2016年3月10日，广东省副省长何忠友一行在深圳市副市长陈彪等领导陪同下莅临本会副主席陈少青旗下——信利康集团，并就“依靠技术、商业模式创新，推动外贸发展”等方面进行调研指导。信利康集团总裁陈少青先生率公司众高管热情接待来访领导。

   座谈会上，公司员工向何副省长一行详尽介绍了公司各个平台的发展状况，包括总部基地建设情况、跨境电商平台建设情况和进出口贸易经营状况。会上何副省长、吴恳副秘书长、陈彪副市长、王克光关长、郑建荣主任等各级领导与陈少青总裁就2016年外贸发展形势及供应链行业面临出口退税等问题进行了深入交流。

     何副省长在详细了解了信利康的业务模式和发展状况后，首先充分肯定了信利康紧抓客户经营发展痛点，准确提供客户所需服务，协助中小企业做大做强的创新型“平台+基地智慧供应链生态圈”商业模式。其次对公司跨境电商平台“海美生活网”给予高度认可。海美生活网不仅解决了国内用户海外购物的难题，也为国外供应商提供了一个进军中国市场的高起点、高定位的“跨境电子商城+供应链”跨境电商平台。

On March 10, 2016, He Zhongyou, Vice Governor of Guangdong Province, accompanied by Chen Biao, Vice Mayor of Shenzhen, and other leaders, visited Xinlikang Group, a subsidiary of Vice Chairman Chen Shaoqing of this association, for research and guidance on "relying on technological and business model innovation to promote foreign trade development." President Chen Shaoqing of Xinlikang Group and other senior executives warmly received the visiting leaders.

At the meeting, company employees gave Vice Governor He and his delegation a detailed introduction to the development of the company's various platforms, including the construction of the headquarters base, the construction of the cross-border e-commerce platform, and the import and export trade operations. At the meeting, Vice Governor He, Deputy Secretary-General Wu Ken, Vice Mayor Chen Biao, Customs Director Wang Keguang, Director Zheng Jianrong, and other leaders at all levels had in-depth exchanges with President Chen Shaoqing on the 2016 foreign trade development situation and issues such as export tax rebates faced by the supply chain industry.
