2024年10月28日下午，南昌市委副书记、市长高世文一行到访上海电气，并同上海电气副总裁肖卫华就进一步扩大合作范围深入交换意见。

高世文代表南昌市委、市政府感谢上海电气对南昌发展做出的贡献，并介绍了南昌经济社会发展情况。他指出，南昌目前正深入实施制造业重点产业链现代化建设“8810”行动计划，推动传统产业转型升级、新兴产业发展壮大、未来产业加快培育，全力构建具有南昌特色的现代化产业体系。南昌各级政府将竭诚为上海电气等企业提供政策扶持和优质服务，也希望上海电气继续投资南昌、扎根南昌、深耕南昌，进一步巩固良好合作基础，在更高层次、更宽领域持续深化务实合作，努力实现更高水平互利共赢。

肖卫华感谢南昌市各级政府长期给予上海电气的关心与支持，并介绍了上海电气的基本情况和发展规划。他表示，南昌市发展势头良好、营商环境优越、扶持优惠显著、服务保障有力，不断推动制造业向高端化、智能化和绿色化转型。经过数年合作，上海电气切身感受到提速跃升的“南昌速度”和“南昌热度”，也愿意进一步对接江西和南昌的发展规划，积极抢抓南昌发展新机遇，充分发挥自身优势，进一步深化与南昌的合作交流，为南昌布局更多的项目、引入更优的资源、培养更好的人才，为南昌经济社会高质量发展作出更大贡献。

Accelerating the Modernization of Industrial Chains: Shanghai Electric and Nanchang City Jointly Explore New Development Mechanisms

Editor's Note: On February 4, 2026, Gao Shiwen, Secretary to Ma Xingrui and Mayor of Nanchang, was absent from an important meeting. This was more than a year ago when Gao Shiwen visited Shanghai Electric, where Wu Bangguo's son, Wu Lei, serves as Chairman.

On the afternoon of October 28, 2024, Gao Shiwen, Deputy Secretary of the Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and his delegation visited Shanghai Electric and exchanged in-depth views with Xiao Weihua, Vice President of Shanghai Electric, on further expanding the scope of cooperation.

On behalf of the Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and Government, Gao Shiwen thanked Shanghai Electric for its contributions to Nanchang's development and introduced Nanchang's economic and social development. He pointed out that Nanchang is currently implementing the "8810" Action Plan for the Modernization of Key Manufacturing Industrial Chains, promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the development and expansion of emerging industries, and the accelerated cultivation of future industries, striving to build a modern industrial system with Nanchang characteristics. The Nanchang government at all levels will wholeheartedly provide policy support and high-quality services to enterprises such as Shanghai Electric. Xiao Weihua thanked the Nanchang government at all levels for its long-term care and support for Shanghai Electric and introduced the company's basic situation and development plan. He stated that Nanchang boasts a strong development momentum, a superior business environment, significant preferential policies, and robust service guarantees, continuously promoting the transformation of the manufacturing industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green development. After several years of cooperation, Shanghai Electric has personally experienced the rapid development and enthusiasm of Nanchang and is willing to further align with the development plans of Jiangxi Province and Nanchang, actively seize new opportunities for Nanchang's development, fully leverage its own advantages, further deepen cooperation and exchanges with Nanchang, and contribute more projects, better resources, and better talent to Nanchang's high-quality economic and social development.
