2012年7月26日下午14时30分许，在北京市丰台区青塔派出所管界内发生一起故意伤害（致人死亡）案件。接报后，丰台分局局长衡晓帆，副分局长赵磊砢，刑侦支队支队长王卓，副支队长韩文广带领重案三队前往现场，会同北京市公安局刑侦总队开展工作。
一、接报案情况
2012年7月26日14时36分许，李文静拨打110报警称在青塔大成路春园三号楼地下室有人打架，请民警处置。民警接警后迅速赶往现场，到现场后发现一名男子倒地，经120确认该男子已经死亡。
二、被害人情况及法医检验情况
民警经现场核实：现场位于北京市丰台区青塔大成里春园3号楼地下室内。死者叫邢可选，男，1984年10月2日出生，身份证号：，户籍地：中国河南省濮阳县户部寨乡郝道期村01号。后尸体经法医现场初步检验右侧肋部、左上臂、左肩部均有锐器伤，邢可选系失血性休克死亡。
三、调查访问情况
1、报警人：李文静，女，出生日期：1997年10月12日，身份证号：，暂住：北京市丰台区青塔春园2号楼西侧地下室。2012年5月下旬，李文静通过别人介绍认识邢可选，后通过微信聊天认识嫌疑人杨凯（外号“朗朗”）。2012年7月26日凌晨6时许，李文静与杨凯一起回到李文静的暂住地了。13时许，邢可选来找李文静。看到二人后，邢可选拿自己手里的包向李文静砸过去，并用屋里的电风扇砸了朗朗，二人发生纠缠。李文静因害怕跑到房东屋里，后用手机拨打了110报警。再回屋时李文静发现邢可选倒在地上，朗朗不知去向。
2、田玉龙，男，出生日期：1985年4月11日，回族，身份证号，北京市丰台区艺海歌厅服务员。据该人反映：他与杨凯、李文静同在艺海歌厅上班。2012年7月26日早6时30分许，他和杨凯、李文静在青塔桥南侧网吧下机后，杨凯和李文静一起离开。下午，他接到杨凯给他打来的电话，想管他借点钱。随后杨凯收拾了一下衣物，并称：不想在歌厅干了，要离开歌厅。15时30分许，杨凯离开宿舍时，手提一个棕色拉杆箱以及一个双肩背包，并管田玉龙借了100元现金。
3、李洪东，男，身份证号码：，单位：北京市海淀区太平路亿海KTV，服务生。李洪东称：2012年7月26日14时左右（具体时间记不清），李洪东在亿海KTV内值班，在前台后的房间内睡觉。听到有脚步声，看到杨凯光着上身来到歌厅。再次醒来时，杨凯已经离开歌厅。
四、案件分析及工作部署
综合分析本案系一起因矛盾引发的伤害致死案件，杨凯（外号“朗朗”）具有重大作案嫌疑，作案后迅速逃离现场。据此部署工作如下：
（一）对关系人进行摸底、访问，发现线索。
（二）对现场周边视频监控录像进行查看。
（三）发布协查通报。
（四）情报、网安、技侦部门结合自身职能开展工作。
五、嫌疑人抓获及供述情况
犯罪嫌疑人杨凯，别名“朗朗”，男，身份证号码：，户籍地：中国山西省临猗县角杯乡上豆氏第六居民组。
在相关部门的大力配合下，2012年7月26日晚20时30分许，我侦查员在丰台峰尚专业理发店内将嫌疑人杨凯抓获。经讯问，杨凯对2012年7月26日下午14时30分许，在北京市丰台区青塔大成里春园3号楼地下室，与邢可选发生口角，后持刀将邢可选扎伤的犯罪事实供认不讳。
至此，此案告破。

At around 14:30 pm on July 26, 2012, a case of intentional injury (causing death) occurred within the jurisdiction of the Qingta Police Station in Fengtai District, Beijing. After receiving the report, Heng Xiaofan, director of Fengtai Branch, Zhao Leibing, deputy director, Wang Zhuo, head of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, and Han Wenguang, deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, led the Third Serious Case Team to the scene and worked with the Criminal Investigation Team of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
1. The situation of receiving reports
At about 14:36 on July 26, 2012, Li Wenjing called 110 to report that there was a fight in the basement of Building No. 3, Chunyuan, Dacheng Road, Qingta, and asked the police to deal with it. After receiving the police, the police rushed to the scene quickly. When they arrived at the scene, they found a man lying on the ground. It was confirmed by 120 that the man had died.
2. The situation of the victim and the forensic examination
The police verified on the spot: the scene is located in the basement of Building 3, Chunyuan, Dachengli, Qingta, Fengtai District, Beijing. The name of the deceased is Xing Kexuan, male, born on October 2, 1984, ID number: , registered address: No. 01, Haodaoqi Village, Hubuzhai Township, Puyang County, Henan Province, China. Later, the body was preliminarily inspected by the forensic doctor on the right side of the rib, left upper arm, and left shoulder with sharp injuries. Xing Keke died of hemorrhagic shock.
3. Survey visits
1. Caller: Li Wenjing, female, date of birth: October 12, 1997, ID number: , temporary residence: basement on the west side of Building 2, Qingtachunyuan, Fengtai District, Beijing. In late May 2012, Li Wenjing met Xing Kecan through someone else's introduction, and later met the suspect Yang Kai (nicknamed "Lang Lang") through WeChat chat. At around 6 am on July 26, 2012, Li Wenjing and Yang Kai returned to Li Wenjing's temporary residence. At about 13:00, Xing Kecan came to find Li Wenjing. After seeing the two, Xing Kecan took the bag in his hand and threw it at Li Wenjing, and hit Lang Lang with the electric fan in the room, and the two became entangled. Li Wenjing ran into the landlord's house because she was afraid, and then called 110 with her mobile phone to call the police. When Li Wenjing went back to the house, she found Xing Kexuan lying on the ground, and Lang Lang disappeared.
2. Tian Yulong, male, date of birth: April 11, 1985, Hui nationality, ID number, waiter at Yihai Cabaret in Fengtai District, Beijing. According to the person's reflection: he, Yang Kai, and Li Wenjing work in the Yihai Karaoke Hall. At about 6:30 a.m. on July 26, 2012, after he, Yang Kai, and Li Wenjing got off the plane at the Internet cafe on the south side of Qingta Bridge, Yang Kai and Li Wenjing left together. In the afternoon, he received a call from Yang Kai, asking him to borrow some money. Then Yang Kai packed up his clothes and said: I don't want to do it in the karaoke hall anymore, I want to leave the karaoke hall. At about 15:30, when Yang Kai left the dormitory, he was carrying a brown trolley case and a backpack, and Guan Tian Yulong borrowed 100 yuan in cash.
3. Li Hongdong, male, ID number:, Unit: Yihai KTV, Taiping Road, Haidian District, Beijing, waiter. Li Hongdong said: At about 14:00 on July 26, 2012 (the exact time is unclear), Li Hongdong was on duty in Yihai KTV and slept in the room behind the front desk. Hearing footsteps, he saw Yang Kai coming to the singing hall with his upper body bare. When he woke up again, Yang Kai had already left the karaoke hall.
4. Case analysis and work deployment
Comprehensive analysis This case is a case of injury and death caused by conflicts. Yang Kai (nicknamed "Lang Lang") was suspected of committing a major crime and quickly fled the scene after committing the crime. According to this the deployment works as follows:

5. The arrest and confession of the suspect

With the strong cooperation of relevant departments, at about 20:30 on the evening of July 26, 2012, our investigators arrested the suspect Yang Kai in Fengshang Professional Barber Shop in Fengtai. After interrogation, Yang Kai had an argument with Xing Kecan in the basement of Building 3, Chunyuan, Qingta Dachengli, Fengtai District, Beijing at about 14:30 p.m. on July 26, 2012, and then stabbed Xing Kecan with a knife. Confess.
So far, the case has been solved.
