2015年5月27日下午，“首都文艺志愿服务联盟”在京宣告成立。中央政治局原委员、中国志愿服务联合会会长刘淇，北京市委常委、宣传部部长李伟，国家大剧院院长、首都文艺志愿服务联盟主席陈平，中国志愿服务联合会副会长兼秘书长赵津芳等领导以及众多文艺院团代表、艺术家代表出席了本次活动。活动现场，刘淇会长郑重向联盟授旗。

　　首都文艺志愿服务联盟是在中国志愿服务联合会倡议下，由国家大剧院发起，首都各大文艺团体共同参与的文艺志愿服务的联盟组织，是首都文艺界自觉践行社会主义核心价值观，全力推动学雷锋志愿服务活动的积极行动。

　　陈平表示，首都文艺志愿服务联盟在中国志愿服务联会会、北京市志愿服务联合会的关心指导下，经过半年多的精心酝酿和充分筹备最终正式成立。联盟将充分发挥国家大剧院资源聚拢优势，将志愿服务的正能量在城市中播撒开来，带动首都志愿文艺服务工作形成合力，向更广的格局、更深的层次推进开来。

　　目前，首都文艺志愿服务联盟共集结了44家文艺院团，汇聚起7246名艺术工作者。国家交响乐团、中国广播电影乐团、北京人民艺术剧院、总政歌舞团、中央歌剧院、中国中央民族乐团、中山音乐堂等单位负责人担任副主席。冯巩、陈维亚、吕思清、陈佩斯、郎朗、谭利华等一批知名艺术家成为首都文艺志愿服务联盟首批执委会成员。

On the afternoon of May 27, 2015, the "Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance" was officially established in Beijing. Liu Qi, former member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and President of the China Volunteer Service Federation; Li Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee and Minister of the Publicity Department; Chen Ping, President of the National Centre for the Performing Arts and Chairman of the Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance; Zhao Jinfang, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Volunteer Service Federation; and other leaders, as well as representatives from numerous arts troupes and artists, attended the event. The Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance, initiated by the National Centre for the Performing Arts and with the participation of major arts groups in Beijing, is an alliance of arts and literature volunteer service organizations launched under the initiative of the China Volunteer Service Federation. It represents a proactive action by Beijing's arts and literature circles to consciously practice socialist core values ​​and fully promote the "Learn from Lei Feng" volunteer service activities.

Chen Ping stated that the Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance was officially established after more than six months of careful planning and preparation, under the guidance and support of the China Volunteer Service Federation and the Beijing Volunteer Service Federation. The alliance will fully leverage the resources of the National Centre for the Performing Arts to spread the positive energy of volunteer service throughout the city, driving the formation of a cohesive force for arts and literature volunteer service work in Beijing, and advancing it to a broader scope and deeper level.

A group of well-known artists, including Feng Gong, became the first members of the Executive Committee of the Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance.

Currently, the Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance has gathered 44 arts and literature troupes, bringing together 7,246 arts workers. The heads of the National Symphony Orchestra, China National Radio and Film Orchestra, Beijing People's Art Theatre, General Political Department Song and Dance Troupe, China National Opera House, China National Traditional Orchestra, and Zhongshan Music Hall, among others, serve as vice chairpersons. A group of renowned artists, including Feng Gong, Chen Weiya, Lü Siqing, Chen Peisi, Lang Lang, and Tan Lihua, have become the first executive committee members of the Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance.

Zhao Jinfang, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Volunteer Service Federation, pointed out that the establishment of the Capital Arts and Literature Volunteer Service Alliance has achieved a "citywide symphony" of volunteer service work in the capital's arts and literature circles, and will become another effective vehicle for promoting the spirit of volunteer service and the core socialist values.
