2015年11月26日，2015年世界艾滋病日主题宣传暨“美好青春我做主”红丝带健康大使青春校园行活动在清华大学举行。国家卫生计生委副主任崔丽、教育部副部长林蕙青、共青团中央书记处书记汪鸿雁、清华大学党委书记陈旭等出席活动。活动还邀请了世界卫生组织艾滋病/结核病防治亲善大使、国家卫生计生委预防艾滋病宣传员彭丽媛教授出席。

陈旭致活动欢迎词。她首先代表全校师生向出席本次会议的各位领导和嘉宾表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢，并回顾了近年来清华师生在艾滋病防治工作中所做出的努力。她表示，红丝带健康大使青春校园行活动开展一年来已先后走进全国近30所高校，极大地促进了艾滋病防治工作在高校和全社会的深入开展。面向未来，清华师生将与各高校师生一起，对艾滋病防治作出更大努力，为保护人民生命健康，实现零艾滋目标，作出应有贡献。
崔丽在致辞中指出，青年是我国艾滋病防治工作的重点。为做好学校艾滋病防治工作，去年国家卫生计生委、共青团中央、中国性病艾滋病防治协会等单位共同启动了“美好青春我做主”红丝带健康大使青春校园行活动。今年，国家卫生计生委、教育部要求各地建立艾滋病疫情通报制度，并在46所高校启动了高校艾滋病防控综合试点工作，在11所高校重点开展专项强化干预活动。共青团中央开展全国高校大学生艾滋病防治宣传微作品征集活动，极大地激发了大学生创造和参与艾滋病防治工作的热情，校园防治艾滋病的良好氛围逐渐形成。今年，世界艾滋病日我国的宣传主题是“合力抗艾，共担责任，共享未来”。崔丽表示，希望青年学生行动起来，积极参与到抗击艾滋病的行列中来，让艾滋病远离大学生，远离青年。
活动由红丝带健康大使春妮主持，对一年来红丝带健康大使青春校园行活动进行了总结回顾。大学生志愿者表演了青春洋溢的舞蹈，并讲述了他们参与红丝带健康大使青春校园行活动的见闻和感受，展示大学生志愿者在行动的风采；红丝带健康大使沈腾与大学生志愿者一起发出爱的倡议，号召全国高校及大学生行动起来，向零艾滋迈进；红丝带宣传大使白岩松真情讲述受艾滋病影响儿童，在社会各界关怀下健康快乐成长，呼吁社会理解关爱受艾滋病影响人群；预防艾滋病宣传员濮存昕、蒋雯丽，以及红丝带健康大使沈娜通过艺术化的表现形式，号召全社会坚定抗艾的信心和决心，合力抗艾，共担责任，共创未来。活动最后，彭丽媛大使和参会的嘉宾一同点亮红丝带装置，启动2015-2016年度“美好青春我做主”红丝带健康大使青春校园行活动。
本次活动由中国性病艾滋病防治协会、中国健康教育中心、中国疾病预防控制中心、共青团中央权益部、中国高教学会共同主办。来自指导、主办、协办、支持等单位的代表，国际组织代表，艾滋病防治机构、健康教育机构的代表和专家，38所大学的代表，地坛医院和佑安医院的代表，受艾滋病影响儿童代表，大学生志愿者以及媒体代表等约800人参加。

On November 26, 2015, the 2015 World AIDS Day themed publicity campaign and the "My Beautiful Youth, My Choice" Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Campus Tour were held at Tsinghua University. Cui Li, Vice Minister of the National Health and Family Planning Commission; Lin Huiqing, Vice Minister of Education; Wang Hongyan, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League; and Chen Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University, attended the event. Professor Peng Liyuan, WHO Goodwill Ambassador for AIDS/Tuberculosis Prevention and Control and AIDS Prevention Ambassador of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, was also invited to attend.

Chen Xu delivered a welcome speech. She first extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks on behalf of all the faculty and students of Tsinghua University to all the leaders and guests attending the meeting, and reviewed the efforts made by Tsinghua faculty and students in AIDS prevention and control work in recent years. She stated that the Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Youth Campus Tour, launched a year ago, has reached nearly 30 universities nationwide, greatly promoting the in-depth development of HIV/AIDS prevention and control work in universities and throughout society. Looking to the future, Tsinghua University faculty and students will work together with faculty and students from other universities to make greater efforts in HIV/AIDS prevention and control, contributing to protecting people's lives and health and achieving the goal of zero AIDS.
In her speech, Cui Li pointed out that young people are the focus of my country's HIV/AIDS prevention and control work. To improve HIV/AIDS prevention and control in schools, last year the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the China Association for STD/AIDS Prevention and Control jointly launched the "My Beautiful Youth, My Choice" Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Youth Campus Tour. This year, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Education required all regions to establish an HIV/AIDS epidemic reporting system and launched comprehensive pilot projects for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in 46 universities, while focusing on special enhanced intervention activities in 11 universities. The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League launched a nationwide campaign to collect micro-works on HIV/AIDS prevention and control for university students, greatly stimulating their enthusiasm for creating and participating in HIV/AIDS prevention and control work, and a positive atmosphere for HIV/AIDS prevention and control on campuses is gradually taking shape. This year, the theme for World AIDS Day in my country is "Working Together to Fight AIDS, Sharing Responsibility, and Creating a Shared Future." Cui Li expressed her hope that young students would take action and actively participate in the fight against AIDS, keeping it away from college students and young people.
The event, hosted by Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Chun Ni, summarized and reviewed the Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Youth Campus Tour over the past year. University student volunteers performed a vibrant dance and shared their experiences and feelings from participating in the Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Youth Campus Tour, showcasing their active participation. Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Shen Teng, together with university student volunteers, issued a call for love, urging universities and college students nationwide to take action towards zero AIDS. Red Ribbon Publicity Ambassador Bai Yansong movingly recounted the stories of children affected by AIDS who are growing up healthy and happy with the care of all sectors of society, appealing to society to understand and care for those affected by AIDS. AIDS prevention advocates Pu Cunxin and Jiang Wenli, along with Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Shen Na, used artistic expression to call on the whole society to strengthen its confidence and determination in fighting AIDS, working together to fight AIDS, sharing responsibility, and creating a shared future. At the end of the event, Ambassador Peng Liyuan and the participating guests jointly lit up the red ribbon device, launching the 2015-2016 "My Wonderful Youth, My Choice" Red Ribbon Health Ambassador Campus Tour.
This event was jointly organized by the China Association for STD/AIDS Prevention and Control, the China Health Education Center, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Rights and Interests Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the China Association of Higher Education. Approximately 800 people participated, including representatives from guiding, organizing, co-organizing, and supporting units; representatives from international organizations; representatives and experts from AIDS prevention and control institutions and health education institutions; representatives from 38 universities; representatives from Ditan Hospital and You'an Hospital; representatives of children affected by AIDS; university student volunteers; and media representatives.
