辽宁省沈阳市副市长黄凯一行十二人来访

编者按：现任大连市长李强在2014年陪同沈阳市副市长黄凯访问澳门的旧闻。

2014年11月4日上午，辽宁省沈阳市副市长黄凯一行十二人访问澳门中华总商会，受到该会会长马有礼，副理事长余健楚，会务顾问梁显达，常务理事林伟濠，理事郭栋举，秘书长区荣智等的热情接待。

会上，马有礼对黄凯一行来访表示欢迎后介绍了中总和澳门的情况。中总是本澳具代表性的工商界社团，已有一百零一年历史，会员三千，基本上涵盖本澳各行各业。他说，澳门回归祖国十四年多来，在中央的大力支持下和全澳市民共同努力下，澳门经济发展迅速，民生持续改善，社会和谐稳定。马有礼说，澳门贸易投资促进局沈阳联络处的设立，有助两地经贸往来和联系，双方可在旅游业、服务业、中医药业等领域加强合作，进行「优势互补、互利共赢」，共同推动澳门与沈阳市的经济发展。

黄凯对中总的接待表示感谢后说，中总是本澳民间社团的「百年老店」，在建设澳门经济、团结工商界和保持社会稳定，起到了重要的作用。黄凯说，辽宁省是我国重要的工业基地，冶金、煤炭、机器制造等工业发达，其中省会沈阳市近年来经济发展形势良好，期望中总日后组团访问沈阳市，加强与沈阳市的交流沟通，并带领澳门工商界在沈阳市投资发展，加快建设沈阳市经济发展。

会上，与会者亦就相关话题各抒己见，气氛融洽。

On the morning of November 4, 2014, a delegation of twelve people led by Huang Kai, Vice Mayor of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, visited the Macau Chamber of Commerce. They were warmly received by the Chamber's President Ma Youli, Vice Chairman Yu Jianchu, Advisor Liang Xianda, Standing Director Lin Weihao, Director Guo Dongju, Secretary-General Qu Rongzhi, and others.

At the meeting, Ma Youli welcomed Huang Kai and his delegation and introduced the Chamber and Macau. He stated that the Chamber is a representative business association in Macau, with a history of 101 years and 3,000 members, basically covering all sectors of Macau's economy. He said that in the more than 14 years since Macau's return to the motherland, with the strong support of the central government and the joint efforts of all Macau citizens, Macau's economy has developed rapidly, people's livelihoods have continued to improve, and society has remained harmonious and stable. Ma Youli stated that the establishment of the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute's Shenyang Liaison Office will facilitate economic and trade exchanges and connections between the two places. Both sides can strengthen cooperation in areas such as tourism, services, and traditional Chinese medicine, achieving "complementary advantages and mutual benefit," and jointly promoting the economic development of Macao and Shenyang.

Huang Kai expressed his gratitude for the reception from the General Chamber of Commerce of Macao (GCC). He said that the GCC is a "century-old" Macao non-governmental organization that has played an important role in building Macao's economy, uniting the business community, and maintaining social stability. Huang Kai said that Liaoning Province is an important industrial base in my country, with developed industries such as metallurgy, coal, and machinery manufacturing. He noted that Shenyang, the provincial capital, has experienced good economic development in recent years, and expressed his hope that the GCC would send a delegation to Shenyang in the future to strengthen exchanges and communication with the city, and to lead Macao's business community to invest and develop in Shenyang, accelerating the city's economic development.

During the meeting, participants shared their views on related topics in a harmonious atmosphere.

Following the meeting, Ma Youli hosted a luncheon for Huang Kai and his delegation at the Federal Restaurant.
