局属各单位：
为进一步推进全省公安机关执法规范化建设，明确建设目标，落实工作责任，按照公安部《公安机关执法规范化建设阶段目标和成效标准》及《2010年-2012年全省公安机关执法规范化建设各警种工作任务和责任分工表》的要求，我局对各警种在推进执法规范化建设中的职责进行了分解，并制订了工作规划，请严格按照职责分工，抓好贯彻落实。
一、要加强组织领导。各单位要进一步深化对执法规范化建设的认识，切实加强组织领导，确保在规定的时间内完成执法规范化建设的阶段性目标，尽快形成符合我局执法实际，具有我局特色的执法标准管理体系。
二、要精心组织实施。涉及执法规范化建设的各有关警种特别是执法警种，要切实提高责任意识，认真开展调查研究，按照通知规定的时限和要求，不折不扣地完成本警种的制度建设任务。
三、要及时总结推广。各单位要针对已经制定的制度和规范，注意在执法制度和执法标准的推广工作中，不断总结经验，切实提高执法规范化建设水平。
