2012年7月7日凌晨4时许，在北京市丰台区富卓苑小区发生一起入室抢劫案。经工作，发现周李财有重大作案嫌疑，该人作案后逃匿，现将犯罪嫌疑人特征通报如下：
周李财，男，26岁，身份证号：，户籍地：中国福建省仙游县园庄镇六户村下后溪30号。身高1.73米左右，体态偏瘦，短发，上身短袖带领T恤，下穿长裤，南方口音。嫌疑人在逃跑时头、手部受伤。
请各单位接此通报后，立即部署查控工作。特别是在巡逻盘查、旅店住宿和流动人口管理等相关工作中注意发现与嫌疑人特征相符人员。同时重点对辖区内中小医院、诊所、药店进行布控。如有发现立即扣留，并速与项目组联系。

周李财到案经过
到案人员：周李财，男，1986年5月21日出生，户籍地：中国福建省仙游县园庄镇六户村下后溪30号，身份证号码：。在京无固定居所。到案时该人上穿灰白色长袖T恤，下穿灰色休闲裤，脚穿黑色拖鞋。
到案方式：传唤。
线索来源：侦查发现。
到案经过：2012年7月7日凌晨4时许，事主宋监威及他爱人阎淑玲在北京市丰台区富卓苑小区3号楼4门302号房间睡觉。后宋监威醒后发现床前站着一名男子，手持菜刀。该男子用威胁事主夫妇并要对该二人进行捆绑抢劫钱财，事主宋监威夫妇在该男子对他二人进行捆绑时奋起反抗。在反抗过程中，事主宋监威及他爱人阎淑玲被该男子用菜刀及铲子砍伤。后该男子逃走。经事主查看后，发现未损失物品，且家中沙发上遗留有一个男士挎包。后事主报警。我侦查员在接警后对现在遗留的挎包进行了提取，并从中查找出一名叫周李财的身份证。故犯罪嫌疑人周李财具有重大作案嫌疑。我侦查员立刻开展工作，经侦查得知周李财曾在北京弗伦斯番公司工作过，我侦查员立刻赶往此公司进行侦查。经侦查得知，该公司的一名女员工许苗苗为犯罪嫌疑人周李财的女朋友。我侦查员立刻调取了许苗苗的暂住地信息，并前往该暂住地进行蹲守。并于2012年7月8日2时许，在北京市海淀区挂甲屯7号院出租房，将犯罪嫌疑人周李财抓获。在将犯罪嫌疑人周李财抓获后，经检查发现他头部左侧有伤口，右手手腕内侧有伤口，右手小臂有多处划伤及一处大面积伤口，有脖颈有一处划伤。经讯问，犯罪嫌疑人周李财称他身上多处伤口，是在案发时事主反抗与他搏斗时造成的。该人在到案过程中，没有拒绝、阻碍、抵抗。

答：2012年7月5日左右我到在丰台区角门西附近一个小区（小区的具体名字不知道）转悠，看看那个楼可以方便偷些钱。后来我看到一幢楼的三层没有护栏，并且一层和二层都有护栏方便爬到我二层。2012年7月7日4时许，我就拿着一个橘色的腰包，腰包里面装有一个水果刀和一把塑料模拟枪，还有我的身份证和一张建行卡，一张公交卡。我走到事先看好的那幢楼前，登着一层和二层的护栏爬到三层的窗户处。纱窗关着，玻璃窗户开着，我就把纱窗打开了。钻到房间内，发现是厨房，我就拿了一把菜刀走到客厅。我当时怕我翻的声音吵醒事主，我就决定把他们都捆起来。我看到卧室睡了两个人，就用从厨房拿的刀，将窗帘割下来两条，并且把我的腰包带弄了下来。走到卧室那两个人都醒了。开始那个男子说：就捆他一个，让那个女的拿钱。我没有同意说：我自己拿。他们怕我把他们捆起来给杀了。我说不会的，我只要钱，不会杀他们。这时我的手里还拿着从厨房取来的刀，先用窗帘布条把那个男子的双手捆上，这时那个女的也被我捆上了。当我在各个屋子里面找东西，听到有动静。这时我看到刚才那个男的女的将刚才困得东西挣脱，我们就对峙起来的。后来这夫妻两人用被子要将我蒙上，我就用刀自然地砍向他们，这样我就和那个男子打斗在一起。我们从卧室打到厨房，在厨房我好像又拿了一把刀和他们打斗在一起。具体砍到对方的什么部位没有看清楚，就看到对方的头上有血。我们从厨房打到客厅，我就走到防盗门处准备逃离现场。但是防盗门没有钥匙打不开，那个女的就使自己的钥匙把防盗门打开，我就逃跑了。

答：是三层，是两室一厅的房子。厨房窗户没有护栏，是白色塑钢门窗。两个人住在一间卧室，具体方位我不清楚，屋里没开灯。其他的我记不清了。

答：有，当时我身上有血，那个男的身上也有血。他也应该受伤了，我也受伤了。我头上有一个口子，右小臂和右手腕都有伤，都是和那男的搏斗时弄的。

答：不知道，就看见头上都是血。
问：你夜间从窗子进入别人家干什么？
答：去拿点钱花，因为我没有钱了。

After investigation, we learned that Zhou Licai had worked for the Beijing Fransipan Company, and our investigators immediately rushed to this company to conduct investigations. After investigation, it was found that Xu Miaomiao, a female employee of the company, was the girlfriend of the criminal suspect Zhou Licai. My investigators immediately retrieved the information of Xu Miaomiao's temporary residence, and went to the temporary residence to guard. At about 2:00 on July 8, 2012, the criminal suspect Zhou Licai was arrested in a rented room at No. 7 Guajiatun Courtyard, Haidian District, Beijing.
