2012年6月7日2时许，我队接支队值班室电话报称：2012年6月7日1时58分，张乃文（男，身份证号码：，中国吉林人）拨打110报警称他家人在北京市丰台区木樨园被抢劫强奸并受伤。派出所民警接警后到达现场，受伤女子经急救医生抢救无效死亡。接报后，副分局长赵磊砢、刑侦支队支队长王卓、副支队长韩文广亲临现场指导，我队侦查员会同技术、法医、情报、技侦等部门展开工作。经工作，于6月7日14时许，在中国河北省涿州市双塔区鼓楼大街医药公司门口，将犯罪嫌疑人王强抓获。经讯问，王强对杀害张萍的犯罪事实供认不讳。至此，此案成功破获。现将破案情况报告如下：
一、现场简况
现场位于北京市丰台区南木樨园40号出租房屋内。女性死者位于床上，头部有钝器伤，颈部有锐器伤。经初步勘查及访问，死者家中的台式计算机、死者手机等物缺失。
二、死者情况
经现场访问得知：死者张萍，女，39岁，户籍地：中国吉林省辽源市西安区40，身份证号：，暂住：案发现场，职业：在木樨园灵讯通通讯市场卖手机。
三、调查走访情况
（一）张乃文（男，身份证号码：，系死者哥哥）反映：2012年6月7日凌晨2时许，他接到他妹妹张萍打来的电话。电话接通后张萍并未说话，随后他又给张萍反打回去，接通后但无人接听。张乃文便和他爱人步行走到张萍的暂住地。用钥匙打开院门后，发现张萍的房间灯是亮着。但房门是开启状，门帘被丢在地上。张乃文进入到张萍的房间，看见张萍头西脚东仰面躺在床上，身穿的粉色睡衣被撩至腹部，没穿内裤。脖子，头上，大腿内侧均都有血迹，但没发现伤口。张萍当时有呼吸，但无意识。身体左侧有一把菜刀，刀面和刀把上均有血迹。他拨打“110”，随后和王秀娟来到张萍的暂住地，并在胡同口等“120”。当“120”医生赶到时，他看见爱人王秀娟从胡同里跑出来讲：“妹妹不行了，那人又回来了，拿刀砍了妹妹”。当回到案发地时，发现张萍的脖子处出了血，经抢救无效死亡。
（二）王秀娟（女，身份证号：，系报警人张乃平的女朋友）反映：2012年6月7日1时50分许，他男朋友张乃平接到他妹妹张萍打来电话。接听后对方无人接听，张乃平担心妹妹出事就独自一人前往东侧60米远的张萍暂住地查看情况。没过一会儿张乃平回来称：妹妹被人强奸了，出事了。随后二人一同再次前往张萍的暂住地。期间张乃平给邻居大姐韩丽荣打了电话，告诉她，妹妹出事了。等到王秀娟和张乃平刚到张萍的住处时，张乃平的手机响了，张出门接120。王秀娟进屋后发现张萍喘着粗气，不能讲话。当时王秀娟用冰箱旁边的毛巾放在张萍头下侧帮着止血，此时邻居大姐韩丽荣也赶来了，在张萍的脚部站着帮着照看。就在这时，王秀娟发现从身后来了一名男子，30多岁，肤色较黑，平头，将王秀娟推到在地。并用床上的菜刀往张萍的脖子处来回的锯，完事就出门离开。据王秀娟反映，张萍是6月6日晚23时许从自己和张乃平开的小吃店离开的，当时是张乃平送张萍回的家。张萍性格开朗，平时和别人没有矛盾，也没发现异性朋友。
（三）孟祥鸿（男，外号“小龙”，身份证号2）反映：死者张萍是他舅妈。2011年3月他来京后在木樨园灵讯通通讯器材商场1楼1包跟张萍学修手机。2012年2月份开始与张萍共同经营手机摊位，挣钱均分。2012年6月7日凌晨2时许，他大舅张乃文将他叫起，称：他舅妈被人砍了。他反映张萍平时所用手机情况：1、80667777、86488888，两部小灵通手机，型号不详。2、13691110000,粉色诺基亚n72手机。张萍近期没有经济纠纷或矛盾，未发现有不正当男女关系。张萍的院门钥匙只有他大舅张乃文有一把。张萍有一个棕色黑点的大钱包，其他贵重物品存在店内保险柜里，只有张萍有此钥匙。他最后一次看见张萍是6日晚22时许，当时他和荣阿姨一起遛弯回来。
四、案件侦破情况
（一）犯罪嫌疑人基本情况
犯罪嫌疑人王强，男，25岁，身份证号码：，户籍地：中国河北省涿州市双塔区羊市街182号。
（二）破案经过
案件发生后，在市局十二总队的大力配合下，我队侦查员于2012年6月7日14时，在中国河北省涿州市双塔区鼓楼大街医药公司门口将王强抓获。经讯问,王强供述：2012年6月6日晚19时30分，张强乘坐917路长途车到北京方庄附近找朋友老虎（男，25岁，中国四川人）要钱。但没有找到，身上又没有钱，就想去辛婶（辛婶即张萍，王强管张萍的丈夫辛同哲叫叔，但二人无亲缘关系）家偷点钱。王强在方庄环岛地下通道摆摊的地方买了一个口罩，一副黑线手套。后打车到了辛婶的暂住地，发现辛婶家的灯亮着。后翻墙进入到院内，听见没有动静就把房门推开一个小缝。这时辛婶手拿菜刀向门外走，王强看到她拿菜刀就从屋门靠右侧拿起了一把锤子。并用锤子砸了辛婶头部一下，辛婶向后走了两步。王又砸了辛婶头顶部两下，辛婶倒在床上，喘着气但不能动。此时王强开始在屋内翻东西，并持死者包内的2500块钱现金，计算机主机和液晶显示器及三部手机逃离现场。出门大约有50米左右，王强想回去再翻点东西，就把计算机放在了路边一个废旧沙发上，又返回到现场内。王强发现屋里已来了其他人了。他害怕辛婶认出自己，就冲进屋内，用床上的菜刀在辛婶脖子上割了两刀。割完后，王拿着菜刀和锤子离开了死者家。在回去取计算机的路上，把菜刀扔到了一户的房顶上，在马路上打车时把锤子扔在路边一块铁牌子后面，后打了一辆黑车回到涿州。经讯问，王强对以上违法犯罪事实供认不讳。
至此，此案告破。

At 2 o'clock on June 7, 2012, our team received a call from the duty room of the detachment saying: At 1:58 on June 7, 2012, Zhang Naiwen (male, ID number: Jilin, China) dialed 110 to call the police and said that his family members He was robbed, raped and injured in Muxiyuan, Fengtai District, Beijing. The police from the police station arrived at the scene after receiving the alarm, and the injured woman died after being rescued by emergency doctors. After receiving the report, Zhao Leibing, the deputy director of the branch, Wang Zhuo, the head of the criminal investigation detachment, and Han Wenguang, the deputy head of the criminal investigation detachment, came to the scene to give guidance. After work, at around 14:00 on June 7, the criminal suspect Wang Qiang was arrested at the gate of the pharmaceutical company on Gulou Street, Shuangta District, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, China. After interrogation, Wang Qiang confessed to the crime of killing Zhang Ping. So far, the case has been successfully cracked. The case-solving situation is now reported as follows:
1. On-site briefing
The scene is located in a rental house at No. 40, Nanmuxiyuan, Fengtai District, Beijing. The female deceased was lying on the bed with blunt trauma to the head and sharp trauma to the neck. After a preliminary investigation and interview, the desktop computer and mobile phone of the deceased were missing from the deceased's home.
2. Situation of the deceased
According to the on-site interview: the deceased Zhang Ping, female, 39 years old, household registration: 40, Xi'an District, Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, China, ID number:, temporary residence: at the scene of the crime, occupation: selling at the Muxiyuan Lingxun Communication Market cell phone.
3. Investigation and visits
(1) Zhang Naiwen (male, ID number:, brother of the deceased) reflected: at 2 am on June 7, 2012, he received a call from his sister Zhang Ping. After the call was connected, Zhang Ping did not speak, and then he called Zhang Ping back, but no one answered the call. Zhang Naiwen and his wife walked to Zhang Ping's temporary residence. After opening the courtyard door with the key, I found that the light in Zhang Ping's room was on. But the door was open, and the curtain was thrown on the ground. Zhang Naiwen entered Zhang Ping's room and saw Zhang Ping lying on his back on the bed with his head on his back, his pink pajamas pulled up to his stomach, and no underwear. There were bloodstains on the neck, head, and inner thighs, but no wounds were found. Zhang Ping was breathing, but unconscious. There was a kitchen knife on the left side of the body, and there were bloodstains on the blade and handle. He dialed "110", then came to Zhang Ping's temporary residence with Wang Xiujuan, and waited for "120" at the entrance of the alley. When the "120" doctor arrived, he saw his lover Wang Xiujuan running out of the alley and said, "My sister is dying, and that man came back again and chopped my sister with a knife." When she returned to the scene of the crime, Zhang Ping was found bleeding from her neck, and she died after rescue efforts failed.
(2) Wang Xiujuan (female, ID number:, the girlfriend of Zhang Naiping, the caller) reflected: At about 1:50 on June 7, 2012, her boyfriend Zhang Naiping received a call from his sister Zhang Ping. After answering, the other party did not answer. Zhang Naiping was worried that his sister would have an accident, so he went alone to Zhang Ping's temporary residence 60 meters away to the east to check the situation. After a while Zhang Naiping came back and said: My sister was raped, something happened. Then the two went to Zhang Ping's temporary residence together again. During the period, Zhang Naiping called the neighbor's elder sister Han Lirong and told her that something happened to her sister. When Wang Xiujuan and Zhang Naiping arrived at Zhang Ping's residence, Zhang Naiping's cell phone rang, and Zhang went out to answer 120. When Wang Xiujuan entered the room, she found that Zhang Ping was panting heavily and could not speak. At that time, Wang Xiujuan put a towel next to the refrigerator under Zhang Ping's head to help stop the bleeding. At this time, the neighbor's elder sister Han Lirong also came and stood on Zhang Ping's feet to help take care of her. At this moment, Wang Xiujuan found a man in his 30s with a darker complexion and a crew cut coming from behind, and pushed Wang Xiujuan to the ground. They also used the kitchen knife on the bed to saw Zhang Ping's neck back and forth, and went out after finishing the work. According to Wang Xiujuan, Zhang Ping left the snack bar opened by herself and Zhang Naiping at about 23:00 on the evening of June 6, when Zhang Naiping sent Zhang Ping back home. Zhang Ping has a cheerful personality, and usually has no conflicts with others, and has not found friends of the opposite sex.
(3) Meng Xianghong (male, nicknamed "Xiaolong", ID No. 2) reported that the deceased Zhang Ping was his aunt. After he came to Beijing in March 2011, he learned to repair mobile phones with Zhang Ping at the 1st floor of Muxiyuan Lingxun Communication Equipment Mall. In February 2012, he started to operate a mobile phone booth with Zhang Ping and shared the money equally. At around 2 am on June 7, 2012, his uncle Zhang Naiwen woke him up and said: His aunt was hacked. He reflected on Zhang Ping's usual mobile phones: 1, 80667777, 86488888, two PHS mobile phones, the models of which are unknown. 2. 13691110000, pink Nokia n72 mobile phone. Zhang Ping has no recent economic disputes or conflicts, and no improper relationship between men and women has been found. Zhang Ping's courtyard door key is only owned by his uncle Zhang Naiwen. Zhang Ping has a large wallet with brown and black spots, and other valuables are stored in the safe in the store. Only Zhang Ping has this key. The last time he saw Zhang Ping was around 22:00 on the evening of the 6th, when he came back from a walk with Aunt Rong.
4. Case detection
(1) Basic information of the criminal suspect

(2) The process of solving the case
After the incident, with the strong cooperation of the 12th Division of the Municipal Bureau, investigators from our team arrested Wang Qiang at the gate of the Pharmaceutical Company on Gulou Street, Shuangta District, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, China at 14:00 on June 7, 2012. After interrogation, Wang Qiang confessed: At 19:30 on June 6, 2012, Zhang Qiang took the No. 917 long-distance bus to Beijing Fangzhuang to find his friend Tiger (male, 25 years old, from Sichuan, China) to ask for money. But he couldn't find it, and he didn't have any money with him, so he wanted to go to Aunt Xin's (Aunt Xin was Zhang Ping, Wang Qiang called Zhang Ping's husband Xin Tongzhe uncle, but the two were not related) home to steal some money. Wang Qiang bought a mask and a pair of black thread gloves at a stall in the underpass around Fangzhuang Island. After that, I took a taxi to Aunt Xin's temporary residence, and found that the lights in Aunt Xin's house were on. After climbing over the wall and entering the courtyard, he pushed the door open a small crack when he heard no movement. At this time, Aunt Xin walked out the door with a kitchen knife in her hand. Wang Qiang saw her holding a kitchen knife and picked up a hammer from the right side of the door. And hit Aunt Xin on the head with a hammer, and Aunt Xin took two steps back. Wang hit the top of Aunt Xin's head twice again, and Aunt Xin fell on the bed, gasping for breath but unable to move. At this time, Wang Qiang began to rummage through things in the house, and fled the scene with 2,500 yuan in cash, a computer host, an LCD monitor, and three mobile phones in the deceased's bag. About 50 meters away from the door, Wang Qiang wanted to go back and search for something, so he put the computer on an old sofa by the side of the road and returned to the scene. Wang Qiang found that other people had already entered the room. He was afraid that Aunt Xin would recognize him, so he rushed into the house and cut Aunt Xin's neck twice with the kitchen knife on the bed. After cutting, Wang left the deceased's house with a kitchen knife and a hammer. On the way back to pick up the computer, he threw the kitchen knife on the roof of a household, and threw the hammer behind an iron sign on the side of the road while taking a taxi on the road, and then took a black car back to Zhuozhou. After interrogation, Wang Qiang confessed to the above crimes.
So far, the case has been solved.
