2011年11月1日13时许，丰台刑侦支队重案三队接支队值班室报：在北京市丰台区太平桥电力医院宿舍区小公园内一男子死亡。
经查：死者刘跃胜，男，身份证号：，户籍地：中国安徽省池州市东至县尧渡镇默林路27号人。
现该案已排除刑嫌，理由如下：
1、法医检验：死者外伤摔倒可形成。
2、经走访得知：死者于2011年10月31日上午9时左右，在北京西站北广场摔倒，后被西站铁路公安处执勤民警送往北京世纪坛医院救治。经检查，该人左额头部、左眉弓处有两处创口，医生做缝合处理。该人患有严重的心脏疾病，心跳随时可能骤停。经救治，病情稍好转后，死者于当日14时许自行离院。
3、现场小区监控录像显示，该人于2011年11月1日3时许一人进入电力医院宿舍区。电力医院当晚值班保安也看到其一人进入宿舍区，巡逻及值班期间未发现宿舍区内有异常情况及异常响动。
4、死者无财物损失情况。
5、死者家属对死因无疑义。

At around 13:00 on November 1, 2011, Fengtai Criminal Investigation Detachment No. 3 Serious Case Squad received a report from the duty office of the detachment: A man died in a small park in the dormitory area of Taipingqiao Electric Power Hospital in Fengtai District, Beijing.
After investigation: the deceased Liu Yuesheng, male, ID number: , domicile: No. 27, Merlin Road, Yaodu Town, Dongzhi County, Chizhou City, Anhui Province, China.
The case has now been ruled out for the following reasons:
1. Forensic medical examination: the deceased may be injured and fell down.
2. According to interviews, the deceased fell down at the North Square of Beijing West Railway Station at around 9 am on October 31, 2011, and was sent to Beijing Shijitan Hospital for treatment by the police on duty from the Railway Public Security Department of West Railway Station. After examination, the person had two wounds on his left forehead and left eyebrow, and the doctor sutured them. The person has a serious heart condition and the heartbeat could stop at any moment. After treatment, the condition improved slightly, and the deceased left the hospital on his own at 14:00 that day.
3. The on-site community surveillance video showed that the person entered the dormitory area of the electric power hospital by himself at 3 o'clock on November 1, 2011. The security guard on duty at the Electric Power Hospital that night also saw one of them enter the dormitory area. During the patrol and on duty, no abnormal situation or abnormal noise was found in the dormitory area.
4. The deceased had no property loss.
5. The family members of the deceased have no doubt about the cause of death.
