2011年7月29日我丰台分局预审室接刑侦支队重案队移送的犯罪嫌疑人王建国涉嫌将事主刘丽洁故意杀害一案，后我局工作人员对犯罪嫌疑人王建国进行深挖。
经讯问，犯罪嫌疑人王建国供述：“我在1990年或1991年的一天，天气不冷不热，我穿着一身单衣（铁路工作制服）到护城河边，广渠门立交桥北侧，东便门南侧，距东便门较近的桥洞下闲逛，遇到一名20余岁外地女子。我对该女青年说交个朋友一起玩玩，该女子未说话。我将该女子抱到护城河东岸的土台上，并带该女子往桥洞里走了几米。我扒该女子裤子时，该女子呼叫耍流氓、抓流氓。我将该女子推倒，因该女子呼喊在桥下回音很大，我害怕被发现，就用左手掐住该女子脖子，右手随手在地上捡了一块石头击打该女子头部。该女子不动之后，我将该女子裤子、内裤脱至其膝盖处，将她上衣撩到肚子上面，我将我的裤子、内裤脱至膝盖以下，对该女子进行强奸。后我发现该女青年一直没有反应我也害怕了，双腿发酸。我就穿上衣服当时也不知道射没射精，我就拖着该女子腋下将她又往洞里面拖了几米。我出了桥洞子发现我手上沾了血，我就到河边了洗手，然后我就回家了。事后我再也没有去过那个地方，也没有听任何人说过在那地方发现女尸的事情。”
针对经犯罪嫌疑人王建国供述的情况，我局工作人员与广渠门立交桥及东便门桥附近辖区派出所及刑侦支队联系，查询核实该时间段有无女子死亡案件，经核实：1991年6月28日12时许，报案人闫小军报称他妻妹朱翠红（女，20岁）被害，死于北京市崇文区广渠门立交桥下涵洞内。经调查1991年6月24日上午，朱翠红到徐鸿根岳母家做保姆工作。当日午饭后，徐鸿根骑自行车将朱翠红送至北京市崇文区广渠门23路汽车站附近，徐鸿根离去。后朱翠红被发现死在北京市崇文区广渠门立交桥下涵洞内。
朱翠红被害一案已由崇文区公安分局受理案件，并先后抓获2名犯罪嫌疑人收容审查，后排除抓获的2名犯罪嫌疑人的作案嫌疑。我局工作人员到崇文区公安分局调取朱翠红被害一案的案材料。因距案发时间久远，崇文区公安分局只找到该案件的2名嫌疑人收容审查的材料及一张记录该案的收案登记表。报案材料及其他相关材料，经查找现还未找到。我局工作人员到北京市公安局法医鉴定中心调取了该案朱翠红的尸检鉴定书，并在北京市公安局刑侦总队调取了该案的案发现场照片。
经多次对犯罪嫌疑人王建国讯问，犯罪嫌疑人王建国多次供述其在崇文区广渠门立交桥下涵洞内杀害一女青年的事实。口供基本稳定，且供述细节与现场情况基本吻合，且有现场勘查照片、尸检及证人证言予以左证。
现王建国涉嫌故意杀人案已移送北京市人民检察院第二分院提起公诉，北京市人民检察院第二分院已认定该起案件（朱翠红被害一案），并将该案移送至北京市第二中级人民法院起诉。
至此，此案告破，特此说明。

On July 29, 2011, the pre-examination room of our Fengtai Branch Bureau received the criminal suspect Wang Jianguo transferred from the serious case team of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, suspected of intentionally killing the victim Liu Lijie.
After interrogation, the criminal suspect Wang Jianguo confessed: "One day in 1990 or 1991, the weather was neither hot nor cold. I wore a single suit (a railway work uniform) and went to the moat, on the north side of the Guangqumen Overpass, and on the south side of the Dongbian Gate. , Wandering under the bridge hole near the East Bianmen, I met a foreign woman in her 20s. I told the young woman to make a friend to play with, but the woman did not speak. I carried the woman to the earth platform on the east bank of the moat I walked up and took the woman to the bridge hole for a few meters. When I took off the woman’s pants, the woman called out to play hooligans and catch hooligans. I pushed the woman down, because the woman’s shouts echoed loudly under the bridge, and I was afraid of being discovered. I grabbed the woman's neck with my left hand, picked up a stone on the ground with my right hand, and hit the woman on the head. After the woman didn't move, I took off the woman's pants and underwear to her knees, and lifted her top to her stomach , I took off my trousers and panties below my knees, and raped the woman. Later, I found that the young woman hadn’t responded. I dragged the woman under the armpit and dragged her into the cave for a few meters. When I got out of the bridge cave, I found blood on my hands, so I went to the river to wash my hands, and then I went home. I haven't been to that place, and I haven't heard anyone say that the female body was found there."
In response to the confession of the criminal suspect Wang Jianguo, the staff of our bureau contacted the police station and the criminal investigation detachment in the area near the Guangqumen Overpass and Dongbianmen Bridge to inquire and verify whether there was any death of a woman during that time period. After verification: June 28, 1991 At about 12 o'clock on the same day, the reporter Yan Xiaojun reported that his wife and sister Zhu Cuihong (female, 20 years old) was killed in the culvert under the Guangqumen overpass in Chongwen District, Beijing. After investigation, on the morning of June 24, 1991, Zhu Cuihong went to work as a nanny at the home of Xu Honggen's mother-in-law. After lunch that day, Xu Honggen rode a bicycle to send Zhu Cuihong to the bus station of Guangqumen No. 23 Road, Chongwen District, Beijing, and Xu Honggen left. Later, Zhu Cuihong was found dead in the culvert under the Guangqumen overpass in Chongwen District, Beijing.
The case of Zhu Cuihong's murder has been accepted by the Chongwen District Public Security Bureau, and two criminal suspects have been arrested and detained for investigation, and the two arrested suspects have been ruled out as suspects. The staff of our bureau went to the Chongwen District Public Security Bureau to retrieve the case materials of Zhu Cuihong's murder. Due to the long time since the incident, the Chongwen District Public Security Bureau only found materials for the detention and examination of the two suspects in the case and a registration form recording the case. The report materials and other relevant materials have not been found after searching. The staff of our bureau went to the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau's Forensic Medical Appraisal Center to retrieve Zhu Cuihong's autopsy certificate of the case, and obtained the crime scene photos of the case from the Criminal Investigation Team of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
After interrogating the criminal suspect Wang Jianguo many times, the criminal suspect Wang Jianguo repeatedly confessed the fact that he killed a young woman in the culvert under the Guangqumen overpass in Chongwen District. The confession is basically stable, and the details of the confession are basically consistent with the situation at the scene, and there are on-site inspection photos, autopsy and witness testimony to corroborate.
Now Wang Jianguo's suspected intentional homicide case has been transferred to the Second Branch of the Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate for public prosecution. The Second Branch of the Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate has identified the case (the murder of Zhu Cuihong) and transferred the case to the Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court sue.
