我们先说刘跃进，瓜太多了，我们都吃不过来，就是泛泛的说一说，真要深挖，也挺费时间的。

首先2001年，42岁的刘跃进被调至公安部，担任公安部办公厅主任，这个时候刘跃进已经是正局级了。其实刘跃进之前在天津市担任公安局副局长兼刑侦局局长，已经是正局级。刘跃进在胡锦涛担任总书记的10年之内，就没有晋升副部级，这是什么原因呢？2010年刘跃进担任公安部禁毒局局长，当时的公安部长是孟建柱，刘跃进担任禁毒局局长之前是禁毒局副局长，正局级的副局长。

从这一点看呢， 刘跃进就不可能是孟建柱的人。刘跃进早就是正局级了，刘跃进如果是孟建柱的人，为什么还不给局长，还给一个副局长？

2014年11月，刘跃进任公安部部长助理。这时候的公安部长是郭声琨。刘跃进曾经担任过广西桂林大河公社生产队长，广西人民广播电台编辑。郭声琨也是广西的，明显刘跃进和郭声琨都有广西的背景。

当年谁把刘跃进从天津调到公安部的呢。

中国的政法委书记是罗干（1998年3月 – 2007年10月）

政法委和公安的关系和现在也不一样，2001年省这个级别都是公安厅长兼任政法委书记。公检法，公检法。之后，就是胡锦涛和温家宝搞所谓的法治，才不让公安厅长兼任政法委书记。所以，胡温所谓的法治可能也是为了政治斗争。是不是罗干把刘跃进调入公安部的我不知道，但是刘跃进调入公安部办公厅的时候，罗干就是中国的政法委书记。

胡锦涛早就想抓罗干了，抓黄光裕就是冲着罗干去的。黄光裕被抓之后，给看守两个地址，一张纸条。让看守把纸条送到第一个地址。就是罗干儿子的家。然后去第二个地址拿50万人民币。刘跃进如果是罗干的马仔，那就是胡锦涛要收拾刘跃进的。

刘跃进被判死缓，到底是怎么回事儿都不好说。2025年6月23日，福建省福州市中级人民法院一审公开宣判十三届全国政协委员刘跃进（副部长级）受贿案，对被告人刘跃进以受贿罪判处死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；对刘跃进犯罪所得财物及孳息依法予以追缴，上缴国库。

这件事情都不好说，我们看习近平曾经担任过福州市委书记，何立峰，倪岳峰曾经担任过福州市委书记。习近平把刘跃进送到福州，肯定是想包庇刘跃进。福州毕竟是习近平老巢，但是人算不如天算。林宝金传说也是习近平的马仔，据说在三坊七巷和习近平黄坤明一起玩洗面奶的。但是现在的福州市委书记郭宁宁是中国银行出身，李礼辉提拔的。李礼辉和李克强在北大的导师都是厉以宁。
