2012年6月24日16时许，邓青林（男，25岁，重庆市巫山县人）拨打“110”报称：他发现女友黄祝英死亡。经民警初步了解，黄祝英在北京市丰台区方庄南路2号院亚盛铂第公馆B座807室内死亡。随后，我分局赵磊砢副局长、刑侦支队王卓支队长、韩文广副支队长带领分局重案队侦查员、技术队技术员及法医立即赶赴现场，会同东铁匠营派出所及市局刑侦总队侦查员开展工作。先后到达现场的还有市局刑侦总队吕福泉副总队长等领导。
一、现场勘查
现场位于北京市丰台区方庄南路2号院亚盛铂第公馆B座807室，系一居室，门锁完好。现场发现大量已使用和未曾使用的避孕套，未发现贵重物品。室内双人床上发现一具女性尸体，全身赤裸，仰卧，被一床棉被覆盖。棉被下有一个枕头压在尸体的头面部，尸体的口鼻处有大量血迹。法医初检：死者特征符合闷堵口鼻等方式致死。
二、现场访问
北京金诚亿家房地产经济有限公司员工马志强（男，27岁，中国河北省人）称，2012年6月24日14时许，马志强催缴房租时得知亚盛铂第公馆B座807室不再续租。随后他到亚盛铂第公馆B座807室外，房门是锁闭状态。他用钥匙打开房门，发现屋内的床上躺着人且盖着棉被。后退出门外并锁好门锁后通知租房人到场。
租房人邓清宇（女，22岁，中国重庆市人）的哥哥邓青林（男，26岁，中国重庆市人）到亚盛铂第公馆B座807室外，进屋后发现他女朋友黄祝英躺在床上，盖着棉被。他掀开棉被发现黄祝英全身赤裸仰面躺在床上，已死亡，随后拨打110报警。
核实死者：黄祝英，女，身份证号码：，户籍地：中国重庆市巫山县龙溪镇天城村8组12号。
三、侦破情况
据邓青林反映，他女友黄祝英从事卖淫活动。但他对黄祝英的具体卖淫情节不详，黄祝英的手机号为15711322382。随后，我侦查员分析黄祝英的手机话单发现，她最后通话时间为2012年6月23日18时30分。另结合现场所在公馆的监控录像查看情况，发现一名可疑男子。后在市局行动技术处、分局网安部门的协助下，进一步强化了该名男子的作案嫌疑。结合侦查工作确认该男子叫吕海鹏，男，身份证号：，户籍地中国河北省石家庄市桥东区中山东路168号，暂住北京市丰台区蒲芳路9号院2号楼2816号。经蹲守，2012年6月25日15时许，我侦查员在北京市丰台区蒲芳路9号院2号楼楼下将吕海鹏抓获。
经讯问，犯罪嫌疑人吕海鹏供述：2012年6月23日18时许，他到丰台区方庄南路2号院亚盛铂第公馆B座807号嫖娼，与卖淫女黄祝英（女，19岁，重庆市巫山县人）发生口角。随后他将黄祝英杀害，并实施抢劫，后潜逃。
至此，此案告破。

At about 16:00 on June 24, 2012, Deng Qinglin (male, 25 years old, from Wushan County, Chongqing City) dialed "110" and reported that he had found his girlfriend Huang Zhuying dead. According to the preliminary understanding of the police, Huang Zhuying died in Room 807, Block B, Yasheng Platinum Mansion, No. 2 Fangzhuang South Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. Afterwards, Deputy Director Zhao Leibing of our branch, Captain Wang Zhuozhi of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, and Deputy Chief Han Wenguang led the investigators of the serious crime team, technical team technicians and forensic doctors to the scene immediately, and together with the investigators of the Dongtiejiangying Police Station and the Criminal Investigation Team of the City Bureau commence to work. Leaders such as Lu Fuquan, deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Corps of the Municipal Bureau, also arrived at the scene one after another.
1. On-site investigation
The scene is located in Room 807, Block B, Yasheng Platinum Mansion, No. 2 Fangzhuang South Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. It is a one-bedroom apartment with intact door locks. A large number of used and unused condoms were found at the scene and no valuables were found. A female body was found on a double bed indoors, naked, lying on her back, covered by a quilt. There was a pillow under the quilt pressing on the head and face of the corpse, and there was a lot of blood on the mouth and nose of the corpse. Preliminary forensic examination: The characteristics of the deceased were consistent with the death caused by stuffy mouth and nose.
2. Site visit
Ma Zhiqiang (male, 27 years old, from Hebei Province, China), an employee of Beijing Jincheng Yijia Real Estate Economic Co., Ltd., said that at about 14:00 on June 24, 2012, Ma Zhiqiang learned about Room 807, Block B, Yasheng Bodi Mansion The lease will not be renewed. Then he went to the room 807, Block B, Yasheng Platinum Mansion, and the door was locked. He opened the door with a key and found a person lying on the bed inside the house covered with a quilt. After exiting the door and locking the door, notify the renter to be present.
The elder brother Deng Qinglin (male, 26 years old, from Chongqing, China) of the renter Deng Qingyu (female, 22 years old, from Chongqing, China) went to the room 807, Block B, Yasheng Bodi Mansion, and found his girlfriend Huang Zhuying lying on the bed , covered with quilts. He lifted the quilt and found that Huang Zhuying was lying naked on the bed on his back, dead, and then called 110 to call the police.

3. Detection situation
According to Deng Qinglin, his girlfriend Huang Zhuying was engaged in prostitution. However, he did not know the specific circumstances of Huang Zhuying's prostitution. Huang Zhuying's mobile phone number is 15711322382. Later, our investigators analyzed Huang Zhuying's mobile phone call list and found that her last call was at 18:30 on June 23, 2012. In addition, combined with the surveillance video of the mansion where the scene was located, a suspicious man was found. Later, with the assistance of the Action Technology Department of the Municipal Bureau and the network security department of the branch bureau, the man's suspicion of committing the crime was further strengthened. Combined with the investigation work, it was confirmed that the man's name was Lv Haipeng, male, ID number: , registered at No. 168 Zhongshan East Road, Qiaodong District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China, and temporarily lived at No. 2816, Building 2, Yard 9, Pufang Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. After squatting, at about 15:00 on June 25, 2012, our investigators arrested Lu Haipeng downstairs in Building 2, Courtyard No. 9, Pufang Road, Fengtai District, Beijing.
After interrogation, the criminal suspect Lu Haipeng confessed: At around 18:00 on June 23, 2012, he went to No. 807, Block B, Yasheng Platinum Mansion, No. 2 Fangzhuang South Road, Fengtai District, to visit prostitutes, and had sex with Huang Zhuying (female, 19 years old, People from Wushan County, Chongqing City) had an altercation. He then killed Huang Zhuying, robbed him, and absconded.
So far, the case has been solved.
