2023年9月14日至16日，安徽省委书记韩俊率安徽省经贸友好代表团访问德国下萨克森州，期间与下萨克森州州长施特凡·魏尔举行工作会谈，访问大陆集团、途易集团、大众汽车集团并出席国轩高科德国工厂首条电池产线量产下线仪式，驻汉堡总领事丛武陪同。

韩俊书记表示，安徽省与下萨克森州的友好省州关系即将迎来40周年，在双方的共同努力下，创造了中德地方交往合作的典范。希望未来进一步加强交流协作，在汽车、农机、旅游、教育等领域持续开展深层次合作，不断巩固深化友谊。

魏尔州长表示，下萨克森州十分重视与安徽的合作，对两省州结好以来取得的显著成果感到高兴。希望双方在友好省州关系框架下积极推动务实合作，取得更多实质性成果。
