一、接报案情况
2012年5月17日17时许我队接值班室布警：在北京市丰台区泥洼路5号院1号楼3门202号，王珈泽将她母亲杀死在家中。丰台分局副局长赵磊砢，刑侦支队支队长王卓、副支队长韩文广带领支队技术队和重案三队全体侦查员立即赶赴现场开展工作。
二、死者基本情况
孙丽莉，女，身份证号码：，户籍地：北京市丰台区泥洼路5号院1号楼3门202号，系嫌疑人母亲。
三、现场勘查及法医鉴定情况
经勘查，现场位于北京市丰台区泥洼路5号院1号楼3门202号屋内。死亡原因待进一步解剖。
四、调查走访情况
1、姜政涛（男，身份证号码：，户籍地：北京市海淀区普惠南里11楼14层3号，暂住北京市丰台区泥洼路5号院1号楼3门301号）反映，泥洼路5号院1号楼3门202号住一家三口，男主人叫王景英。曾在中午11点45分见到过该屋的女主人，但未见到这家的女儿（名字不详，30岁左右）。
2、李广义（男，身份证号码：，户籍地：北京市海淀区羊坊店村5号楼北楼4单元13号，暂住北京市丰台区泥洼路5号院1号楼3门102号）反映，泥洼路5号院1号楼3门202号住一家三口，未听到有何动静，也没有听到吵架或打架的声音。
3、高淑丽（女，身份证号码：，户籍地：北京市丰台区前泥洼路5号院3门502号，家庭住址：北京市丰台区前泥洼路5号院3门502号）反映，泥洼路5号院3门202号住一家三口。对202号家庭情况不了解，不知道家人精神是否正常，也不知道是否有家庭矛盾。
五、案情分析
综上，项目组分析此案系一起因家庭矛盾纠纷引发的故意伤害案，王珈泽具有重大作案嫌疑，并制定如下工作部署：
1、对现场周边进行细致走访，了解案发时具体情况。
2、进一步提取现场痕迹物证进行检验比对。
3、梳理死者关系人及亲属，搜寻相关证据。
六、破案经过
2012年5月17日16时30分丰台镇派出所民警在丰台区泥洼路5号院1号楼3门202号内，将涉嫌故意杀人的犯罪嫌疑人王珈泽带回丰台镇派出所接受审查。
经讯问，王珈泽对2012年5月17日下午13时许，在北京市丰台区泥洼路5号院1号楼3门202号内，嫌疑人王珈泽与母亲孙丽莉因琐事发生口角。后嫌疑人将其母亲孙丽莉用电线勒死，随后报警投案的犯罪事实供认不讳。
至此，此案告破。

1. The situation of receiving reports
At around 17:00 on May 17, 2012, our team deployed the police in the duty room: at No. 202, Gate 3, Building 1, Yard No. 5, Niwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, Wang Jiaze killed her mother at home. Zhao Leibing, the deputy director of the Fengtai Branch, Wang Zhuo, the head of the criminal investigation detachment, and Han Wenguang, the deputy head of the criminal investigation detachment, led the technical team of the detachment and all the investigators of the third serious crime team to the scene immediately to start work.
2. Basic situation of the deceased
Sun Lili, female, ID number: , registered address: No. 202, Gate 3, Building 1, Yard 5, Niwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, is the suspect's mother.
3. On-site investigation and forensic identification
After investigation, the scene was located in Room 202, Gate 3, Building 1, Yard 5, Niwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. The cause of death is to be further dissected.
4. Investigation and visits
1. Jiang Zhengtao (male, ID number:, place of household registration: No. 3, 14th Floor, 11th Floor, Puhui Nanli, Haidian District, Beijing, temporarily residing at No. 301, Gate 3, Building 1, Yard 5, Niwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing), A family of three lives in No. 202, Gate 3, Building 1, Courtyard No. 5, Niwa Road. The man's name is Wang Jingying. The hostess of the house was seen at 11:45 noon, but the daughter of the house (name unknown, about 30 years old) was not seen.
2. Li Guangyi (male, ID number:, household registration: Unit 13, Unit 4, North Building, Building 5, Yangfangdian Village, Haidian District, Beijing, temporarily living in Gate 3, Building 1, Yard 5, Niwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing No. 102) reported that a family of three lived in No. 202, Gate 3, Building 1, No. 5 Courtyard, Niwa Road. They did not hear any movement, nor did they hear the sound of quarreling or fighting.
3. Gao Shuli (female, ID number:, household registration: No. 502, Gate 3, Yard 5, Qianniwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, home address: No. 502, Gate 3, Yard 5, Qianniwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing) , No. 202, Gate 3, Courtyard No. 5, Niwa Road, lives in a family of three. I don't know the situation of the No. 202 family, I don't know whether the family members are mentally normal, and I don't know whether there are family conflicts.
V. Case analysis
In summary, the project team analyzed that this case was an intentional injury case caused by family conflicts and disputes. Wang Jiaze was suspected of committing a major crime, and formulated the following work plan:
1. Conduct detailed visits to the surrounding areas of the scene to understand the specific circumstances of the incident.
2. Further extract on-site traces and physical evidence for inspection and comparison.
3. Sort out the relatives and relatives of the deceased, and search for relevant evidence.
Six, the process of solving the case
At 16:30 on May 17, 2012, the police from Fengtai Town Police Station took Wang Jiaze, a criminal suspect suspected of intentional homicide, back to Fengtai Town Police Station for investigation in No. 202, Gate 3, Building 1, Yard No. 5, Niwa Road, Fengtai District.
After interrogation, Wang Jiaze confessed that at about 13:00 on May 17, 2012, in No. 202, Gate 3, Building 1, Yard 5, Niwa Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, the suspect Wang Jiaze had an argument with his mother Sun Lili over trivial matters. Later, the suspect strangled his mother, Sun Lili, to death with electric wires, and then called the police and confessed to the crime.
So far, the case has been solved.
