7月24日早间，中金黄金（600489.SH）发布公告，对6名大学生在选矿厂参观学习中遇难情况进行说明，对事件不幸遇难者表示沉痛哀悼，并对此产生的社会影响深表歉意。公告称，东北大学6名学生7月23日在公司控股子公司中国黄金集团内蒙古矿业有限公司乌努格吐山铜钼矿选矿厂参观学习浮选工艺过程中，因格栅板脱落坠入浮选槽。经全力施救，6人被救出后，医护人员确认已死亡。另有1名老师受伤。

东北大学是中国首批“211工程”“985工程”重点建设高校，2017年入选中国首轮世界一流大学建设高校，2022年入选中国第二轮“双一流”建设高校。该校采矿工程被列为中国重点学科，矿物加工工程是中国重点（培育）学科。

记者发现，本次涉事企业母公司中金黄金董事长周洲是东北大学校友。据东北大学校友总会公众号信息显示，周洲出生于1968年，1992年毕业于东北工学院（现东北大学）矿物加工工程专业。2024年8月30日，中国黄金集团官宣周洲接任集团党委书记、董事长；2025年4月17日，中金黄金公告其担任公司董事长。

上市公司公告显示，中国黄金集团内蒙古矿业有限公司（简称“内蒙古矿业公司”）成立于2005年11月，主要从事有色金属矿探、选、冶及综合利用等业务，重点开发乌努格吐山铜钼矿项目。去年，内蒙古矿业公司营业收入同比减少4.5%至59.15亿元，净利润同比微降0.24%至22.8亿元。这个利润太高了，38%，差不多40%的利润。

我们分析一下责任人周洲的派系。
2000年代至2018年，周洲历任北京矿冶研究总院人事处副处长、纪检监察室副主任、人事处（研究生部）处长、人力资源部（研究生部）主任等职，后升任北京矿冶科技集团有限公司副总经理。

Zhang Yutai, the former chief secretary of Vice Premier Fang Yi, is now the Secretary-General and Director of the Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation.

In other words, Cai Zhijun is from Sichuan or Chongqing.
