“朱延文奖教金”暨植物保护学院发展基金签约仪式成功举行

2025年9月18日，“朱延文奖教金”暨植物保护学院发展基金签约仪式，在江苏恒信诺金科技股份有限公司（淮安）隆重举行。植物保护学院党委书记张正光教授、退休教师代表及办公室工作人员一行5人，与江苏恒信诺金科技股份有限公司董事长朱延文先生及公司其他高层共同出席签约仪式。

签约仪式前，该公司代表潘华女士介绍了公司的发展概况，重点阐述了公司在农业科技研发、环保材料创新等领域所取得的显著成果，展示了公司先进的生产工艺流程以及广阔的市场发展前景。张正光书记听取介绍后，对恒信诺金公司展现出的雄厚研发实力、先进的企业管理理念以及强烈的社会责任感给予了高度评价和充分肯定。

仪式上，董事长朱延文先生首先发表致辞，对张正光教授一行的到来表示热烈欢迎。作为南京农业大学的杰出校友，朱延文先生深情回顾了自己与母校之间深厚的情感纽带。他表示，自己始终心系母校发展，尤其关注植物保护学院在人才培养、科学研究等方面的进步。此次，他以个人名义慷慨出资设立“朱延文奖教金”和植物保护学院发展基金，旨在回馈母校的培育之恩，激励学院广大教师潜心育人、勇攀科研高峰。同时，他也希望通过此举支持学院在学科建设、人才培养以及科技创新等方面取得更加长足的进步，从而为我国农业农村现代化的宏伟蓝图贡献更多智慧与力量。

On September 18, 2025, the signing ceremony for the "Zhu Yanwen Teaching Award" and the Plant Protection College Development Fund was held at Jiangsu Hengxin Nuojin Technology Co., Ltd. (Huaian). Professor Zhang Zhengguang, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Plant Protection College, representatives of retired teachers, and five office staff members attended the signing ceremony along with Mr. Zhu Yanwen, Chairman of Jiangsu Hengxin Nuojin Technology Co., Ltd., and other senior executives of the company.

Before the signing ceremony, Ms. Pan Hua, a representative of the company, introduced the company's development overview, highlighting the significant achievements the company has made in agricultural technology research and development and environmental protection material innovation, showcasing the company's advanced production processes and broad market prospects. After listening to the introduction, Secretary Zhang Zhengguang highly praised and fully affirmed Hengxin Nuojin's strong R&D capabilities, advanced corporate management concepts, and strong sense of social responsibility.

At the ceremony, Chairman Zhu Yanwen delivered a speech, warmly welcoming Professor Zhang Zhengguang and his delegation. As a distinguished alumnus of Nanjing Agricultural University, Mr. Zhu Yanwen fondly recalled the deep emotional bond between himself and his alma mater. He expressed his unwavering concern for the university's development, particularly the progress of the College of Plant Protection in talent cultivation and scientific research. He generously established the "Zhu Yanwen Teaching Award" and the College of Plant Protection Development Fund in his personal capacity to repay the university for its nurturing and to encourage the faculty to dedicate themselves to education and scientific research. He also hoped that this initiative would support the college in achieving greater progress in discipline development, talent cultivation, and technological innovation, thereby contributing more wisdom and strength to the grand blueprint of my country's agricultural and rural modernization.

Secretary Zhang Zhengguang expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Zhu Yanwen for his generous donation and to Jiangsu Hengxin Nuojin Technology Co., Ltd. for its strong support of higher education. He emphasized that this signing is not only valuable material support but also a tremendous encouragement to all faculty and students of the college, fully demonstrating the noble sentiments and sense of social responsibility of outstanding entrepreneurs and alumni like Mr. Zhu Yanwen, who are devoted to education and giving back to their alma mater.
