一、破案经过
(一)犯罪嫌疑人基本情况
1、吴忠祥，男，47岁，1964年9月13日出生，原籍：中国安徽省阜南县方集镇后徐村埂东74号。在逃编号：T1101060009992004100135.
2、2012年5月14日，中国安徽省阜阳市阜南县方集镇派出所接群众举报称，犯罪嫌疑人吴忠祥已回到家中。后派出所民警立即组织警力进行抓捕，于5月14日14时20分许，将犯罪嫌疑人吴忠祥在家中抓获。侦查员得到此信息后立即前往安徽阜南县。经讯问，犯罪嫌疑人吴忠祥对2004年2月，在丰台区三路居199号院，将孙全有扎死的犯罪事实供认不讳。
（二）处理结果
吴忠祥已移送分局，现已刑拘，其他深入工作正在进行中。

一 、接报案情况
2004年2月1日21时10分事主孙全有（又名孙林）在案发地与一名男子发生口角后被对方持刀扎伤，后送医院抢救无效死亡。
二、现场勘验情况
现场位于北京市丰台区三路居199号院，被害人仰卧于地面上，胸前有血泊。经法医鉴定，孙全有系失血性休克死亡。
三、破案经过
(一)犯罪嫌疑人基本情况
根据现场访问及调查走访，侦查员确定被害人的老乡吴忠祥具有重大作案嫌疑，2004年10月30日，丰台分局对犯罪嫌疑人吴忠祥进行网上追逃。

（二）犯罪嫌疑人抓获情况及处理结果
2011年开展的清网行动中，我支队侦查员多次到安徽嫌疑人的老家进行工作，要求群众提供举报线索。后于2012年5月14日，接中国安徽省阜阳市阜南县方集镇群众举报称，犯罪嫌疑人吴忠祥已回到家中。后于5月14日14时20分许，侦查员将犯罪嫌疑人吴忠祥在家抓获。现吴忠祥已移送丰台分局刑拘，其他深入工作正在进行中。
至此，此案告破。

At around 19:00 on February 1, 2004, an intentional injury case occurred in No. 199 Courtyard, Sanluju, Fengtai District, Beijing. The criminal suspect Wu Zhongxiang quarreled with Sun Quanyou (also known as Sun Lin), a fellow from the same hospital after drinking, and then Wu Zhongxiang went home and took a knife and stabbed Sun Quanyou to death. After Wu Zhongxiang was at large, on October 30, 2004, the Fengtai Sub-bureau pursued the criminal suspect Wu Zhongxiang online.
1. The process of solving the case
(1) Basic information of the criminal suspect
1. Wu Zhongxiang, male, 47 years old, born on September 13, 1964, native place: No. 74 East Houxu Village, Fangji Town, Funan County, Anhui Province, China. At large number: T1101060009992004100135.
2. On May 14, 2012, the police station of Fangji Town, Funan County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, China received reports from the masses that the criminal suspect Wu Zhongxiang had returned home. Afterwards, the police from the police station immediately organized the police force to arrest him. At about 14:20 on May 14, the suspect Wu Zhongxiang was arrested at home. Investigators went to Funan County, Anhui immediately after receiving this information. After interrogation, the criminal suspect Wu Zhongxiang confessed to the fact that he stabbed Sun Quanyou to death in February 2004 in No. 199 Courtyard, Sanluju, Fengtai District.
(2) Processing results
Wu Zhongxiang has been transferred to the sub-bureau and is now under criminal detention. Other in-depth work is in progress.

1. The situation of receiving reports
At 21:10 on February 1, 2004, Sun Quanyou (also known as Sun Lin), the victim, was stabbed with a knife after having an argument with a man at the scene of the crime. He was sent to the hospital and died after rescue efforts failed.
2. On-site inspection
The scene was located in Courtyard No. 199, Sanluju, Fengtai District, Beijing. The victim was lying on his back on the ground with a pool of blood on his chest. After forensic identification, Sun Quanyou died of hemorrhagic shock.
Three, the process of solving the case
(1) Basic information of the criminal suspect
According to on-site visits and investigation visits, the investigators determined that Wu Zhongxiang, the victim's fellow villager, was suspected of committing the crime. On October 30, 2004, the Fengtai Sub-bureau pursued the criminal suspect Wu Zhongxiang online.

(2) The arrest of criminal suspects and the results of their treatment
During the Internet cleanup operation launched in 2011, investigators from our detachment went to the suspect’s hometown in Anhui many times to work, asking the masses to provide clues for reporting. Later, on May 14, 2012, people in Fangji Town, Funan County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province reported that the suspect Wu Zhongxiang had returned home. Later, at about 14:20 on May 14, investigators arrested the suspect Wu Zhongxiang at home. Now Wu Zhongxiang has been transferred to Fengtai Sub-bureau for criminal detention, and other in-depth work is in progress.
So far, the case has been solved.
