2012年8月12日10时30分许，刑侦支队五中队接到勤务指挥中心布警称：在北京市昌平区沙河镇经济管理学院西侧工地有人打架，其中一男子身亡。接此情况后五中队工作人员立即赶赴现场。昌平分局副分局长徐桐、副分局长葛士亮，刑侦支队支队长王维继、副支队长王建国、副支队长郭长海迅速赶赴现场指导工作。刑侦总队副支队长宋树勇率侦查员赶赴现场会同五中队共同开展工作。经工作，民警于2012年8月12日14时许，在北京市大兴区亦庄桥地铁站外将此案的犯罪嫌疑人孔令春（男，44岁，中国安徽省太和县人）、孔亚（男，中国安徽省太和县人）抓获，破获此案。现将案件破获情况汇报如下：
一、案发情况
（一）接报警情况
据报警人李含恩（男，40岁，中国安徽省宿州市人，北京中铁公司河南京豫劳务队钢筋工头）反映：2012年8月12日8时30分许，龚健飞（男，17岁，中国云南省大理白族自治州洱源县人）、龚建平（男，21岁，中国云南省大理白族自治州洱源县人）、罗淑林（男，19岁，中国云南省大理白族自治州洱源县人）在北京市昌平区沙河镇丰善村巩华城回迁楼工地26号楼2单元18层楼顶与孔令春、孔亚因为施工用料问题发生口角。孔令春、孔亚持金属管将龚健飞、龚建平、罗淑林三人打伤，后龚健飞经抢救无效死亡。
（二）死伤者基本情况
死者：龚健飞，男，17岁，1995年3月5日出生，户籍所在地：中国云南省大理白族自治州洱源县福和村十组4号，身份证号：。
伤者：龚建平，男，21岁，1992年12月10日出生，户籍所在地：中国云南省大理白族自治州洱源县福和村十组4号，身份证号：。
伤者：罗淑林，男，19岁，1993年3月8日出生，户籍所在地：中国云南省大理白族自治州洱源县福和村七组9号，身份证号：。
（三）现场勘查情况
现场位于北京市昌平区沙河镇巩华城安置房项目B6地块工地（中铁二十五项目部）26号楼2单元18层钢筋工地。该工地四周为钢筋架构，占地面积约8平方米。附近堆放有部分建筑材料，地面可见2处血迹。在现场提取到一金属管，长约1.15米，直径约为2.4厘米。
（四）法医检验情况
经法医初步检验，死者龚健飞的后脑可见开放性伤口，长约2厘米。脑干出血，创伤性蛛网膜下腔出血，颅内出血，双肺重度挫伤。伤者罗疏林颅骨骨折，头部可见挫裂伤及头皮裂伤。另一伤者龚健平左耳可见开放性伤口及撕裂伤。
二、工作情况
（一）现场访问情况
据伤者龚建平反映：2012年8月12日8时许，他和死者龚健飞、伤者罗淑林在北京市昌平区沙河镇巩华城安置房项目B6地块工地（中铁二十五项目部）26号楼2单元18层钢筋工地施工时，中国安徽籍工人孔亚意图擅自使用龚健飞等人的建筑材料。龚健飞发现后与之理论，继而双方发生口角、打斗。另一中国安徽籍工人孔令春与孔亚一起对龚健飞三人进行殴打。期间孔令春持一金属管将龚健飞、龚建平、罗淑林打伤。后孔令春、孔亚逃匿，龚健飞等三人被工友送至医院救治。
三、案情分析及工作部署
根据现场勘查、法医初步检验及前期工作情况，项目组分析认为，该案件系一起故意伤害致人死亡案件，孔令春、孔亚具有重大作案嫌疑。现制定工作如下：
（一）技术法医工作
由技术部门对现场进行复勘，对痕迹物证及遗留物品进行进一步查找、检验，固定证据。
由法医部门对尸体进一步检验。
（二）抓捕工作
1、对孔令春、孔亚发布全市紧急协查，并请铁道部公安局协助在车站、列车进行布控、缉捕。
2、做好孔令春、孔亚家属及关系人工作，掌握犯罪嫌疑人去向及落脚点，并力争劝其自首。
3、调查孔令春、孔亚及其关系人的银行存取款记录，注意发现可疑情况。
（三）技侦工作
由十二总队对犯罪嫌疑孔令春、孔亚及其关系人的通讯工具开展相关工作，力争发现线索。
四、破案经过
（一）抓捕情况
在十二总队的配合下，项目组发现犯罪嫌疑人孔令春、孔亚案发后与同乡联络探听案情，极有可能准备乘坐地铁从北京站换乘火车逃离北京。于是一方面联系铁路部门对售票系统进行实时查询，另一方面派员在其可能出入的地铁站口及北京站出入口进行布控、蹲守。专案组于2012年8月12日14时许，在北京市大兴区亦庄桥地铁站外将该案的犯罪嫌疑人孔令春、孔亚抓获。
（二）犯罪嫌疑人基本情况
孔令春，男，1968年7月11日出生，身份证号：，户籍所在地：中国安徽省太和县坟台镇毕庄村委会孔桥61号，手机号码：13051052307。
孔亚，男，1983年5月9日出生，身份证号：，户籍所在地：中国安徽省太和县坟台镇毕庄村委会孔桥192号。
（三）嫌疑人供述情况
经初步审讯，犯罪嫌疑人孔令春、孔亚供述：2012年8月12日8时许，孔令春、孔亚在北京市昌平区沙河镇巩华城安置房项目B6地块工地（中铁二十五项目部）26号楼2单元18层钢筋工地施工时因施工用料问题与云南籍工人龚健飞、龚建平、罗淑林发生口角，继而双方互相殴打。期间孔令春持施工用的金属管将龚健飞等三人打伤，后与孔亚一起趁人不备逃匿。
至此，犯罪嫌疑人已抓获归案，对将龚健飞伤害致死、将龚建平、罗淑林致伤的犯罪事实供认不讳。犯罪嫌疑人孔令春、孔亚已被昌平分局刑事拘留。

At about 10:30 on August 12, 2012, the Fifth Squadron of the Criminal Investigation Detachment received a police report from the Service Command Center saying that there was a fight at the construction site on the west side of the School of Economics and Management, Shahe Town, Changping District, Beijing, and one of the men died. After receiving this situation, the staff of the Fifth Squadron rushed to the scene immediately. Xu Tong, deputy director of the Changping Branch, Ge Shiliang, deputy director, Wang Weiji, deputy leader of the criminal investigation detachment, Wang Jianguo, deputy detachment leader, and Guo Changhai, deputy detachment leader, rushed to the scene to guide the work. Song Shuyong, deputy head of the criminal investigation team, led investigators to the scene to work together with the Fifth Squadron. After work, at about 14:00 on August 12, 2012, the police arrested the suspects Kong Lingchun (male, 44 years old, from Taihe County, Anhui Province), Kong Ya (male, from Taihe County, Anhui Province, China) arrested and cracked the case. The case is now reported as follows:
1. The circumstances of the incident
(1) Receiving an alarm
According to the caller Li Hanen (male, 40 years old, from Suzhou City, Anhui Province, China, the steel foreman of the Henan Nanjing Henan Labor Service Team of Beijing China Railway Company): At about 8:30 on August 12, 2012, Gong Jianfei (male, 17 years old, China From Eryuan County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province), Gong Jianping (male, 21 years old, from Eryuan County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China), Luo Shulin (male, 19 years old, from Eryuan County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China) in Beijing On the roof of the 18th floor of Unit 2, Building 26, Gonghuacheng Huiqian Building, Fengshan Village, Shahe Town, Changping District, Changping District, Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya had an argument over construction materials. Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya wounded Gong Jianfei, Gong Jianping, and Luo Shulin with metal pipes. After rescue, Gong Jianfei died.

(3) On-site investigation
The site is located at the 18th-floor reinforcement site of Unit 2, Building 26, of the Gonghuacheng resettlement housing project B6 construction site (China Railway 25th Project Department), Shahe Town, Changping District, Beijing. The construction site is surrounded by steel structure, covering an area of about 8 square meters. Some construction materials were piled up nearby, and two bloodstains were visible on the ground. A metal pipe was extracted at the scene, about 1.15 meters long and about 2.4 centimeters in diameter.
(4) Forensic medical examination
According to preliminary forensic examination, an open wound about 2 centimeters in length was seen on the back of the deceased Gong Jianfei's head. Brain stem hemorrhage, traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial hemorrhage, severe contusion of both lungs. The injured Luo Shulin had a skull fracture, contusions and scalp lacerations were visible on the head. Another injured person, Gong Jianping, had open wounds and lacerations on his left ear.
2. Working conditions
(1) On-site visits
According to the report of the injured Gong Jianping: at around 8:00 on August 12, 2012, he, the deceased Gong Jianfei, and the injured Luo Shulin were in Building 26 of the construction site of the B6 plot of the Gonghuacheng Resettlement Housing Project (China Railway 25th Project Department), Shahe Town, Changping District, Beijing. During the construction of the 18-story steel bar construction site of Unit 2, Kong Ya, a worker from Anhui, China, intended to use the construction materials of Gong Jianfei and others without authorization. After Gong Jianfei found out, he argued with him, and then the two sides quarreled and fought. Kong Lingchun, another Chinese worker from Anhui Province, beat Gong Jianfei and the three together with Kong Ya. During this period, Kong Lingchun held a metal pipe and injured Gong Jianfei, Gong Jianping, and Luo Shulin. After Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya fled, Gong Jianfei and the other three were sent to the hospital for treatment by the workers.
3. Case analysis and work deployment
According to the on-site investigation, preliminary forensic examination and preliminary work, the project team analyzed that the case was a case of intentional injury causing death, and Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya were suspected of major crimes. Now formulate the work as follows:
(1) Technical forensic work
The technical department will re-examine the scene, further search and inspect the traces, physical evidence and leftover items, and fix the evidence.

(2) Arrest work
1. Issue city-wide emergency assisted investigation of Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya, and ask the Public Security Bureau of the Ministry of Railways to assist in the deployment, control and arrest of stations and trains.
2. Do a good job with Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya's family members and related persons, understand the whereabouts and whereabouts of the criminal suspects, and try to persuade them to surrender.
3. Investigate the bank deposit and withdrawal records of Kong Lingchun, Kong Ya and their related parties, and pay attention to suspicious situations.
(3) Technical investigation work
The Twelfth Corps will carry out relevant work on the communication tools of the criminal suspects Kong Lingchun, Kong Ya and their related persons, and strive to find clues.
Fourth, the process of solving the case
(1) Arrest situation
With the cooperation of the Twelfth Corps, the project team discovered that the suspects Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya contacted their fellow villagers to inquire about the case after the incident, and they were most likely planning to take the subway from Beijing Station to a train to flee Beijing. So on the one hand, he contacted the railway department to conduct a real-time query on the ticketing system, and on the other hand, sent personnel to monitor and guard the subway station entrances and Beijing Station entrances that he might enter and exit. At about 14:00 on August 12, 2012, the task force arrested the suspects Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya outside the Yizhuangqiao Subway Station in Daxing District, Beijing.

(3) Confessions of the suspect
After preliminary interrogation, the criminal suspects Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya confessed: At about 8:00 on August 12, 2012, Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya were at the construction site of the B6 block of the Gonghuacheng resettlement housing project in Shahe Town, Changping District, Beijing (China Railway 25th Project Department) During the construction of the steel bar on the 18th floor of Unit 2 of Building 26, there was an argument with Yunnan workers Gong Jianfei, Gong Jianping, and Luo Shulin due to problems with construction materials, and then the two sides beat each other. During the period, Kong Lingchun injured Gong Jianfei and three others with a metal pipe used for construction, and then escaped with Kong Ya when they were not prepared.
So far, the criminal suspect has been arrested and brought to justice, and he confessed to the crime of injuring Gong Jianfei to death and injuring Gong Jianping and Luo Shulin. The suspects Kong Lingchun and Kong Ya have been criminally detained by the Changping Branch.
