2022年4月1日，正威新疆新材料产业园年产25万吨低氧光亮铜杆生产线投产仪式隆重举行。仪式前一天，新疆维吾尔自治区党委书记马兴瑞亲切会见深圳市企业联合会会长、广东省安徽商会会长、正威集团董事局主席王文银，双方就贯彻落实党中央治疆方略，深化全面合作达成重要共识。

新疆自治区党委副书记、自治区主席艾尔肯·吐尼亚孜宣布项目投产。艾尔肯主席十分重视和关心正威新疆项目的建设和发展，投产前期，2022年3月23日艾尔肯主席来到乌鲁木齐经济技术开发区，实地走访调研正威新材料产业园，参观了连铸连轧生产线，详细了解设备性能、生产工艺及产品特点，强调正威要发挥一线创新城市民营龙头企业的带头作用，在延链、补链、拓链、强链上下功夫，打造全产业链新材料基地。

On April 1, 2022, the commissioning ceremony for the 250,000-ton-per-year low-oxygen bright copper rod production line at the Zhengwei Xinjiang New Materials Industrial Park was held.
