1997年11月 – 2000年4月，31岁的倪强任中远控股（新加坡）有限公司办公室主任、董事。

2000年4月 – 2002年11月，34岁的倪强任海南博鳌投资控股有限公司总经理、党委书记，中远置业集团有限公司总经理助理。

2008年8月 – 2013年3月，42岁的倪强任海南省洋浦经济开发区工委副书记、管理局局长、管委会主任。

也就是说倪强2000年去海南，但是还是中远公司的。2008年担任洋浦开发区主任， 才变成海南当地的官员。中远发展股份2003年第五届董事会成员，李建红，徐泽宪，张文光，倪强。这4个官员，也未必就是一个派系的，徐泽宪名气最大，就是中远足球队的。

北京橙丰足球俱乐部已经解散了，曾用名上海浦东、上海中远汇丽、上海中远三林、上海永大、上海国际、西安浐灞国际、陕西宝荣浐灞、贵州人和、北京人和。

倪强就曾经担任上海中远置业公司副总裁。这几个人，倪强可能就是李建红提拔的。倪强曾经担任中远控股（新加坡）有限公司办公室主任。李建红曾经担任中远投资（新加坡）有限公司董事长。但是李建红的简历中没有写时间线，我不知道是不是对应倪强。

不管时间线能不能对上，倪强大概率是李建红提拔的。而且2003年都是董事会成员。

中远集团1997年“2.16”会议在京召开——交通部副部长刘松金出席。中远集团领导陈忠表、总裁助理李建红260余名代表参加了会议。当时中远集团总裁室陈忠表，总裁助理是李建红。

2015年5月12日上午，国家主席习近平和白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科到位于明斯克近郊的中白工业园，听取了工业园的情况汇报。招商局集团李建红董事长就招商局中白商贸物流园向习主席做了汇报。

Ni Qiang was likely promoted by Luo Baoming, as Ni Qiang was arrested 11 months after Luo Baoming’s arrest.

Bi Jingquan was Chairman of the Center for International Exchanges, while Li Rongrong was Vice Chairman. In August 2010, Li Jianhong became Director and President of China Merchants Group. At the time, Li Rongrong was Director of the SASAC (April 2003–August 2010). Li Rongrong promoted Li Jianhong to President of China Merchants Group the same month he retired from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC).

Wang Qishan’s top aide, Bi Jingquan, and Ni Qiang were both arrested within a month of each other.

To summarize, Ni Qiang was promoted by Li Jianhong at COSCO. The same month SASAC Director Li Rongrong retired, he promoted Li Jianhong to President of China Merchants Group and Vice Chairman of the International Exchange Center. The chairman was Wang Qishan’s top aide, Bi Jingquan. Wang Qishan’s top aide, Bi Jingquan, and Ni Qiang, Wang Qishan’s subordinate in Hainan, were both arrested within a month of each other. In 2015, Li Jianhong presented the China-Belarus Industrial Park and China Merchants Group projects to Xi Jinping and Alexander Lukashenko. Lukashenko visited Xi Jinping in prison, possibly in an unsuccessful attempt to have Xi Jinping imprisoned. Li Jianhong’s superior, COSCO President Chen Zhongbiao, supervised Xu Kuangdi, Huang Zhendong, Li Peng, Zhu Rongji, and Wu Bangguo.
