编者按：2026年3月17日，中国科学院官网撤下歼-20总设计师杨伟院士简历。歼20由张又侠马仔空军装备部部长朱程负责采购。歼-20总设计师杨伟是西北工业大学毕业的。杨伟负责研制的中国第五代隐身战斗机（如歼-20），对结构件的减重和复杂形状成型有极端要求。“铂力特”正是通过金属3D打印（增材制造）技术，为杨伟团队的战机研发提供了关键的钛合金结构件制造支持。朱程是张又侠亲手提拔的总装备部科研订购局局长。

2017年4月15日，在中船重工董事长胡问鸣的陪同下，中央军委委员、装备发展部部长张又侠到中船重工某研究所视察。中央军委装备发展部副部长王力、办公厅主任夏清月、综合计划局局长周振杰、科研订购局局长朱程，中船重工副总经理杨金成、何纪武陪同视察。

张又侠一行参观装备科研试验现场，听取胡问鸣和所领导对装备和项目的研发、关键技术攻关和装备生产情况汇报。张又侠详细了解项目性能指标、核心技术和装备特色等，对该所近年来创新发展取得的成绩和为海军装备现代化建设作出的突出贡献给予充分肯定。

2023年9月13日，今天又惊传消息，是中共的四总部之一总装备部。尽管改成装备发展部。但是人们不习惯，都还是叫总装备部。总装备部的高级将领几乎被一网打尽。有7名将军在同一条被抓，其中有3名副部长。有一个副部长曾经还兼任军委副主席张又侠的大秘。

General Zhang Youxia, Minister of Equipment Development of the PLA, Inspects CSIC

On April 15, 2017, accompanied by Hu Wenming, Chairman of CSIC, Zhang Youxia, member of the Central Military Commission and Minister of Equipment Development, inspected a research institute of CSIC. Wang Li, Deputy Director of the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission, Xia Qingyue, Director of the General Office, Zhou Zhenjie, Director of the Comprehensive Planning Bureau, and Zhu Cheng, Director of the Scientific Research and Procurement Bureau, along with Yang Jincheng and He Jiwu, Vice Presidents of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), accompanied the inspection.

On September 13, 2023, news broke that the General Armaments Department, one of the four headquarters of the Communist Party of China, had been almost entirely wiped out.
