2012年4月3日21时28分，我支队接总队值班室布警：北京市丰台区大瓦窑建筑工地一男子死亡。臧学民副总队长指示：一支队到现场协助开展工作。接报后，我支队赵斌支队长率领二中队侦查员立即赶赴现场，会同市局情报中心、网安总队、十二总队、总队七支队、八大队、九大队、丰台分局刑侦支队组成项目组共同开展工作。吕宝泉副总队长、丰台分局赵磊砢副分局长到现场指挥侦破工作。经缜密工作，项目组于2012年4月6日12时许，在中国河北省衡水市故城县将犯罪嫌疑人孙庆松（男，29岁）抓获归案。经突审，孙庆松对因矛盾将翟树友打伤致死的犯罪事实供认不讳，成功破获此案。具体情况如下：
一、案发情况
（一）接报警情况
据丰台分局刑侦支队张浩队长介绍：2012年4月3日21时许，报警人袁大巧（女，49岁，中国河北省衡水市人）来到她丈夫翟树友位于北京市丰台区大瓦窑192号的工地宿舍时，发现翟树友死在屋内，遂拨打110报警。
（二）死者基本情况
翟树友，男，1966年4月1日出生，户籍所在地：中国河北省衡水市故城县郑口镇翟庄村47号，身份证号：，暂住北京市丰台区卢沟桥大瓦窑192号院的北京建工集团第一建筑公司机械工程施工分公司吊篮项目部工人宿舍，手机号：13522110979。
（三）现场勘查及法医检验情况
经勘查，现场位于北京市丰台区大瓦窑192号北京建工集团第一建筑公司机械工程施工分公司院内。中心现场位于该院西侧第一间职工宿舍，门锁呈锁闭状态。现场窗户玻璃破碎，窗户锁有外力破坏痕迹。室内东侧桌子上发现现金1083元。桌子西侧摆放有茶几，茶几下方提取部分喷溅血迹。室内北墙为一加宽单人床，床上散落部分玻璃碎渣。室内靠西墙摆放一张单人床，床上放有深蓝色裤子、红色外衣。在红色外衣下及南侧床沿处发现两处血泊。尸体位于宿舍地面中央，头南脚北呈俯卧位，上身赤裸，下着蓝色内裤。尸体头部周边发现大量喷溅血迹。室内地面发现并提取两个半块红色砖头，地面上散落碎玻璃及碎砖沫。室内无明显翻动痕迹。经死者家属查看，现场无财务丢失。现场未提取到其他痕迹物证。
经法医初步检验，死者头顶枕部有条形头皮裂创，左侧面部、左颞部、上枕部可见条形头皮挫裂创，颅骨骨折。死者背部可见四条平行条状中空皮下出血。死因系颅脑损伤合并失血性休克。初步推断死亡时间为2012年4月3日凌晨2时许，分析作案工具为条形钝器。
（四）现场访问情况
据死者妻子袁大巧反映：2012年4月3日，袁大巧多次拨打她丈夫翟树友电话，均呈无人接通状态。当晚21时许，袁大巧前往她丈夫工作单位宿舍查看。到达翟树友宿舍门口时，袁大巧发现宿舍门锁呈锁闭状态，宿舍窗户玻璃破碎。袁大巧用钥匙开门未果，便将手从破碎的玻璃窗处伸进屋内，将插在屋内门上的钥匙拔出，用自己的钥匙从屋外将门打开。袁大巧进屋后开灯，灯未亮，便用手机照明。后发现翟树友趴在宿舍地面已经死亡，随即拨打110报警。
二、案情分析及工作部署情况
综合上述情况，项目组分析认为此案系一起因矛盾引发的伤害致死案件，犯罪嫌疑人熟悉现场环境，同时拟定如下工作部署：
（一）技术、法医部门工作
1、技术部门对现场提取的痕迹物证进行检验，在现场周边扩大搜索范围，力争发现作案工具及其它痕迹物证。
2、法医部门对尸体进行解剖检验，对现场提取的生物检材进行检验。
（二）地区工作
对死者家属及关系人进行深入访问，了解死者生活规律、性格特点、矛盾因素等情况，注意发现可疑情况。
对死者关系人特别是其中熟悉工地环境的相关人员进行深入摸排，力争发现可疑线索。
（三）监控录像工作
调取案发地周边监控录像，力争发现犯罪嫌疑人特征及活动轨迹。
三、破案情况
（一）线索来源及抓获情况
经访问死者家属及同事，几天前被解除合同的工人孙庆松（男，29岁，中国河北省衡水市人）与死者素有矛盾，案后去向不明。另经技侦部门工作发现，案发期间孙庆松的手机曾到达案发现场，后离京。项目组确定孙庆松具有重大作案嫌疑。
经工作，项目组于2012年4月6日12时50分许，项目组在中国河北省衡水市故城县将犯罪嫌疑人孙庆松成功抓获。
（二）嫌疑人基本情况
孙庆松，男，1983年2月2日出生，户籍地：中国河北省衡水市故城县辛庄乡东辛庄村60号，身份证号：，暂住地北京市丰台区丰谊小区出租房，手机号：13261947499，13683082996。
（三）嫌疑人供述情况
经突审，孙庆松初步交代：因与翟树友素有矛盾，孙庆松一直怀恨在心。2012年4月2日晚，他由暂住地北京市丰台区丰益小区骑自行车到达现场。由工地铁墙一处破损处进入工地内，随手在工地捡起一根空心钢管及两块砖头。后潜到翟树友宿舍外，孙庆松先将两砖块从翟树友宿舍窗户投入翟树友宿舍。后从窗户爬入翟树友的宿舍内，持钢管对翟树友进行殴打，直至翟树友被打倒在地。随后孙庆松由窗户逃离现场返回河北省衡水市老家，直至被抓获。
（四）处理情况
目前，犯罪嫌疑人孙庆松已被丰台分局刑事拘留，进一步审查取证工作正在进行中。

At 21:28 on April 3, 2012, our detachment received police from the duty room of the headquarter: a man died at the Dawayao construction site in Fengtai District, Beijing. Deputy Chief Zang Xuemin instructed: A team will go to the scene to assist in the work. After receiving the report, Captain Zhao Bin of our detachment led the investigators of the Second Squadron to the scene immediately, and together with the Municipal Bureau Intelligence Center, Network Security Corps, Twelfth Corps, Seventh Detachment, Eighth Team, Ninth Team, and Fengtai Branch Criminal Investigation Detachment formed a project team to work together. commence to work. After careful work, the project team arrested the suspect Sun Qingsong (male, 29 years old) at 12 o'clock on April 6, 2012 in Gucheng County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China. After a sudden trial, Sun Qingsong confessed to the fact that he injured Zhai Shuyou to death due to a contradiction, and successfully cracked the case. Details are as follows:
1. The circumstances of the incident
(1) Receiving an alarm
According to Captain Zhang Hao of the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Fengtai Branch, at about 21:00 on April 3, 2012, the caller Yuan Daqiao (female, 49 years old, from Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China) came to her husband Zhai Shuyou’s house in Dawa, Fengtai District, Beijing. In the construction site dormitory at No. 192 Kiln, Zhai Shuyou was found dead in the house, so he called 110 to call the police.
(2) Basic information of the deceased
Zhai Shuyou, male, born on April 1, 1966, place of household registration: No. 47, Zhaizhuang Village, Zhengkou Town, Gucheng County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China, ID number: , temporary residence in Beijing, No. 192, Dawayao, Lugouqiao, Fengtai District, Beijing Workers’ dormitory of the Hanging Basket Project Department of the Mechanical Engineering Construction Branch of the First Construction Company of China Construction Engineering Group, mobile phone number: 13522110979.
(3) On-site investigation and forensic examination
After investigation, the site is located in the courtyard of the mechanical engineering construction branch of Beijing Construction Engineering Group No. 1 Construction Company, No. 192 Dawayao, Fengtai District, Beijing. The center site is located in the first staff dormitory on the west side of the hospital, and the door lock is locked. The glass of the window at the scene was broken, and the window lock showed signs of external damage. 1,083 yuan in cash was found on the table on the east side of the room. There is a coffee table on the west side of the table, and the extracted part under the coffee table is spattered with blood. On the north wall of the room is a widened single bed, and some glass shards are scattered on the bed. A single bed is placed against the west wall in the room, with dark blue trousers and a red coat on the bed. Two pools of blood were found under the red coat and on the edge of the bed on the south side. The corpse was located in the center of the dormitory floor, with the head in the south and the feet in the north, in a prone position, with the upper body naked and blue underwear underneath. A large amount of blood spatter was found around the head of the corpse. Two and a half pieces of red bricks were found and extracted on the indoor floor, and broken glass and broken brick foam were scattered on the ground. There are no obvious signs of tampering in the interior. After checking by the family members of the deceased, there was no financial loss at the scene. No other traces of evidence were extracted at the scene.
Preliminary forensic examination revealed that the deceased had strip-shaped scalp lacerations on the top of the head and occiput, strip-shaped scalp contusions on the left face, left temporal, and upper occipital, and skull fractures. Four parallel strips of hollow subcutaneous hemorrhages were seen on the back of the deceased. The cause of death was traumatic brain injury combined with hemorrhagic shock. It was preliminarily inferred that the time of death was around 2:00 am on April 3, 2012, and the crime tool was analyzed to be a bar-shaped blunt weapon.
(4) On-site visits
According to Yuan Daqiao, the wife of the deceased, on April 3, 2012, Yuan Daqiao called her husband Zhai Shuyou many times, but no one answered. At about 21 o'clock that night, Yuan Daqiao went to check the dormitory of her husband's workplace. When he arrived at the door of Zhai Shuyou's dormitory, Yuan Daqiao found that the door of the dormitory was locked and the windows of the dormitory were broken. Yuan Daqiao failed to open the door with the key, so he reached into the house through the broken glass window, pulled out the key inserted in the door of the house, and opened the door from the outside with his own key. Yuan Daqiao turned on the light after entering the house, but when the light was not on, he used his mobile phone to illuminate. Later, it was found that Zhai Shuyou was lying on the ground of the dormitory dead, and he called 110 to call the police.
2. Case analysis and work deployment
Based on the above situation, the project team analyzed that this case was a case of injury and death caused by conflicts, and the criminal suspect was familiar with the scene environment, and at the same time formulated the following work arrangements:
(1) Work in technical and forensic departments
1. The technical department inspects the traces and evidence extracted at the scene, expands the search area around the scene, and strives to find the tools of crime and other traces and evidence.
2. The forensic department conducts autopsy on the corpse and examines the biological samples extracted on the spot.
(2) Regional work
Conduct in-depth interviews with the deceased's family members and related persons to understand the deceased's life patterns, personality characteristics, conflicting factors, etc., and pay attention to discovering suspicious situations.
Conduct in-depth investigations on the relatives of the deceased, especially those who are familiar with the construction site environment, and strive to find suspicious clues.
(3) Surveillance video work
Collect surveillance video around the scene of the crime, and strive to discover the characteristics and activity trajectory of the suspect.
3. Case solving
(1) The source of clues and the situation of capture
Interviews with the family members and colleagues of the deceased revealed that the worker Sun Qingsong (male, 29 years old, from Hengshui City, Hebei Province, China), whose contract was terminated a few days ago, had conflicts with the deceased, and his whereabouts after the case were unknown. In addition, the technical investigation department found that Sun Qingsong's mobile phone had arrived at the scene of the crime during the incident, and then left Beijing. The project team determined that Sun Qingsong was suspected of committing a major crime.
After work, the project team successfully captured the suspect Sun Qingsong in Gucheng County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, at about 12:50 on April 6, 2012.
(2) Basic information of the suspect

(3) Confessions of the suspect
After the sudden trial, Sun Qingsong made a preliminary confession: Because of the conflicts with Zhai Shuyou, Sun Qingsong has always held a grudge. On the evening of April 2, 2012, he arrived at the scene by bicycle from his temporary residence, Fengyi Community, Fengtai District, Beijing. Enter the construction site from a damaged part of the subway wall of the construction site, and pick up a hollow steel pipe and two bricks at the construction site. After sneaking outside Zhai Shuyou's dormitory, Sun Qingsong first threw two bricks into Zhai Shuyou's dormitory from the window of Zhai Shuyou's dormitory. Then he climbed into Zhai Shuyou's dormitory through the window, and beat Zhai Shuyou with a steel pipe until he was knocked down to the ground. Sun Qingsong then fled the scene through the window and returned to his hometown in Hengshui City, Hebei Province until he was captured.
