习近平听取招商局集团李建红董事长关于招商局中白商贸物流园汇报

2015年5月12日上午，国家主席习近平和白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科莅临位于明斯克近郊的中白工业园，听取了工业园的情况汇报。招商局集团李建红董事长就招商局中白商贸物流园向习主席做了汇报。招商局集团副总经理胡建华、董事胡政陪同参加。

李董在汇报中说，招商局参与中白工业园的建设，主要是发挥在工业园区建设方面的经验，措施包括：一是整体入股中白工业园20%，参与中白工业园的开发、建设，特别是运营管理；二是在工业园中建设一个1平方公里的商贸物流园。招商局中白商贸物流园首发区明年底将建成5万平米的物流设施及相关配套。同时，正在与立陶宛克莱佩达港洽商合作，打通中白工业园出海口，建设便捷的物流通道，联通“一带”和“一路”，降低物流成本，提高园区企业效益。在打通物流大通道的同时，招商局中白商贸物流园还将建起五大平台。招商局有信心将其打造成为丝路经济带上的标志性物流项目。

习主席听取汇报后，关心地询问了项目建设过程中碰到的困难和问题，并指示有关方面认真帮助解决。习主席还指示，在园区建设中，要切实保护好生态环境，实现可持续发展。

在中白工业园现场，习主席和卢卡申科总统共同见证了为首批入园企业颁发入区证书的仪式。招商局作为首批入园的六家企业之一，由李董代表集团领取了入园证书。

在习主席访问白俄罗斯期间，李董还随同习主席参加了一系列高端访问活动，包括2015年5月10日在习主席和卢卡申科总统见证下，与中国机械工业集团公司董事长任洪斌及中白工业园管委会主任共同签署三方合作框架协议，并参加了卢卡申科总统举行的国宴；2015年5月11日上午由胡建华副总经理陪同参加中白地方经贸合作论坛，下午参加会见中资企业和留学生代表等。

在活动中，李董接受了白俄罗斯重要电视和报刊媒体CTB、ＯＨＭ、MNP、1等的采访。

Xi Jinping Listens to Report from Li Jianhong, Chairman of China Merchants Group, on the China Merchants China-Belarus Trade and Logistics Park

Editor's Note: On February 6, 2026, Ni Qiang, the former Standing Committee member and Secretary-General of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee promoted by Li Jianhong, was expelled from the Party and removed from public office. Ten years after Lukashenko's meeting with Xi Jinping on May 12, 2015, on June 4, 2025, the location of their next meeting was none other than Chunyi Zhai in Fengzeyuan, Zhongnanhai.

On the morning of May 12, 2015, President Xi Jinping and Belarusian President Lukashenko visited the China-Belarus Industrial Park near Minsk and listened to a report on the park's situation. Li Jianhong, Chairman of China Merchants Group, reported to President Xi on the China Merchants China-Belarus Trade and Logistics Park. Hu Jianhua, Vice President of China Merchants Group, and Hu Zheng, Director, accompanied them.

In his report, Chairman Li stated that China Merchants Group's participation in the construction of the China-Belarus Industrial Park mainly leverages its experience in industrial park construction. The measures include: first, acquiring a 20% stake in the China-Belarus Industrial Park and participating in its development, construction, and especially operation and management; second, constructing a 1-square-kilometer trade and logistics park within the industrial park. The initial phase of the China Merchants China-Belarus Trade and Logistics Park will have 50,000 square meters of logistics facilities and related supporting facilities completed by the end of next year. Meanwhile, negotiations are underway with the Port of Klaipeda in Lithuania to open up the sea outlet for the China-Belarus Industrial Park, constructing a convenient logistics channel connecting the "Belt" and "Road," reducing logistics costs, and improving the efficiency of enterprises within the park. Alongside establishing this major logistics channel, the China Merchants Group China-Belarus Trade and Logistics Park will also build five major platforms. China Merchants Group is confident in making it a landmark logistics project on the Silk Road Economic Belt.

After listening to the report, President Xi Jinping inquired about the difficulties and problems encountered during the project's construction and instructed relevant departments to earnestly help resolve them. President Xi also instructed that the ecological environment must be effectively protected and sustainable development achieved during the park's construction.

At the China-Belarus Industrial Park site, President Xi and President Lukashenko jointly witnessed the ceremony of awarding entry certificates to the first batch of companies entering the park. As one of the first six companies to enter the park, Chairman Li of China Merchants Group received the entry certificate on behalf of the group.

During President Xi Jinping's visit to Belarus, Chairman Li also accompanied President Xi on a series of high-level events, including signing a trilateral cooperation framework agreement on May 10th with Ren Hongbin, Chairman of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), and the Director of the China-Belarus Industrial Park Management Committee, witnessed by President Xi and President Lukashenko, and attending a state banquet hosted by President Lukashenko; attending the China-Belarus Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum on the morning of May 11th, accompanied by Vice President Hu Jianhua, and meeting with representatives of Chinese-funded enterprises and students in the afternoon.

During these events, Chairman Li was interviewed by major Belarusian television and newspaper media outlets including CTB, OHM, MNP, and 1.
