群体性事件

1.南明区贵州中卫导航仪有限公司承包人到省信访局上访

4日15时55分，贵州中卫导航仪有限公司工程12名承包人因索要保证金问题，到省信访局上访（无过激行为）。经工作，16时49分，上访人员离开。

2.乌当区妇幼保健院发生一起医患纠纷

3日14时许，乌当区东风镇白光艳（女，30岁）在乌当区妇幼保健院破腹产时死亡，死者家属30余人到该保健院聚集并设置灵堂，要求医院赔付300万元（新台币1300万元）。经相关部门工作，4日20时50分，死者家属与医院就赔偿相关事宜初步达成协议，由乌当区妇幼保健院赔偿死者家属40万元（新台币170万元，不含丧葬费）后，死者家属已将设置的灵堂撤除，并全部离开现场，目前，相关善后工作正在进行中。

3.关岭县境内关兴公路发生一起交通事故死者家属堵路事件

3日2时19分许，贞丰县长田乡细米村王朝成（男， 39岁）驾驶贵EP1226面包车在关岭县境内关兴公路34 KM+840M处被一辆大货车擦挂，致面包车上乘客高传刚（男，40岁，兴仁县新马场乡人）死亡和6人受伤，大货车。事发后，公安机关立即派员赶赴现场开展事故调查等工作。4日17时许，死者家属20余人将死者尸体抬至现场公路中讨说法。经工作，18时许，死者家属已将尸体抬至公路护栏外，交通通行正常。目前，相关工作正在开展中。

4.云岩区“侨林木桶浴”公司发生一起因病死亡死者家属聚集事件

去年12月31日，云岩区城基路“侨林木桶浴”公司自聘保安税安勇（男，48岁，习水县人）因病送到省医抢救无效死亡。1月3日，30余名死者家属以“侨林木桶浴”公司让员工超时工作、病后未及时送医院治疗等理由，到该公司聚集并设灵堂（尸体仍存放在省医内），要求赔付120万元（新台币500万元）。目前，公安机关正协助相关部门组织双方协商处理。

4.贵毕路发生一起交通肇事逃逸案

3日19时45分，大方县大方镇余石村叶顺发（男，65岁）在贵毕路（贵阳至毕节路段离沙子坡还有一公里处）被车撞伤致死，肇事车逃逸。事发后，公安机关立即派员赶赴现场开展调查处理等工作。目前，善后及调查等工作正在进行中。

安全事故

1.贵新高速贵定路段发生一起交通事故造成16人死亡

4日18时30分，一辆车牌为皖J06318的大客车（实载56人）由黔南州都匀市往贵阳方向行驶。当行至贵新高速176KM+500M处（贵定县境内）时，冲过高速公路隔离带翻下15米高的大桥，致16人死亡（含1名驾驶员，其中1人在医院抢救无效死亡）。事发后，省委书记栗战书，省长赵克志相继作出批示，省委常委、副省长黄康生，省委常委、政法委书记、公安厅长崔亚东立即赶赴现场组织指挥救援工作。目前，事故造成16人死亡，受伤人员全部已送至当地医院救治。事故原因调查及善后等工作正在进行中。

2.沿河县黑獭乡发生一起食物中毒事件

3日18时许，沿河县黑獭乡虎头村汪兴组田世华（男，48岁）家儿子结婚办酒席，该村翁素华（女，59岁）等24名村民吃酒席后，于4日凌晨2时许陆续出现头昏、呕吐、腹泻等疑似食物中毒症状。截至4日14时， 21人在该县医院住院治疗、3人在家中治疗（均暂无生命危险）。目前，中毒人员病情稳定，中毒原因调查及医疗、善后等工作正在进行中。

4日13时许，浙江省金华市张秀明（男，43岁）驾驶浙江省通济交通运输股份有限公司浙G12506号金龙牌大客车（核载44人，实载42人）从浙江省金华市驶往云南省镇雄。途经毕节市七星关区县道700线2公里加500米（小地名:野角乡白山村烂泥组）会车过程中，车辆侧翻，致该车2人死亡。目前，事故原因调查及善后等工作正在进行中。

5.清镇市发生一起交通事故致1人死亡

4日12时许，清镇市卫城镇吴庭书（男，41岁）驾驶无牌货运三轮摩托车与与付学林（男，49岁）驾驶的贵AF4322号二轮摩托车，在清镇市卫城镇永乐村周家寨路段相撞，造成付学林死亡。目前，事故原因调查及善后等工作正在进行中。

6.云岩区发生一起交通事故致1人死亡1人受伤

4日凌晨1时30分，云岩区金继宗（男，23岁）驾驶贵AGD047长安牌轿车行至云岩区国泰证劵路段时，将1名行人撞死、1名行人撞伤。目前，事故原因调查及善后等工作正在进行中。

7.贵新高速公路福泉市境内发生一起交通事故造成1人死亡12人受伤

4日凌晨2时40分许，贵新高速公路福泉市境内黄丝冷溪大桥路段发生一起追尾事故，一辆豫AF13999长途大客车追尾一辆湘J17216大型货车，造成6车连环相撞，致大客车1人死亡、12人受伤（无生命危险）。事发后，州、市公安机关立即派员赶赴现场处置。目前，伤者已送福泉市中医院救治，事故原因调查及善后等工作正在进行中。

8.息烽县发生一起交通事故致1人死亡

3日14时许，修文县罗奎友（男，41岁）驾驶无牌二轮摩托车在息烽县九庄镇桐梓村大院组路段与安世平（男，28岁，详情待查）驾驶的贵A39436货车相撞，致罗死亡。目前，事故原因调查及善后等工作正在进行中。

2.遵义县存在一起停尸闹事隐患

去年6月，浙江省温州市温作斌（基本情况待查）以被委托人身份代表温州建峰矿山工程有限公司与遵义红舰绿色开发有限公司负责人邓朝海（男，59岁）签订了承建遵义县乐山镇“桃花岛”项目的合同。近期，因邓朝海拖欠工程款及民工工资，引发双方纠纷。1月1日，温作斌的妻子苏爱花因病医治无效死亡，其家属认为是邓拖欠工程款致苏爱花郁闷而死，要求兑现工程款及保证金共计230万元（新台币1000万元），否则不火化尸体。经有关部门工作，邓拖欠民工的工资已付清，但遗留的工程款及归还保证金问题尚未解决，存在停尸闹事隐患。目前，公安机关正密切关注其动态。
