2012年5月11日14时许，我队接支队值班室布警，在北京市丰台区岳各庄发生一起故意杀人案。接报后，在赵磊砢副分局长、王卓支队长、韩文广副支队长的带领下，我队侦查员会同分局技术队队员及法医赶赴现场开展工作。经工作，于2012年5月11日14时40分许，在北京市丰台区丽泽桥辅路西南角的323公交车上，将犯罪嫌疑人聂小辉（男，29岁，中国湖北省安陆市人）抓获。经讯问，犯罪嫌疑人聂小辉对持刀扎死谭方立，扎伤何龙涛的犯罪事实供认不讳。至此，此案告破。现将破案情况报告如下：
一、接报案情况
2012年5月11日14时23分，报警人程洪建（男，32岁，黑龙江人）拨打110报警称，在大井北里有人拿着刀在大街上杀人。接报后副分局长赵磊砢，刑侦支队王卓支队长、韩文广副支队长立即带领重案二队侦查员和技术人员赶到现场开展工作。
二、死、伤者基本情况
死者：谭方立，女，汉族，1984年10月4日出生，身份证号：，户籍地：中国河北省保定市定兴县天宫寺乡中斗门村三区26号。
伤者：何龙涛，男，汉族，1981年9月5日出生，身份证号：，户籍地：中国河北省保定市定兴县天宫寺乡中斗门村三区26号。
三、现场勘查及法医初检情况
现场勘查：现场位于北京市丰台区岳各庄丰体南路1号院2号楼底商，四季风尚理发店内。死者位于现场理发店内地面，头南脚北，尸体面向东呈侧卧状。现场有大量滴落、喷溅血迹。现场提取一把折迭刀，刀柄，刀刃破损折成两半。
法医初检：死者左侧颈部有一处刀伤，系失血性休克死亡。
伤者上身多处刀伤，现在丰台医院抢救，具体伤情待鉴定。
四、现场访问
报警人程洪建（男，32岁，1979年7月13日出生，中国黑龙江省人，四季风尚理发店员工）反映：2012年5月11日14时许，程洪建在理发店门外整理凉棚时，先后有两名店员向程说店内有人打架了。后程洪建向店内走去查看情况。当程洪建推开理发店门时，一名男子右手持刀且胳膊、衣服上有血，从店内跑出。后程洪建拨打110报警，并一直追逐该男子。到丰台体育中心北门处时，男子上了一辆323路公交车逃跑。
张明（男，27岁，1984年9月9日出生，中国湖北省人）反映：2012年5月11日14时许，张明在理发店内午休，被吵杂声吵醒后，看到何龙涛与一名陌生男子正在厮打，谭方立抱着孩子站在旁边劝架。后何龙涛让死者抱着孩子离开。死者在向理发店门口走时倒在地上，右侧颈部向外喷出大量血迹。张明立刻用毛巾堵住死者颈部伤口处。此时何龙涛朋友王志海（男，39岁，北京人）来到店内，并与陌生男子厮打，后陌生男子跑出理发店。何龙涛一直用手捂住右侧腰部，他追到理发店门口处后倒地。
张雷（男，17岁，1994年6月16日出生，中国黑龙江人）反映，2012年5月11日14时30分，张雷在理发店内休息时，听到杯子摔碎的声音。后看到何龙涛与一陌生男子厮打在一起，陌生男子右手持刀向何龙涛后背扎了一刀。又用左手抓住何龙涛妻子的右侧肩膀，右手持刀扎了何龙涛妻子颈部一刀。何龙涛妻子转身离开后倒地。张雷到理发店门外叫其他同事帮忙，回到店内后陌生男子逃跑。张雷与“阿健”一直追逐陌生男子至丰台体育中心北门323路公交车总站。后该陌生男子乘坐一辆323路公交车逃跑。
王志海（男，39岁，1973年2月23日出生，北京市人）反映：2012年5月11日14时20分，王志海在四季风尚理发店门口乘凉时，理发店员工告知王志海说，理发店内出事了。王志海到理发店内，看到死者已躺在地上，店员用毛巾捂着死者颈部。而何龙涛正与一陌生男子厮打，王志海立刻上去也与陌生男子厮打起来，后陌生男子逃离理发店。
五、破案经过
2012年5月11日14时40分许，在323路公交车上，我分局巡特警支队民警，根据报警人反映的情况，在北京市丰台区丽泽桥辅路西南角的323公交车上将犯罪嫌疑人抓获。后我队侦查员对犯罪嫌疑人聂小辉进行讯问。犯罪嫌疑人聂小辉供述：2009年犯罪嫌疑人聂小辉与死者谭方立离婚后，两人一直存在感情、经济纠纷，因此聂小辉决定到北京找谭方立报仇。5月9日，聂小辉来到北京先后买了两把折迭刀。后于10日14时来到谭方立所在理发店，聂小辉右手持事先购买的刀直接扎向何龙涛。扎了何龙涛若干下后，又扎向谭方立左肩锁骨处。后聂小辉胡乱挥刀趁乱逃离现场。经工作，于2012年5月11日15时许，在323公交车上将犯罪嫌疑人聂小辉（男，29岁，中国湖北省安陆市人）抓获。经讯问，犯罪嫌疑人聂小辉对持刀扎死谭方立，扎伤何龙涛的犯罪事实供认不讳。
至此，此案告破。

At about 14:00 on May 11, 2012, our team dispatched the police in the duty room of the detachment, and an intentional homicide occurred in Yuegezhuang, Fengtai District, Beijing. After receiving the report, under the leadership of Zhao Leibing, the deputy director of the branch, Wang Zhuo, and Han Wenguang, the investigators of our team, together with the technical team members of the branch and the forensic doctor, rushed to the scene to start work. After work, at about 14:40 on May 11, 2012, the suspect Nie Xiaohui (male, 29 years old, Anlu City, Hubei Province, China) was taken to the bus No. people) captured. After interrogation, the criminal suspect Nie Xiaohui confessed to stabbing Tan Fangli to death and He Longtao with a knife. So far, the case has been solved. The case-solving situation is now reported as follows:
1. The situation of receiving reports
At 14:23 on May 11, 2012, the caller Cheng Hongjian (male, 32 years old, from Heilongjiang) dialed 110 to report that someone in Dajingbeili killed someone with a knife on the street. After receiving the report, Zhao Leibing, deputy director of the sub-bureau, Wang Zhuo, head of the criminal investigation detachment, and Han Wenguang, deputy head of the criminal investigation detachment, immediately led the investigators and technicians of the serious case second team to the scene to start work.
2. Basic situation of the dead and injured
Deceased: Tan Fangli, female, Han nationality, born on October 4, 1984, ID number: , household registration: No. 26, District 3, Zhongdoumen Village, Tiangongsi Township, Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, China.
Injured: He Longtao, male, Han nationality, born on September 5, 1981, ID number: , household registration: No. 26, District 3, Zhongdoumen Village, Tiangongsi Township, Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, China.
3. On-site investigation and initial forensic examination
On-site survey: The site is located in the Four Seasons Fashion Barber Shop, Building 2, Yard No. 1, Fengti South Road, Yuegezhuang, Fengtai District, Beijing. The deceased was located on the ground in the barbershop on site, with his head south and his feet north, and his body was lying on his side facing east. There was a lot of blood dripping and splattering at the scene. A folding knife was extracted at the scene, the handle was damaged, and the blade was broken into two halves.
Preliminary forensic examination: the deceased had a knife wound on the left neck, and died of hemorrhagic shock.
The wounded suffered multiple stab wounds on his upper body, and is currently being rescued at Fengtai Hospital. The specific injuries are yet to be identified.
4. Site visit
The caller Cheng Hongjian (male, 32 years old, born on July 13, 1979, from Heilongjiang Province, China, an employee of Sijifengshang Barbershop) reported that at around 14:00 on May 11, 2012, Cheng Hongjian was tidying up the pergola outside the barbershop. Two shop assistants told Cheng that there was a fight in the shop. Later, Cheng Hongjian walked into the store to check the situation. When Cheng Hongjian pushed open the door of the barbershop, a man ran out of the shop with a knife in his right hand and blood on his arms and clothes. Later, Cheng Hongjian called 110 to call the police and kept chasing the man. When he arrived at the north gate of Fengtai Sports Center, the man boarded a No. 323 bus and fled.
Zhang Ming (male, 27 years old, born on September 9, 1984, from Hubei Province, China) Reflected: At around 14:00 on May 11, 2012, Zhang Ming was taking a lunch break in the barber shop. After being woken up by the noise, he saw He Longtao He was fighting with a strange man, and Tan Fangli stood beside him holding the child to persuade him to fight. Later, He Longtao let the deceased leave with the child in his arms. The deceased fell to the ground while walking towards the door of the barbershop, with a large amount of blood spraying from the right side of the neck. Zhang Ming immediately blocked the neck wound of the deceased with a towel. At this time, He Longtao's friend Wang Zhihai (male, 39 years old, from Beijing) came to the shop and fought with a strange man, who then ran out of the barber shop. He Longtao kept covering his right waist with his hand, and he fell to the ground after chasing after the door of the barber shop.
Zhang Lei (male, 17 years old, born on June 16, 1994, from Heilongjiang, China) reported that at 14:30 on May 11, 2012, when Zhang Lei was resting in the barber shop, he heard the sound of a cup breaking. Later, he saw He Longtao fighting with a strange man, who stabbed He Longtao's back with a knife in his right hand. He grabbed the right shoulder of He Longtao's wife with his left hand, and stabbed He Longtao's wife's neck with a knife in his right hand. He Longtao's wife turned away and fell to the ground. Zhang Lei went outside the barber shop to ask other colleagues to help, and the strange man ran away after returning to the shop. Zhang Lei and "A Jian" have been chasing the strange man to the bus terminus of No. 323 at the north gate of Fengtai Sports Center. Later, the strange man escaped by taking a No. 323 bus.
Wang Zhihai (male, 39 years old, born on February 23, 1973, Beijinger) reflected: At 14:20 on May 11, 2012, when Wang Zhihai was enjoying the cool at the entrance of the Four Seasons Fashion Barbershop, the staff of the barbershop told Wang Zhihai that the barber shop problem occurs. When Wang Zhihai went to the barber shop, he saw the deceased lying on the ground, and the clerk covered the neck of the deceased with a towel. While He Longtao was fighting with a strange man, Wang Zhihai immediately went up to fight with the strange man, and the strange man escaped from the barber shop.
Five, the process of solving the case
At about 14:40 on May 11, 2012, on the No. 323 bus, the police from the Special Police Detachment of our sub-bureau, according to the situation reported by the caller, on the No. 323 bus at the southwest corner of Lizeqiaofu Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. The suspect was captured. Later, our investigators interrogated the suspect Nie Xiaohui. The criminal suspect Nie Xiaohui confessed: After the criminal suspect Nie Xiaohui divorced the deceased Tan Fangli in 2009, the two had been having emotional and financial disputes, so Nie Xiaohui decided to seek revenge from Tan Fangli in Beijing. On May 9, Nie Xiaohui came to Beijing and bought two pocket knives. Later, at 14:00 on the 10th, when he came to Tan Fangli's barber shop, Nie Xiaohui stabbed He Longtao directly with the knife he bought in advance with his right hand. After piercing He Longtao several times, he pierced Tan Fangli's left shoulder collarbone. Later, Nie Xiaohui fled the scene by brandishing a knife indiscriminately. After work, at about 15:00 on May 11, 2012, the suspect Nie Xiaohui (male, 29 years old, from Anlu City, Hubei Province, China) was arrested on the 323 bus. After interrogation, the criminal suspect Nie Xiaohui confessed to stabbing Tan Fangli to death and He Longtao with a knife.
So far, the case has been solved.
