2012年5月31日1时许，在北京市昌平区崔村镇南庄营村临343号，30多名不明身份的男子持械无故闯入343号院进行打、砸。后强行将院内人员李荣华（男，69岁，北京市昌平区崔村镇人）、王秀英（女，70岁，北京市昌平区崔村镇人）及李景凤（女，37岁，北京市昌平区崔村镇人）拖出院门，并将李荣华、李景凤装入汽车后备箱，带至昌平区兴寿镇秦城村运河附近。同时，到场其他人员驾驶挖掘机将李荣华家10余间房屋全部拆除。
作为一起发生在我辖区内的暴力强拆恶性案件，分局领导高度重视。分局长田运胜、副分局长徐桐、杨峻岭多次询问案件进展情况，并要求迅速破案。在刑侦总队二支队的正确指导下，组织昌平分局刑侦支队迅速成立专案组，开展案件侦破工作。同时，分局法制处、预审大队先期介入，崔村派出所、天通苑派出所大力配合，对案件侦破工作提供了有力保障。
经过大量侦查及调查取证工作，工作人员在北京市昌平区崔村镇南庄营村将涉案犯罪嫌疑人韩冰（男，34岁，北京市昌平区人）、马阳光（男，20岁，中国河南省淮阳县人）、韩峰（男，31岁，中国辽宁省北宁市人）、喻建功（男，39岁，中国河南省正阳县人）、李振雨（男，39岁，北京市昌平区人）、刘彦云（男，36岁，北京市昌平区人）、张国栋（男，25岁，中国河南省汝阳县人）等七人抓获归案。
分局法制处和预审大队组织人员对案件进行分析、研究，最终决定对犯罪嫌疑人韩冰、马阳光执行刑事拘留，对韩峰、喻建功、李振雨、刘彦云、张国栋等5人执行监视居住。工作人员经进一步开展对韩峰、喻建功、李振雨、刘彦云、张国栋等五名犯罪嫌疑人审讯工作，犯罪嫌疑人对上述犯罪事实供述不讳。
6月5日，犯罪嫌疑人韩峰、喻建功、张国栋被分局刑事拘留，李振雨、刘彦云因情节轻微被教育释放。现本案正在进一步工作中。
此案仅仅历时5天被成功破获，充分证明了分局在侦破大要案中各部门协同作战、善打合成战的工作能力，更体现出了刑侦支队作为一支打黑除恶战线上的尖刀队伍，在打击破案工作中体现出的极高战术素养和业务能力。该犯罪团伙的成功铲除也有效地遏制了恶势力在我辖区内的滋生发展，进一步净化了我区社会治安环境。

At about 1:00 on May 31, 2012, at No. 343, Nanzhuangying Village, Cuicun Town, Changping District, Beijing, more than 30 unidentified men broke into No. 343 courtyard with weapons and beat and smashed them without reason. At the same time, other personnel at the scene drove excavators to demolish more than 10 houses in Li Ronghua's house.
As a vicious case of violent demolition in our jurisdiction, the branch leaders attach great importance to it. Sub-bureau director Tian Yunsheng, deputy sub-bureau chiefs Xu Tong and Yang Junling inquired about the progress of the case many times and demanded that the case be solved quickly. Under the correct guidance of the Second Detachment of the Criminal Investigation Corps, the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Changping Branch was organized to quickly set up a special case team to carry out case detection. At the same time, the Legal Affairs Division and the Pre-trial Brigade of the sub-bureau intervened in advance, and the Cuicun Police Station and Tiantongyuan Police Station cooperated vigorously, providing a strong guarantee for the investigation of the case.
After a lot of investigation and evidence collection, the staff arrested the suspects Han Bing (male, 34 years old, from Changping District, Beijing) and Ma Yangguang (male, 20 years old, from Henan, China) in Nanzhuangying Village, Cuicun Town, Changping District, Beijing. from Huaiyang County, Henan Province), Han Feng (male, 31 years old, from Beining City, Liaoning Province, China), Yu Jiangong (male, 39 years old, from Zhengyang County, Henan Province, China), Li Zhenyu (male, 39 years old, from Changping City, Beijing District), Liu Yanyun (male, 36 years old, from Changping District, Beijing), Zhang Guodong (male, 25 years old, from Ruyang County, Henan Province, China) and seven people were arrested and brought to justice.
The sub-bureau's Legal Affairs Division and the pre-trial brigade organized personnel to analyze and study the case, and finally decided to implement criminal detention for the criminal suspects Han Bing and Ma Yangguang, and implement residential surveillance for five people including Han Feng, Yu Jiangong, Li Zhenyu, Liu Yanyun, and Zhang Guodong. After the staff further carried out the interrogation of five suspects including Han Feng, Yu Jiangong, Li Zhenyu, Liu Yanyun, and Zhang Guodong, the suspects confessed to the above-mentioned criminal facts. On June 5, criminal suspects Han Feng, Yu Jiangong, and Zhang Guodong were criminally detained by the police station, while Li Zhenyu and Liu Yanyun were educated and released due to minor circumstances. The case is currently under further work.
The case was successfully cracked in only 5 days, which fully proved the branch bureau's ability to cooperate and fight combined operations in the detection of major cases. The extremely high tactical quality and professional ability demonstrated in the work of cracking down on crimes. The successful eradication of this criminal gang has also effectively curbed the breeding and development of evil forces in our jurisdiction, and further purified the social security environment in our district.
