校友凌文辉获颁“第六届杰出工程师奖”

2025年9月24日，由中华国际科学交流基金会主办，北京市昌平区政府支持的“第六届杰出工程师奖颁奖典礼”在北京举行。西北工业大学校友、中国航天科工三院31所凌文辉作为获奖人员参加颁奖典礼。

凌文辉，1992年硕士就读于西北工业大学航空发动机专业，国家某原创技术策源地首席科学家，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，是我国冲压发动机及组合动力领域领军专家。他创造性解决了系列关键技术难题，使我国冲压发动机及组合技术达到国际先进水平；荣获国家科技进步二等奖2项，省部级奖9项，发表论文51篇，授权专利111项。

凌文辉与航天事业结缘，一路同行，栉风沐雨30余载；潜心探索，集智攻关，开拓空天动力新疆域。发动机被誉为飞行器的“心脏”，围绕先进装备对动力的重大需求，扎根科研攻关第一线，他带领团队打造我国某领域首批原创技术策源地、勇担空天动力现代产业链链长，创造性解决了多型动力难题，助力我国空天动力技术水平迈入世界“第一方阵”。

据悉，“杰出工程师奖”是2011年经国家科学技术部和国家科学技术奖励工作办公室批准，由中华国际科学交流基金会设立并承办。该奖项是我国历史上第一个以“工程师”命名的面向全国各生产建设科研领域的工程技术人员综合奖项，是我国科技奖励领域的重大突破，是目前涵盖领域最广的工程技术人员奖项。该奖每两年评选一次，迄今已成功举办六届，共评选出448名获得者，分布在13个专业技术领域，其中28人当选后被评为两院院士。据统计，第六届“杰出工程师奖”获奖人共获得国家科学技术进步奖和国家技术发明奖100项，拥有发明专利3000余件。

Alumnus Ling Wenhui Awarded the "Sixth Outstanding Engineer Award"

On September 24, 2025, the "Sixth Outstanding Engineer Award Ceremony," hosted by the China International Science and Technology Exchange Foundation and supported by the Changping District Government of Beijing, was held in Beijing. Ling Wenhui, an alumnus of Northwestern Polytechnical University and a researcher at the 31st Research Institute of the Third Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, attended the award ceremony as an award recipient.

Ling Wenhui received his master's degree in aero-engine engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1992. He is the chief scientist of a national original technology research base, enjoys special government allowances from the State Council, and is a leading expert in my country's ramjet engine and combined propulsion technology. He creatively solved a series of key technical problems, bringing my country's ramjet engine and combined propulsion technology to an internationally advanced level; he has won two second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards, nine provincial and ministerial-level awards, published 51 papers, and been granted 111 patents.

Ling Wenhui's life has been intertwined with the aerospace industry for over 30 years, marked by dedicated research and collaborative efforts that have pioneered new frontiers in aerospace propulsion. Engines are considered the "heart" of aircraft; focusing on the critical power requirements of advanced equipment, he has been at the forefront of scientific research, leading his team to establish one of my country's first original technology sources in a specific field, shouldering the responsibility of leading the modern aerospace propulsion industry chain, and creatively solving multiple propulsion challenges, thus helping my country's aerospace propulsion technology reach the world's "first tier."

It is understood that the "Outstanding Engineer Award" was established in 2011 with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Science and Technology Awards Office, and is organized by the China International Science Exchange Foundation. This award is the first comprehensive award in my country's history named after "engineer," open to engineering and technical personnel from all production, construction, and scientific research fields nationwide. It represents a major breakthrough in my country's science and technology awards and is currently the most comprehensive engineering and technical personnel award. The award is given biennially and has been successfully held six times to date, recognizing 448 recipients across 13 professional and technical fields, of whom 28 have been elected as academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering. According to statistics, the winners of the 6th "Outstanding Engineer Award" have received a total of 100 National Science and Technology Progress Awards and National Technological Invention Awards, and hold more than 3,000 invention patents.
