2012年5月26日5时03分，分局指挥中心接李彦珊（女，29岁，北京人）打110报警称：武警总医院急诊求助。有人被砍伤，砍四人，死两人，请民警处理。接报后丰台分局副分局长赵磊砢、刑侦支队支队长王卓、副支队长韩文广立即带领重案一队侦查员和技术人员会同青塔派出所民警赶到现场开展工作。
一、接报案情况
2012年5月26日4时50分许，报警人李彦珊在武警总医院儿科急诊室值班。接到120送来两名女孩，均是被砍伤，没有呼吸心跳超过半小时，在医疗上没有抢救必要。同时两个女孩的父母也在抢救。于是李彦珊就打电话报警了。
二、受害人基本情况
1.死者：詹洪宣，女 ，5岁。户口未上。
詹昱宣，女，11个月。户口未上。
2.伤者：詹建达，男，27岁，中国福建省莆田市秀屿区东庄镇马厂村顶厨68号。身份证号：，现在武警总医院抢救。
三、现场勘查情况
现场位于北京市丰台区青塔春园7号楼801室。该室为两居室，中心现场位于东侧卧室。屋内门上，床上有大量血迹，无打斗痕迹。详见市局技术勘察报告。
四、法医检验鉴定情况
经法医初步检验：詹昱宣，詹昱宣腹部有刀伤，均为失血性休克死亡。详见鉴定结论报告。詹建达右颈，腹部有刀伤，目前在武警总医院ICU病房抢救。
五、现场访问情况
1、林俊霞（系詹建达的弟媳，女，20岁，1992年6月18日生人，户籍地：中国福建省莆田市秀屿区东庄镇东庄村人，在京暂住：北京市丰台区青塔春园7号楼801号，职业：物业）反映：2012年5月26日凌晨4时许，她正在自己卧室睡觉。这时听到屋外婆婆林爱香正在哭，大哥詹建达哭喊着：“死人了”。立即穿好衣服出屋后，看见大哥詹建达靠在他卧室门内侧小床边上，从颈部往下都是血，左手撑着地，右手扶在他右腹部的伤口处。大嫂陈丽芳躺在卧室的大床上，颈部往下也都是血。婆婆林爱香双手按着陈丽芳的手，不让她动弹。陈丽芳还喊“别管我们，让我们死”。同时还看到在陈丽芳躺的床里侧床上躺着她的两个女儿詹昱萱（5岁）和詹洪萱（10个月）两个孩子的腹部都是血。这时婆婆让林俊霞去叫公公詹文兴起床，詹文兴起来后，走到大哥詹建达身边，詹建达不知道从哪里拿出一把尖刀递给詹文兴说：“把它拿走”。后不知道公公放到了哪里。林俊霞就马上用手机打了电话报“120”。几分钟后“120”来了，将死人都送到武警医院，到医院时两个孩子已经死亡。现林俊霞和詹建达正在抢救。
2、詹文兴（系詹建达的父亲），男，52岁，无业。中国福建省莆田市秀屿区东庄镇马厂村顶厨68号。在京暂住：丰台区青塔春园7号楼801号。他反映：在2012年5月26日凌晨，时间记不清了。正在睡觉的时候先是听见不知道哪个儿媳妇喊，之后老伴就起来了，他继续睡。过了一会儿，儿媳妇又过来叫他，他感觉有事便起床。他看见儿子詹建达上身赤裸，下身穿一件短裤，斜躺在屋内的小床上。肚子上全是血，肠子都流出来了，脖子上，手臂上都有刀伤。他的两个小孙女詹昱轩（5岁），詹洪轩（10个月）整齐的躺在大床上。当时詹昱轩在南侧，詹洪轩在北侧，都穿着小睡衣，身上都是血，肠子也外漏着，感觉快死了。陈丽芳当时穿着睡衣（什么样式和颜色记不清了）在屋里来回走着，嘴里边说着我也不活了，全家一起走（死）。之后把陈丽芳按在床上。林俊霞就用手机拨打了120急救电话。我当时也很害怕不知道该怎么办，就给我侄子詹建明打电话，让他赶紧过来。在等他们来的时候，陈丽芳说不想活了，想自杀。我们就拉她和劝她不要自杀。反正当时挺乱的，詹文兴都记不清了。
3、林爱香（系詹建达的母亲），女，47岁，1964年6月6日生人，中国福建省莆田市秀屿区东庄镇马厂村顶厨68号。在京暂住：丰台区青塔春园7号楼801号。物业。反映：2012年凌晨3点多钟，正在睡觉的林爱香听见孩子的哭声后，起床出屋看到儿子靠在门口小床边上坐着地上，肚子肠子都出来了。两个孩子都在床上哭，肚子里的肠子也都出来了。看到陈丽芳坐着大床边上，手里拿着刀（那把刀以前没有见过），正在抹自己的脖子。林爱香上前将刀夺下来，扔在一边，双手按着陈丽芳的手，后就哭喊。之后家里人都起来了，报了“120”。在整个过程中陈丽芳还说“孩子是我的，我都带走”。儿子詹建达还说身上的伤是陈丽芳用刀扎的。
4、詹建明（系詹建达的堂兄），男，35岁，1977年1月1日生人，中国福建省莆田市秀屿区东庄镇马厂村顶厨66号。暂住：北京市丰台区小屯路东里2-2-301。个体。反映：2012年5月26日凌晨4时12分，詹文兴给他打电话称“丽芳把我儿子杀了，肠子出来了。”挂电话后，到他家时急救车已经到了。当时詹建达和陈丽芳都躺在急救车里。当时陈丽芳还一边用手拽自己脖子上包扎的纱布，一边指着正在抢救的两个孩子说：“救她干嘛，救了也跟我一样，没用。”拒绝自己治疗。之后詹建明就按住陈丽芳的手，送到了武警总医院。到医院后，詹建明还问詹建达：“是不是你老婆杀的你？”詹建达当时说不出话来，就点了点头。
六、破案经过
(一)犯罪嫌疑人基本情况
陈丽芳，女，27岁，中国福建省莆田市秀屿区东庄镇石前村竹林33号，身份证号：。该人于2012年5月26日凌晨4时许，在北京市丰台区青塔春园7号楼801室东侧卧室内，持刀将女儿詹洪宣，詹昱宣扎死，老公詹建达扎伤（送往武警总医院抢救）。后自杀未遂，被送往武警总医院治疗。治疗期间曾供述自己因有外遇被老公詹建达发现，后夫妻关系不好。久之心里压力太大，想带着家人（两个女儿和老公一起死）。案发前在超市发买把水果刀，于2012年5月26日凌晨4时许，将两名女儿扎死，将詹建达扎伤。
（二）处理结果
陈丽芳现已被刑事拘留，其他深入工作正在进行中。

At 5:03 on May 26, 2012, the branch command center received Li Yanshan (female, 29 years old, from Beijing) and called 110 to call the police, saying: The Armed Police General Hospital called for emergency help. Someone was hacked, four people were hacked, and two people were killed. Please ask the police to deal with it. After receiving the report, Zhao Leibing, the deputy director of the Fengtai Branch, Wang Zhuo, the head of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, and Han Wenguang, the deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, immediately led the investigators and technicians of the serious case team 1, together with the police from the Qingta Police Station, to the scene to start work.
1. The situation of receiving reports
At about 4:50 on May 26, 2012, the caller Li Yanshan was on duty in the Pediatric Emergency Room of the Armed Police General Hospital. Two girls were sent by the 120. They were both cut and had no breathing and heartbeat for more than half an hour. There was no need for medical rescue. At the same time, the parents of the two girls were also being rescued. So Li Yanshan called the police.
2. Basic information of the victim
1. Deceased: Zhan Hongxuan, female, 5 years old. Account not registered.

2. Injured: Zhan Jianda, male, 27 years old, No. 68 Dingchu, Machang Village, Dongzhuang Town, Xiuyu District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China. ID number: , now the Armed Police General Hospital for emergency treatment.
3. On-site investigation
The scene is located in Room 801, Building 7, Qingta Chunyuan, Fengtai District, Beijing. This room is a two-bedroom, and the central scene is located in the east bedroom. 4. Forensic inspection and identification
Preliminary forensic examination: Zhan Yuxuan, Zhan Yuxuan had knife wounds on his abdomen, and both died of hemorrhagic shock. See the identification report for details. Zhan Jianda suffered stab wounds on his right neck and abdomen, and is currently being rescued in the ICU ward of the Armed Police General Hospital.
5. On-site visits

Lin Junxia (Zhan Jianda’s sister-in-law, female, 20 years old, born on June 18, 1992, household registration: Dongzhuang Village, Dongzhuang Town, Xiuyu District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China, temporary residence in Beijing: Qingtachun, Fengtai District, Beijing No. 801, Building No. 7, Occupation: property management) Reflection: At 4 o'clock in the morning on May 26, 2012, she was sleeping in her bedroom. At this time, I heard Lin Aixiang, the mother-in-law outside the house, crying, and the elder brother Zhan Jianda cried, "He's dead." Immediately after getting dressed and leaving the house, he saw his eldest brother Zhan Jianda leaning on the side of the small bed inside the door of his bedroom, with blood from the neck down, his left hand on the ground, and his right hand on the wound on his right abdomen. Sister-in-law Chen Lifang was lying on the big bed in the bedroom with blood all over her neck. The mother-in-law Lin Aixiang pressed Chen Lifang's hand with both hands to prevent her from moving. Chen Lifang also shouted, "Leave us alone, let us die". At the same time, they saw her two daughters Zhan Yuxuan (5 years old) and Zhan Hongxuan (10 months old) lying on the side of the bed where Chen Lifang was lying. Both children had blood in their stomachs. At this time, the mother-in-law asked Lin Junxia to wake up her father-in-law Zhan Wenxing. After Zhan Wenxing got up, he walked to his elder brother Zhan Jianda. Zhan Jianda took out a sharp knife from somewhere and handed it to Zhan Wenxing, saying, "Take it away." I don't know where the father-in-law put it. Lin Junxia immediately called "120" with her mobile phone. A few minutes later, "120" came and sent the dead to the Armed Police Hospital, where the two children had already died. Lin Junxia and Zhan Jianda are now in the rescue.

When I was sleeping, I heard some daughter-in-law calling, and then my wife got up, and he continued to sleep. After a while, his daughter-in-law came to call him again, and he got up when he felt something was wrong. He saw his son, Zhan Jianda, naked on the upper body and wearing a pair of shorts, reclining on a small bed in the house. His stomach was full of blood, his intestines were leaking out, and there were stab wounds on his neck and arms. His two little granddaughters Zhan Yuxuan (5 years old) and Zhan Hongxuan (10 months old) are neatly lying on the big bed. At that time, Zhan Yuxuan was on the south side and Zhan Hongxuan was on the north side. They were both wearing pajamas, their bodies were covered with blood, their intestines were leaking, and they felt like they were dying. Chen Lifang was wearing pajamas (I can't remember the style and color) and was walking back and forth in the house, saying that I am not alive anymore, and the whole family will go (dead) together. Then he pressed Chen Lifang on the bed. Lin Junxia dialed the 120 emergency number with her mobile phone. I was also very scared and didn't know what to do, so I called my nephew Zhan Jianming and told him to come over quickly. While waiting for them to come, Chen Lifang said that she didn't want to live anymore and wanted to commit suicide. We just pulled her and advised her not to commit suicide. Anyway, it was quite chaotic at that time, and Zhan Wenxing couldn't remember clearly.
3. Lin Aixiang (Zhan Jianda's mother), female, 47 years old, born on June 6, 1964, No. 68 Dingchu, Machang Village, Dongzhuang Town, Xiuyu District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China. Temporary residence in Beijing: No. 801, Building 7, Qingta Chunyuan, Fengtai District. property. Reflection: At around 3 o'clock in the morning in 2012, Lin Aixiang, who was sleeping, heard the cry of her child, got up and went out of the house to see her son sitting on the ground leaning against the edge of the small bed by the door, with his stomach and intestines coming out. Both children were crying on the bed, and the intestines in their stomachs also came out. I saw Chen Lifang sitting on the edge of the big bed, wiping her neck with a knife in her hand (I hadn't seen that knife before). Lin Aixiang stepped forward and took the knife off, threw it aside, pressed Chen Lifang's hand with both hands, and then cried out. Afterwards, everyone in the family got up and called "120". During the whole process, Chen Lifang also said, "The child is mine, and I will take it away." His son, Zhan Jianda, also said that Chen Lifang stabbed his body with a knife.
4. Zhan Jianming (a cousin of Zhan Jianda), male, 35 years old, born on January 1, 1977, No. 66 Dingchu, Machang Village, Dongzhuang Town, Xiuyu District, Putian City, Fujian Province, China. Temporary residence: 2-2-301 Dongli, Xiaotun Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. individual. After hanging up the phone, the ambulance had already arrived at his house. Zhan Jianda and Chen Lifang were lying in the ambulance at that time. At that time, Chen Lifang was still pulling the gauze wrapped around her neck with her hands, pointing to the two children who were being rescued and saying, "Why save her, it's the same as me, it's useless." She refused to treat herself. After that, Zhan Jianming held down Chen Lifang's hand and sent her to the Armed Police General Hospital. After arriving at the hospital, Zhan Jianming asked Zhan Jianda: "Did your wife kill you?" Zhan Jianda was speechless at the time, so he nodded.
Six, the process of solving the case
(1) Basic information of the criminal suspect

At around 4 a.m. on May 26, 2012, in the east bedroom of Room 801, Building 7, Qingtachunyuan, Fengtai District, Beijing, the person stabbed his daughters Zhan Hongxuan and Zhan Yuxuan to death with a knife, and his husband Zhan Jianda was wounded (sent to Armed Police General Hospital). Later, he attempted suicide and was sent to the Armed Police General Hospital for treatment. During the treatment, he confessed that he was discovered by his husband Zhan Jianda because of having an affair, and the relationship between husband and wife was not good afterwards. Jiuzhi was under too much pressure and wanted to bring his family (the two daughters died with her husband). Before the incident, he bought a fruit knife in the supermarket and stabbed his two daughters to death and injured Zhan Jianda at 4 o'clock in the morning on May 26, 2012.
