2012年6月14日13时04分，高建军（男，47岁，户口所在地：北京市延庆县井庄镇井家庄村四区45号，身份证号：，北京首汽出租公司司机，电话：13501321202）打110报警称：在电力医院急诊，我是出租司机，有一个人在我车上，好像是被扎伤了，伤势非常严重。接报后，太平桥派出所民警立即赶赴现场。经工作确认，中心现场应该位于北京市丰台区太平桥路西侧，逸羽酒店门前便道上。经查伤者为张耀成（男，34岁，中国河北人）。后经抢救无效于6月15日4时21分宣布死亡。接此情况后丰台公安分局副局长赵磊砢、刑侦支队支队长王卓、副支队长韩文广立即带领刑侦支队重案一队侦查员和技术人员赶到现场会同刑侦总队开展工作。
一、死者基本情况
经工作及家属辨认，确定死者为张耀成，男，34岁，户籍地：中国河北省沧州市南皮县潞灌乡凤翔村21号，身份证号码：，暂住地：北京市门头沟区新桥南大街甲67号院1楼101室，个体吊车司机，手机号：13240467996，QQ号码：1185859001，网名：执着。
二、现场及法医鉴定情况
现场位于北京市丰台区太平桥路西侧，逸羽酒店门前便道上。死者左侧腰背部、左手肘部各有一处刀伤。其中腰背部伤口长约5厘米，深达腹腔造成左肾破裂。左手肘部伤口长8厘米，深达肌层。经法医初步鉴定，死亡原因系失血性休克死亡。
三、侦破过程
结合现场情况，项目组通过梳理被害人住店信息，发现其中一名同住人员解彤（女，38岁，北京市丰台区人），住址在案发现场附近。另据网安部门工作，截获死者张耀成QQ聊天记录发现，他在案发前曾与网名为“文竹”（QQ号码：410596055）的网友手机QQ聊天，并相约当日在丰台区太平桥逸羽酒店见面。为此，我队侦查员找到解彤了解情况，她反映：网名“文竹”的QQ号为她所有。后来因她前夫唐庆轩在QQ聊天记录内发现，她与被害人张耀成有不正当男女关系，欲对张耀成实施报复，将“文竹”的QQ号要走并修改了密码。6月14日10时许，唐庆轩携带家中尖刀离开，后在13时55分许打来电话称：如果他（就是指张耀成）没死，还会回来找他。后来组织解彤及她母亲方兆霞对现场调取的录像进行辨认，确认持刀追赶并扎伤张耀成的男子系唐庆轩。至此，项目组确定唐庆轩具有重大作案嫌疑，6月18日办理了他的刑拘手续并上网追逃。
四、犯罪嫌疑人基本情况
唐庆轩，男，汉族，1977年3月3日出生，身份证号：，户籍地：中国吉林省白山市江源区正岔街森工村六社，暂住地：北京市丰台区太平桥西里28号楼1门301，无业，手机号：18730650968。2007年1月因寻衅滋事被丰台分局行政拘留10天。
五、破案经过
2012年6月21日11时许，侦查员在中国吉林省白山市公安局江源分局刑警队、行动技术大队的配合下，在白山市江源区城墙街森工三委汽锅饭店内将犯罪嫌疑人唐庆轩抓获。经审讯，犯罪嫌疑人唐庆轩供述：他因之前登陆过前妻解彤的“文竹”QQ账号，发现被害人张耀成与他前妻解彤存在不正当男女关系，故欲对张耀成实施报复。后唐庆轩登陆张耀成网络空间下载张耀成的照片，并于6月14日上午，唐庆轩冒充解彤与张耀成手机QQ聊天，相约到北京市丰台区逸羽酒店见面。13时许，唐庆轩在逸羽宾馆门前，见到刚下出租车正要在后备箱取行李的张耀成，遂上前用自己事前准备好的尖刀扎了张耀成后背一刀。张在被扎伤后向北逃跑躲避，唐庆轩追赶张耀成一段距离之后放弃追赶，后逃离现场。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人唐庆轩因故意伤害致人死亡已被丰台分局刑事拘留。进一步审讯工作及证据调取工作正在进行中。
至此，此案告破。

2012年6月15日9时52分，我支队接总队值班室电话通知：一男子在北京市丰台区太平桥逸羽酒店门前被人扎伤，后经抢救无效死亡。接报后，谢永智副总队长示：一支队出现场。接报后，我支队支队长赵斌、副支队长宋树勇即带领六中队侦查员会同市局情报信息中心、网安总队、十二总队及丰台分局刑侦支队组成项目组开展工作。刑侦总队副总队长吕宝泉、十二总队纪委书记周勇、丰台分局副局长赵磊砢亲临现场指导工作。
经工作，项目组于2012年6月21日11时许，在中国吉林省白山市江源区森工街一饭店内，将犯罪嫌疑人唐庆轩抓获。经审讯，嫌疑人对6月14日在北京市丰台区太平桥对张耀成实施伤害的犯罪事实供认不讳。至此，本案告破。现将案件破获情况报告如下：
一、 案件基本情况
（一）接报警情况
2012年6月14日13时04分，高建军（男，47岁，北京市海淀区人，首汽出租公司出租车司机）报警称：在丰台区太平桥路建设银行门口，有一名受伤男乘客自称被人追赶，要求去医院。后高建军将该男子送往北京电力医院并报警。
（二）现场情况和被害人伤情状况
案发现场位于北京市丰台区太平桥路西侧，逸羽酒店门前便道上。被害人乘坐出租车至此，下车后被一持刀男子袭击扎伤。后沿太平桥路由南向北方向逃跑，嫌疑人尾随其后追赶。至西局东街路口时，追赶被害人未果，向西逃离，后被害人在太平桥路建设银行门口拦截出租车前往医院救治。经后期勘查，沿途提取多处滴落血迹。
被害人张耀成前往北京电力医院救治，于6月15日4时21分经抢救无效死亡。死亡原因系失血性休克。他左侧腰背部、左手肘部各有一处刀伤。其中腰背部伤口长约5厘米，深达腹腔造成左肾破裂。左手肘部伤口长8厘米，深达肌层。作案工具为锐器。
（三）被害人基本情况
张耀成，男，34岁，个体吊车司机，户籍地：中国河北省沧州市南皮县潞灌乡凤翔村21号，现住址：北京市门头沟区新桥南大街甲67号院，身份证号码：，联系方式：13240467996。张耀成于6月14日从安徽返京，与网友相约丰台区太平桥路逸羽酒店见面。
二、访问情况
据报警人高建军反映：6月14日13时许，他驾车行驶至北京市丰台区太平桥路建设银行门口时，被一男子拦住，称被人追赶，要去医院。高建军在将该男子送往医院途中发现他脸色苍白、车辆后座靠背被染有大量血迹。高建军将该人送往医院后报警。
据祁毅（男，32岁，北京市丰台区人，北京京城联小海出租车公司司机）反映：6月14日12时49分，一男子携带黑色行李箱，在西客站南广场打车前往丰台区太平桥路。12时56分，车辆到达北京市丰台区太平桥路逸羽酒店门前时，该人下车取行李。此时，祁毅在车内听见乘客大声呼喊“你别拿刀追我呀”。后祁毅下车查看，见到一名男子手持工具沿路东向北追赶该乘客，后祁毅开车驶离该地。
三、网安工作情况
经调取死者张耀成手机QQ记录发现，张耀成于6月14日上午用手机与网名“文竹”的网友QQ聊天，相约当日在丰台区太平桥逸羽酒店见面，欲发生性关系。后在张耀成乘坐出租车到达酒店门前时，被一男子持刀扎伤。
四、案情分析和工作部署
综上，本案系一起因情感纠纷引发的伤害致死案件，嫌疑人为一名中年男子，作案后迅速逃离现场。据此部署工作如下：
（一）技术、法医工作，围绕中心现场进行勘查，提取可疑痕迹物证，同时对尸体进行验鉴定。
（二）访问工作，围绕现场周边进行访问，发现可疑人员线索。
（三）监控录像工作，对现场周边视频监控录像进行调取查看，发现可疑情况。
（四）情报、技侦、网安部门结合自身职能，对张耀成及其关系人的社会信息、通讯信息、网络信息开展工作，发现突出情况。
（五）地区摸排工作，对现场周边居民小区开展摸排工作，力争发现可疑线索。
三、破案情况
（一）破案经过
项目组通过梳理被害人住店信息，发现同住人解彤（女，38岁，北京市丰台区人）住址在案发现场附近。同时，网安部门针对网名“文竹”的网友QQ号开展工作，发现唐庆轩（男，35岁，中国吉林省白山市人，解彤的前夫）曾使用该QQ号码。另据解彤反映，唐庆轩在与她离婚之前发现她与被害人张耀成关系暧昧，寻机对张耀成报复。并于6月14日10时左右，唐庆轩携带家中尖刀离开。后结合现场调取录像发现，唐庆轩与嫌疑人体貌特征相似，具有重大作案嫌疑。

（三）犯罪嫌疑人供述情况
经审讯，犯罪嫌疑人唐庆轩供述：他因之前登陆过前妻解彤的QQ账号，而发现被害人张耀成与他前妻存在不正当男女关系，故欲对张耀成实施报复。后唐庆轩登陆张耀成网络空间下载张耀成的照片。并于6月14日上午，唐庆轩用QQ冒充解彤约张到丰台区逸羽酒店见面。12时许，唐庆轩见到正从出租车上下车的张耀成，遂上前用自己事前准备好的尖刀扎张耀成。张耀成在被扎伤后向北逃跑躲避，唐庆轩追赶张耀成一段距离之后放弃追赶，逃离现场。作案后，唐庆轩先后藏匿于中国河北省三河市燕郊地区和中国吉林省白山市江源地区，直至6月21日在白山当地与他父亲见面时被抓获。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人唐庆轩因故意伤害致人死亡已被丰台分局刑事拘留。进一步审讯工作及证据调取工作正在进行中。

At 13:04 on June 14, 2012, Gao Jianjun (male, 47 years old, registered permanent residence: No. 45, District 4, Jingjiazhuang Village, Jingzhuang Town, Yanqing County, Beijing, ID number:, driver of Beijing Shouqi Taxi Company, telephone: 13501321202) called 110 to call the police and said: In the emergency department of the electric power hospital, I was a taxi driver, and there was a person in my car who seemed to have been stabbed, and the injury was very serious. After receiving the report, the police from Taipingqiao Police Station rushed to the scene immediately. After work confirmation, the site of the center should be located on the west side of Taipingqiao Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, on the sidewalk in front of Yiyu Hotel. The injured person was identified as Zhang Yaocheng (male, 34 years old, from Hebei, China). After rescue failed, he was declared dead at 4:21 on June 15. After receiving this situation, Zhao Leibing, the deputy director of Fengtai Public Security Bureau, Wang Zhuo, the head of the criminal investigation detachment, and Han Wenguang, the deputy head of the criminal investigation detachment, immediately led the investigators and technicians of the first serious case team of the criminal investigation detachment to the scene to work with the criminal investigation team.
1. Basic information of the deceased
After work and family identification, the deceased was determined to be Zhang Yaocheng, male, 34 years old, household registration: No. 21, Fengxiang Village, Luguan Township, Nanpi County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China, ID number:, temporary residence: Xinqiao, Mentougou District, Beijing Room 101, 1st Floor, Yard No. 67, South Street, individual crane driver, mobile phone number: 13240467996, QQ number: 1185859001, online name: Zhizhi.
2. On-site and forensic identification
The scene is located on the west side of Taipingqiao Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, on the sidewalk in front of Yiyu Hotel. The deceased had stab wounds on his left lower back and left elbow. Among them, the wound on the lower back was about 5 cm long, reaching as deep as the abdominal cavity and causing the rupture of the left kidney. The wound on the left elbow was 8 cm long and reached deep into the muscle layer. According to preliminary forensic identification, the cause of death was hemorrhagic shock.
3. Detection process
Based on the situation at the scene, the project team combed through the information of the victim's residence and found that one of the co-residents, Xie Tong (female, 38 years old, from Fengtai District, Beijing), lived near the crime scene. According to the work of the network security department, the QQ chat records of the deceased Zhang Yaocheng were intercepted and found that before the incident, he had chatted with a netizen named "Wenzhu" (QQ number: 410596055) on his mobile phone QQ, and they met at Taiping Qiaoyi, Fengtai District on the same day. Meet at Yu Hotel. For this reason, the investigators of our team approached Xie Tong to understand the situation, and she reflected that the QQ account with the screen name "Asparagus bamboo" was owned by her. Later, because her ex-husband Tang Qingxuan discovered in the QQ chat records that she had an improper relationship with the victim Zhang Yaocheng, and wanted to retaliate against Zhang Yaocheng, he took away the QQ account of "Asparagus" and changed the password. At about 10 o'clock on June 14, Tang Qingxuan left with a sharp knife at home, and then called at about 13:55, saying: If he (referring to Zhang Yaocheng) is not dead, he will come back to look for him. Later, Xie Tong and her mother Fang Zhaoxia were organized to identify the video taken from the scene and confirmed that the man who chased and stabbed Zhang Yaocheng with a knife was Tang Qingxuan. So far, the project team determined that Tang Qingxuan was suspected of committing a major crime. On June 18, he went through the formalities of criminal detention and chased him online.
4. Basic information of criminal suspects
Tang Qingxuan, male, Han nationality, born on March 3, 1977, ID number: , household registration: No. 6 Community, Sengong Village, Zhengcha Street, Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, China, temporary residence: 28 Xili, Taipingqiao, Fengtai District, Beijing 301, Gate 1 of Building No. 1, unemployed, mobile phone number: 18730650968. In January 2007, he was administratively detained by the Fengtai Branch for 10 days for picking quarrels and provoking trouble.
Five, the process of solving the case
At about 11 o'clock on June 21, 2012, investigators, in cooperation with the criminal police team and the mobile technical team of the Jiangyuan Branch of the Baishan Public Security Bureau, Jilin Province, China, put The suspect Tang Qingxuan was captured. After interrogation, the criminal suspect Tang Qingxuan confessed that because he had logged into his ex-wife Xie Tong's "Asparagus" QQ account before, he discovered that the victim Zhang Yaocheng had an improper relationship with his ex-wife Xie Tong, so he wanted to take revenge on Zhang Yaocheng. Later, Tang Qingxuan logged into Zhang Yaocheng's network space and downloaded Zhang Yaocheng's photos. On the morning of June 14, Tang Qingxuan pretended to be Xie Tong and chatted with Zhang Yaocheng's mobile phone QQ, and met at Yiyu Hotel in Fengtai District, Beijing. At around 13:00, Tang Qingxuan saw Zhang Yaocheng who had just got off the taxi and was about to pick up his luggage in the trunk in front of Yiyu Hotel, so he stepped forward and stabbed Zhang Yaocheng in the back with a sharp knife he had prepared in advance. After being stabbed, Zhang fled to the north to avoid it. Tang Qingxuan chased Zhang Yaocheng for a distance and gave up chasing, and then fled the scene.
At present, the criminal suspect Tang Qingxuan has been criminally detained by the Fengtai Sub-bureau due to intentional injury and death. Further interrogation and collection of evidence is in progress.

At 9:52 on June 15, 2012, our detachment received a phone call from the duty room of the headquarter: a man was stabbed in front of the Yiyu Hotel in Taipingqiao, Fengtai District, Beijing, and died after rescue efforts failed. After receiving the report, Xie Yongzhi, deputy head of the headquarters, said: A team appeared on the scene. After receiving the report, our detachment leader Zhao Bin and deputy detachment leader Song Shuyong led the investigators of the Sixth Squadron to form a project team together with the intelligence and information center of the Municipal Bureau, the Internet Security Corps, the 12th Corps and the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Fengtai Branch. After work, the project team arrested the suspect Tang Qingxuan in a restaurant on Sengong Street, Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, at 11 o'clock on June 21, 2012. After interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime of injuring Zhang Yaocheng at Taiping Bridge, Fengtai District, Beijing on June 14. So far, the case has been solved. 1. Basic information of the case
(1) Receiving an alarm
At 13:04 on June 14, 2012, Gao Jianjun (male, 47 years old, from Haidian District, Beijing, taxi driver of Shouqi Taxi Company) reported to the police that there was an injured male passenger at the gate of the Construction Bank on Taipingqiao Road, Fengtai District. Claiming to be chased, he asked to go to the hospital. Later, Gao Jianjun sent the man to Beijing Electric Power Hospital and called the police.
(2) The situation at the scene and the injury status of the victim
The crime scene is located on the west side of Taipingqiao Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, on the sidewalk in front of Yiyu Hotel. The victim arrived here by taxi, and was attacked and stabbed by a man with a knife after getting off the car. Afterwards, he fled south to north along the Taiping Bridge route, and the suspect followed and chased after him. When they arrived at the intersection of Xiju East Street, they failed to chase the victim and fled westward. Later, the victim intercepted a taxi at the gate of the Construction Bank on Taipingqiao Road and went to the hospital for treatment. After later investigation, many dripping bloodstains were extracted along the way.
The victim, Zhang Yaocheng, went to Beijing Electric Power Hospital for treatment, and died at 4:21 on June 15 after rescue efforts failed. The cause of death was hemorrhagic shock. He had stab wounds on his left lower back and left elbow. Zhang Yaocheng returned to Beijing from Anhui on June 14, and met netizens at Yiyu Hotel, Taipingqiao Road, Fengtai District.
2. Access
According to Gao Jianjun, the person who called the police: At about 13:00 on June 14, when he was driving to the gate of the Construction Bank on Taipingqiao Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, he was stopped by a man who said he was being chased and was going to the hospital. On the way to the hospital, Gao Jianjun found that the man was pale and the back of the vehicle's back seat was heavily stained with blood. Gao Jianjun sent the man to the hospital and called the police.
According to Qi Yi (male, 32 years old, from Fengtai District, Beijing, driver of Beijing Jingcheng Lianxiaohai Taxi Company): At 12:49 on June 14, a man with a black suitcase took a taxi to Fengtai at the South Square of West Railway Station District Taiping Bridge Road. At 12:56, when the vehicle arrived in front of Yiyu Hotel on Taipingqiao Road, Fengtai District, Beijing, the person got off to pick up his luggage. At this time, Qi Yi heard the passengers in the car shouting "Don't chase me with a knife". After Qi Yi got out of the car to check, he saw a man holding a tool chasing the passenger along the road east to north, and Qi Yi drove away from the place.
3. Network security work
The QQ records of the deceased Zhang Yaocheng's mobile phone were retrieved and found that Zhang Yaocheng used his mobile phone to chat with a netizen named "Asparagus" on QQ on the morning of June 14th. Later, when Zhang Yaocheng arrived in front of the hotel by taxi, he was stabbed by a man with a knife.
4. Case analysis and work deployment
To sum up, this case is a case of injury and death caused by emotional disputes. The suspect is a middle-aged man who quickly fled the scene after committing the crime. According to this the deployment works as follows:

3. Case solving
(1) The process of solving the case
The project team combed through the victim's hotel information and found that the co-resident Xie Tong (female, 38 years old, from Fengtai District, Beijing) lived near the crime scene. At the same time, the network security department carried out work on the QQ account of a netizen named "Wen Zhu" and discovered that Tang Qingxuan (male, 35 years old, from Baishan City, Jilin Province, China, Xie Tong's ex-husband) had used this QQ account. According to Xie Tong, before divorcing her, Tang Qingxuan discovered that she had an ambiguous relationship with the victim, Zhang Yaocheng, and sought revenge on Zhang Yaocheng. And around 10:00 on June 14, Tang Qingxuan left with a sharp knife at home. Later, combined with the video obtained from the scene, it was found that Tang Qingxuan was similar to the suspect in appearance and characteristics, and was suspected of committing a major crime.

(3) Confessions of criminal suspects
After interrogation, the criminal suspect Tang Qingxuan confessed that because he had logged into the QQ account of his ex-wife Xie Tong before, he discovered that the victim Zhang Yaocheng had an improper relationship with his ex-wife, so he wanted to take revenge on Zhang Yaocheng. Later, Tang Qingxuan logged into Zhang Yaocheng's network space and downloaded Zhang Yaocheng's photos. And on the morning of June 14, Tang Qingxuan used QQ to pretend to be Xie Tong and asked Zhang to meet at Yiyu Hotel in Fengtai District. At about 12 o'clock, Tang Qingxuan saw Zhang Yaocheng getting off the taxi, so he stepped forward and stabbed Zhang Yaocheng with the sharp knife he had prepared in advance. After Zhang Yaocheng was stabbed, he fled to the north to avoid it. Tang Qingxuan chased Zhang Yaocheng for a distance and gave up chasing and fled the scene. After committing the crime, Tang Qingxuan hid successively in Yanjiao District, Sanhe City, Hebei Province, China, and Jiangyuan District, Baishan City, Jilin Province, China, until he was arrested when meeting his father in Baishan City on June 21.
At present, the criminal suspect Tang Qingxuan has been criminally detained by the Fengtai Sub-bureau due to intentional injury and death. Further interrogation and collection of evidence is in progress.
