三、嫌疑人交待及处理情况
在办案人员在强大的政策攻势下，犯罪嫌疑人王明磊进一步交待：2009年自己在北京市大兴区开设赌场时，怀疑被害人王雪生指使他人对其赌场实施抢劫。后王明磊交代了指使陈威（男，中国河南省信阳市人）等6名犯罪嫌疑人于2009年7月7日，在北京市大兴区黄村镇双河北里社区41号楼东侧将王雪生伤害致死的犯罪事实。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人王明磊已于2012年6月1日移交大兴分局处理。

1. Capture
