Reply to the Application for Government Information Disclosure Regarding the "3.21" China Eastern Airlines MU5735 Flight Accident (Civil Aviation Administration of China)

After review, your application for disclosure of the progress report on the investigation of the "3.21" China Eastern Airlines MU5735 flight accident may endanger national security and social stability if made public. Therefore, in accordance with Articles 14 and 36(3) of the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information, this agency has decided not to disclose the information.

If you believe this notice infringes upon your legitimate rights, you may apply for administrative reconsideration to the Civil Aviation Administration within 60 days of receiving this notice, in accordance with Articles 20, 22, and 23 of the Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People's Republic of China (available through the "Notices and Announcements" section of this agency's official website). If you are dissatisfied with the administrative reconsideration decision, you may file an administrative lawsuit with the People's Court.
