前，嫌疑人謝仁鳳（系甯必珍兒媳，基本情況待查）被控制，案件正在辦理中。
8.南明區發生一起傷害致死案
2月29日20時許，貴陽保利廣場工地民工張以秋（男，39歲，畢節市人）與妻子祿永芝（45歲，雲南省宜良縣人）在南明區市南路保利廣場工地宿舍內，因生活瑣事發生打鬥。打鬥中，張以秋持鋼筋將祿永芝腰部打傷，祿永芝經醫院搶救無效死亡。3月1日淩晨1時許，張以秋被民警抓獲。目前，張以秋已被刑拘。

1.望謨縣蔗香鄉壩朝村發生一起森林火災
2月29日22時30分許，望謨縣蔗香鄉壩朝村發生森林火災，過火面積約為500畝（荒地400畝、桉樹100畝）。省廳接報後，亞東同志作出批示，澤洪、趙翔同志作出安排部署。目前，火勢已被撲滅，無人員傷亡。

2.綏陽縣發生一起安全事故
3月1日17時30分許，綏陽縣供銷社正在該縣蒲場鎮原供銷社地址處修建的蒲場工業品配送中心二樓牆體發生垮塌。坍塌牆體將蒲場鎮供銷社職工饒家國正在相鄰修建樓房的一樓水泥預製板壓斷垮塌，造成給饒家國修房的民工2人死亡、3人受傷。事發後，綏陽縣公安局立即組織100餘名警力趕赴現場施救。省廳接報後，省委常委、政法委書記、公安廳長崔亞東批示：“請澤洪、小星同志閱。1、請遵義市和綏陽縣公安局組織公安民警全力進行現場搜救，儘快核清人數。2、對受傷人員全力以赴搶救。3、查清事故原因，對有關責任人依法追究。4、協助當地黨委、政府妥善處理好善後事宜，維護好當地的社會治安穩定。”廳黨委副書記、常務副廳長王澤洪就落實亞東同志批示精神作出安排部署。目前，受傷人員已送醫治療。事故原因調查、有關責任人追究及善後等工作正在進行中。

1.錦屏縣原舊城改造拆遷戶揚言進京上訪
據悉，錦屏縣趙再玉(女，75歲)、龍異騰(男，56歲，貴州師範大學副教授)等人因舊城改造房屋拆遷等問題，揚言在全國“兩會”期間到京上訪。省廳接報後，澤洪同志作出安排部署。目前，相關勸導和穩控工作正在進行中。
2.部分花溪區煤礦業主揚言進京上訪
據悉，花溪區燕樓鄉、久安鄉被關閉的13戶煤礦礦主因對當地政府關閉煤礦不滿，準備從3月2日起，每戶派3至5名代表陸續進京上訪。目前，市、區公安機關已安排警力密切關注其動態。

大龍公安分局2名民警在抓捕涉毒人員時受傷
3月1日11時許，銅仁市大龍公安分局民警田仁義、陳震和協警陳靜在大龍區大龍鎮大屯村抓捕正在販毒的劉成（男，41歲，系愛滋病人、吸販毒人員，玉屏縣大龍鎮勝利村人）、楊旭（男，34歲，玉屏縣大龍鎮人，系吸毒人員）。民警從楊旭身上查獲毒品海洛因零包1個、劉成身上查獲毒品海洛因零包15個。抓捕過程中，田仁義和陳震被劉成抓傷手部。省廳接報後，澤洪同志立即作出批示，對相關工作提出要求。目前，田仁義、陳震正在做相關身體檢查。

1. Some villagers from Bagua Village, Xiangkou Town, Honghuagang District went to the Zunyi Municipal Party Committee to appeal
At 10 o'clock on March 1, more than 30 villagers from Bagu Village, Xiangkou Town, Honghuagang District, appealed to the Zunyi Municipal Party Committee due to the pollution of the Shizipu garbage disposal site. At about 15:00, the Municipal Letters and Calls Bureau organized relevant departments to discuss with representatives of the petitioners, and agreed to give a reply on March 3, and the petitioners left one after another.
2. Some villagers from Wenggong Village, Jinhua Town, Jinyang New District went to Guiyang Municipal Government to appeal

Criminal case
1. The Public Security Bureau of Sansui County uncovered a case of illegal planting of opium poppies

3. A safe case was stolen in Gaozhen Town, Huishui County

4. A case of theft of a safe occurred in Anlong County

After on-site investigation, Ning Bizhen was injured to the head with a blunt instrument and bled to death. At present, the suspect Xie Renfeng (Ning Bizhen's daughter-in-law, whose basic situation is to be investigated) is under arrest and the case is being handled.
8. A fatal injury case occurred in Nanming District
At 20 o'clock on February 29, Zhang Yiqiu (male, 39 years old, from Bijie City), a migrant worker at the Poly Plaza construction site in Guiyang, and his wife Lu Yongzhi (45 years old, from Yiliang County, Yunnan Province) were in the construction site dormitory of Poly Plaza, Shinan Road, Nanming District. Fights occurred over trivial matters of life. During the fight, Zhang Yiqiu injured Lu Yongzhi's waist with a steel bar, and Lu Yongzhi died after being rescued by the hospital. At about 1 am on March 1, Zhang Yiqiu was arrested by the police. Currently, Zhang Yiqiu has been detained.

At about 22:30 on February 29, a forest fire broke out in Bachao Village, Canexiang Township, Wangmo County. The burned area was about 500 mu (400 mu of wasteland, 100 mu of eucalyptus). 2. A safety accident occurred in Suiyang County
