简要案情：2011年龙康游被选为定南县天九镇兴隆村“永福庙”理事会总理,龙康游为了筹集更多的捐赠款来征收“永福庙”门前的田地，提高“永福庙”的声誉，于2012年1月13日晚，将事先准备好的假古物埋于“永福庙”门前菜地里。1月27日下午，其邀约龙云锋、龙振强等人在龙光明家中开会时，声称梦到三位老人告知其在庙前的菜地下埋有宝物。龙云锋等人遂与龙康游一起到“永福庙”庙前菜地，挖出假古物后并将假古物交到县博物馆，使当地不明真相群众信以为真，大量聚集“永福庙”参拜。

简要案情：2011年9月15日晚9点左右，陆亚与女朋友袁春玲分手后感觉自己很失落，于是来到定南县城历市镇宝金路的国税局家属楼，登上面临主干道建设东路的家属楼楼顶，然后翻到与之相邻老工商银行家属楼，陆亚坐在楼顶栏杆上，双腿悬空准备跳楼自杀，为了吸引路人注意，陆亚还从楼顶向马路上投掷砖块，很快建设东路的路面上就聚集了近千名围观群众，造成建设东路路面拥堵，行人车辆无法通行，时间长达三个小时，严重扰乱了公共场所秩序。
