一、案件来源
2012年7月7日2时左右，朱立君（男，49岁）打“110”报警称：有人被砍伤。接到报警后刑侦支队重案三队侦查员在刑侦支队支队长王卓，副支队长赵清武的带领下火速赶赴现场，展开现场勘查和走访工作。
二、被害人基本情况
经调查，死者叫钟德瑞，男，55岁，外号“老臭”，户籍地：北京市丰台区长辛店镇扶轮胡同38号，身份证号：，系二七车辆厂退休职工。
三、现场勘查及法医检验情况
现场位于北京市丰台区长辛店镇扶轮胡同38号。现场周边分布着大量血迹，从现场提取带血的长柄斧子。同时已做现场其他提取等工作并送市局法医中心进行检验。经对钟德瑞尸体进行解剖，左颈部锐器砍伤，右胸部锐器砍伤，左侧锁骨下动脉破裂及颈静脉血管破裂，钟德瑞的死因系失血性休克死亡。
四、报警人情况
朱立君，男，49岁，身份证号：，工作单位：北京市丰台区长辛店花园西门门卫。据朱立君讲：2012年7月7日1:50左右，他在长辛店花园西门值班室睡觉，听到有女人叫门的声音。开门后，他看见是钟德瑞的妻子，光着身子，全身都是血。他追问怎么回事，对方反映“大宝”（钟德宝）把钟德瑞、她还有她儿子都给砍了。随后朱立君拨打“110”报警。
五、走访人、证人情况
1、郑京平（死者妻子），女，53岁，身份证号：。据她讲：2012年7月7日1:40左右，睡觉时听见儿子屋有砸东西的响声被吵醒。她让丈夫钟德瑞起床去看看，又听见继续打斗和砸东西的声音。她进儿子的屋打开灯，发现丈夫和钟德宝对峙。钟德宝右手拿了一柄斧头抡起来打了钟德瑞头一下。她看见儿子头北脚南横躺在床上，头部和脖子流了很多血。她上去抱住钟德宝，丈夫钟德瑞就跑出屋了。钟德宝用斧子将她左肩和左小臂处砍伤，她趁钟德宝不备从后门跑出。
2、穆殿蜂（死者邻居），男，46岁，身份证号：。据他反映：2012年7月7日2:00左右被吵醒，在家胡同口看见郑京平正在找钟德瑞。后两人一起顺着院子的血迹由院门口向北找去，走了没多远就看见地上躺一人。他拨打“999”报警，“999”来后说人已经死了。
3、钟德才，男，62岁，身份证号：，退休工人。他反映：钟德宝、钟德瑞及其仨人是亲兄弟，钟德宝是老大，他是老二，钟德瑞是老三。哥仨从十几岁就开始不和，他几乎不与钟德宝联系，与钟德瑞有时电话联系。钟德宝和钟德瑞二人之间有矛盾，主要是房产问题。已经有两、三年了，争的是父亲的房子。
六、嫌疑人情况
钟德宝，男，62岁，户口所在地：北京市丰台区长辛店镇扶轮胡同38号，身份证号：，系山西省临汾钢铁公司退休职工。2012年7月7日7:00左右，群众袁彬走到公园东侧的树林东侧坡下发现一具男尸。经钟德才辨认，这具男尸就是他大哥钟德宝。经法医鉴定钟德宝的死因应属自缢死亡，现场符合自缢情况。
七、破案情况
通过现场勘查调查及对知情人走访，钟德瑞被杀害案件系钟德瑞与钟德宝二人近两、三年时间，因房产纷争的问题积怨已深。2012年7月7日凌晨2:00左右，钟德宝与钟德瑞二人发生口角。钟德宝持凶器长柄斧子将钟德瑞砍死后，到长辛店公园上吊自杀身亡。

1. The source of the case
At about 2 o'clock on July 7, 2012, Zhu Lijun (male, 49 years old) called "110" to call the police, saying that someone had been chopped. After receiving the alarm, investigators from the Serious Case Team 3 of the Criminal Investigation Detachment rushed to the scene under the leadership of Wang Zhuo, the leader of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, and Zhao Qingwu, the deputy leader, to start on-site investigation and visits.
2. Basic information of the victim
After investigation, the deceased was named Zhong Derui, male, 55 years old, nicknamed "Old Smelly", registered at No. 38 Fulun Hutong, Changxindian Town, Fengtai District, Beijing, ID number: , and was a retired employee of the Erqi Vehicle Factory.
3. On-site investigation and forensic examination
The site is located at No. 38, Fulun Hutong, Changxindian Town, Fengtai District, Beijing. A large amount of blood was scattered around the scene, and a bloody pole ax was extracted from the scene. At the same time, other on-site extraction work has been done and sent to the Forensic Medicine Center of the Municipal Bureau for examination. After the autopsy of Zhong Derui's body, the left neck was cut with a sharp object, the right chest was cut with a sharp object, the left subclavian artery was ruptured, and the jugular vein was ruptured. The cause of Zhong Derui's death was hemorrhagic shock.
4. Situation of the caller
Zhu Lijun, male, 49 years old, ID number: , work unit: Gatekeeper at the west gate of Changxindian Garden, Fengtai District, Beijing. According to Zhu Lijun: At about 1:50 on July 7, 2012, he was sleeping in the duty room at the west gate of Changxindian Garden when he heard a woman calling the door. After opening the door, he saw Zhong Derui's wife, naked and covered in blood. He asked what was going on, and the other party reported that "Dabao" (Zhong Debao) had chopped off Zhong Derui, her and her son. Then Zhu Lijun dialed "110" to call the police.
V. Information about interviewees and witnesses
1. Zheng Jingping (wife of the deceased), female, 53 years old, ID number: . According to her: At about 1:40 on July 7, 2012, she was woken up when she heard the sound of her son smashing something in her room while she was sleeping. She asked her husband Zhong Derui to get up to have a look, but she heard the sound of fighting and smashing things again. She went into her son's house and turned on the light, only to find her husband confronting Zhong Debao. Zhong Debao swung an ax in his right hand and hit Zhong Derui on the head. She saw her son lying on the bed with his head in the north and his feet in the south, bleeding profusely from his head and neck. She went up to hug Zhong Debao, and her husband Zhong Derui ran out of the house. Zhong Debao cut her left shoulder and left forearm with an axe, and she ran out of the back door while Zhong Debao was not prepared.
2. Mu Dianfeng (neighbor of the deceased), male, 46 years old, ID number: . According to his reflection: he was woken up around 2:00 on July 7, 2012, and saw Zheng Jingping looking for Zhong Derui at the entrance of the alley at home. The latter two followed the bloodstains in the courtyard to the north from the courtyard gate, and after walking not far, they saw a person lying on the ground. He dialed "999" to call the police, and "999" came and said that the person was dead.
3. Zhong Decai, male, 62 years old, ID number:, retired worker. He reflected: Zhong Debao, Zhong Derui and the three of them are brothers, Zhong Debao is the eldest, he is the second child, and Zhong Derui is the third child. The three brothers have been at odds since they were teenagers, and he hardly communicates with Zhong Debao, and sometimes calls Zhong Derui. There are conflicts between Zhong Debao and Zhong Derui, mainly about the real estate issue. It has been two or three years, and the fight is for my father's house.
6. Situation of the suspect
Zhong Debao, male, 62 years old, registered permanent residence: No. 38, Fulun Hutong, Changxindian Town, Fengtai District, Beijing, ID number: , is a retired employee of Linfen Iron and Steel Company in Shanxi Province. At around 7:00 on July 7, 2012, Yuan Bin, a member of the public, walked to the east side of the park and found a male corpse under the east slope of the woods. Zhong Decai identified this male corpse as his elder brother Zhong Debao. According to the forensic medical examination, the cause of Zhong Debao's death should be suicide by hanging, and the scene was in line with the circumstances of suicide.
7. Case solving
Through on-site investigations and interviews with insiders, it was found that Zhong Derui's murder was caused by Zhong Derui and Zhong Debao for nearly two or three years, and the grievances due to real estate disputes had been deep. At around 2:00 am on July 7, 2012, Zhong Debao and Zhong Derui had an argument. After Zhong Debao hacked Zhong Derui to death with a long-handled ax as the murder weapon, he hanged himself in Changxindian Park.
