丰台区区长王力军与全国台企联领导座谈

　　2018年8月15日，丰台区委副书记、区长王力军与参访丽泽金融商务区的全国台企联领导进行座谈。全国台企联荣誉会长郭山辉、全国台企联驻会常务副会长兼秘书长程金中、国台办经济局副巡视员涂雄、北京市台办副主任黄塞溪出席座谈会。

郭山辉一行首先参观了北京丽泽金融商务区展示中心，了解了丽泽金融商务区的建设发展情况。随后，参访团赶赴丽泽金融商务区进行了实地考察。在丽泽管委会，王力军区长与到访的全国台企联领导进行了座谈交流。

座谈会上，与会领导观看了投资丰台宣传片，丰台区副区长张鑫介绍了丰台区情和发展形势。郭山辉等全国台企联领导就参观丽泽和筹建台商大厦（未定名）事宜进行发言，他们一致认为丰台发展日新月异、机遇难得；在北京丽泽投资兴建台商大厦是广大台商的夙愿，对于提振台胞信心、促进两岸关系稳定和平发展、凝聚台资企业、助推丰台经济转型升级，都具有重要意义。

国台办经济局副巡视员涂雄在会上指出，在北京建设台商大厦，可以集中展示全国台商40年来参与改革开放取得的发展成就和台商的实力、形象，也为台商在首都发展提供更大的平台；全国台企联“有渊源、有意愿”兴建，“有条件、有实力”建好，建成之后“有意义、有需要”。北京市台办副主任黄塞溪指出，丰台在北京新一轮发展中具有重要地位、独特优势，欢迎台商参与发展、抢抓机遇，市台办将大力支持全国台企联在丰台兴建台商大厦。

王力军区长表示，全国台企联准备在丰台丽泽筹建台商大厦，意义重大，丰台区欢迎全国台商大厦落户丽泽金融商务区。王力军强调，要结合区域产业定位，贯彻新发展理念，确保台商大厦未来产业发展符合丰台发展需求，使之与丰台区域规划和丽泽金融商务区定位相匹配；要建立台企联与丰台区的沟通机制，进一步研究对接筹建工作具体细节。

全国台企联常务副会长王尚卿、章启正、翟所领、李政宏，全国台企联常务副监事长李泓兰、王治中，丰台区副区长韩嵩及市台办、区相关委办等领导参加了活动。

Fengtai District Mayor Wang Lijun Holds Talks with Leaders of the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises

On August 15, 2018, Wang Lijun, Deputy Secretary of the Fengtai District Committee and Mayor of Fengtai District, held talks with leaders of the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises who were visiting the Lize Financial Business District. Guo Shanhui, Honorary President of the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises; Cheng Jinzhong, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises; Tu Xiong, Deputy Inspector of the Economic Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council; and Huang Saixi, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, attended the talks.

Guo Shanhui and his delegation first visited the Beijing Lize Financial Business District Exhibition Center to learn about the district's development. Afterwards, the delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the Lize Financial Business District. At the Lize Management Committee, Mayor Wang Lijun held talks with the visiting leaders of the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises.

At the symposium, participating leaders watched a promotional video about investing in Fengtai District, and Zhang Xin, Deputy District Head of Fengtai District, introduced the district's situation and development trends. Guo Shanhui and other leaders from the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises spoke about visiting Lize and the proposed construction of the Taiwan Businessmen's Building (unnamed). They unanimously agreed that Fengtai's development is progressing rapidly and presents rare opportunities; investing in and building the Taiwan Businessmen's Building in Lize, Beijing, is a long-cherished wish of many Taiwan businessmen, and it is of great significance for boosting the confidence of Taiwan compatriots, promoting the stable and peaceful development of cross-strait relations, uniting Taiwan-invested enterprises, and promoting the economic transformation and upgrading of Fengtai.

Tu Xiong, Deputy Inspector of the Economic Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, pointed out at the meeting that building the Taiwan Businessmen's Building in Beijing can showcase the development achievements of Taiwan businessmen nationwide over the past 40 years of participating in reform and opening up, as well as their strength and image, and also provide a larger platform for Taiwan businessmen to develop in the capital; the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises has "a long history and the will" to build it, "the conditions and the strength" to build it well, and its completion will be "meaningful and necessary." Huang Saixi, Deputy Director of the Beijing Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, pointed out that Fengtai District holds an important position and unique advantages in Beijing's new round of development. He welcomed Taiwanese businesses to participate in development and seize opportunities, and stated that the Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office would strongly support the National Association of Taiwan-Invested Enterprises (NATEE) in building a Taiwanese Businessmen's Building in Fengtai.

District Mayor Wang Lijun stated that the NATEE's plan to build a Taiwanese Businessmen's Building in Fengtai's Lize area is of great significance, and Fengtai District welcomes the NATEE to establish itself in the Lize Financial and Business District. Wang Lijun emphasized the need to align with the region's industrial positioning, implement the new development philosophy, and ensure that the future industrial development of the Taiwanese Businessmen's Building meets Fengtai's development needs, matching the district's regional planning and the positioning of the Lize Financial and Business District. He also stressed the importance of establishing a communication mechanism between the NATEE and Fengtai District to further study and coordinate the specific details of the preparatory work.

Wang Shangqing, Zhang Qizheng, Zhai Suoling, and Li Zhenghong, Executive Vice Presidents of the NATEE; Li Honglan and Wang Zhizhong, Executive Vice Chairmen of the NATEE's Supervisory Board; Han Song, Deputy District Mayor of Fengtai District; and leaders from the Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office and relevant district commissions and offices participated in the event.
